Community Support Requests

PIH Health provides financial support to tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations in our primary service area cities through the Community Support and Sponsorships Program. This process ensures good stewardship of PIH Health’s charitable resources by providing financial support to programs and services that are responsive to the identified health and wellness needs of the communities we serve.

Wise Use of Resources

Organizations may request funding to support programs/services that address the following community health needs (based on PIH Health’s 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment reports):

Access to Care, specifically:
  • Mental health care
  • Primary healthcare
Chronic Diseases, including:
  • Overweight and obesity
  • Healthy eating
  • Physical activity
Preventative Practices, emphasis on flu and pneumonia vaccines and cancer screenings
Food Insecurity
Housing and Homelessness
Substance use

How to Apply


At times, our Marketing Communications Department may sponsor certain events or programs in our cities and communities. These programs and services also align with PIH Health's mission.

To request funding through PIH Health’s Community Support and Sponsorship program, please complete and submit the application form, along with required documents.
