Registry Nursing Education

The following training is required before reporting to work at one of the PIH Health Hospitals.

There are two sets of training material and two attestation forms to complete on this page. They do not need to be completed at the same time.

PIH Health Annual Safety Training

2. Complete the exam at the end of the course. You must pass with a score of at least 80%.
3. Return to this page to fill out the Safety Training Attestation.
