PIH Health Welcomes Donny Fan as Vice President of Information Technology
Whittier, Calif. (September 18, 2025) – PIH Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Donny Fan as Vice President of Information Technology (IT) and is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s technology operations. Donny joined PIH Health in June 2025 and has since been collaborating closely with leadership on a series of strategic advancements within the Information Solutions department.

A seasoned technology executive with more than 30 years of experience, Donny brings a strong background in delivering innovative IT solutions for Fortune 100 companies and healthcare organizations alike. His expertise spans digital transformation, business process optimization, and information security. He has successfully led comprehensive technology initiatives designed to meet both operational needs and long-term strategic goals.
Prior to joining PIH Health, Donny played a pivotal role in driving technology excellence across acute care health systems and ambulatory care organizations. His leadership and vision have contributed to measurable improvements in efficiency, security, and patient outcomes.
Donny holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
