PIH Health Whittier Hospital welcomed its first baby of 2023 on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at 12:17 a.m.

Baby Eloise made her entrance, weighing in at 5 lbs. 11 oz. Labor and Delivery staff from PIH Health Whittier Hospital congratulated mother Lizbeth. Eloise is her first baby.
