The goal of this class is to take the mystery out of breastfeeding.
Expectant parents will learn from the lens of "normal" newborn needs and behaviors surrounding the nutritional and hydration needs of the human newborn.
Content will include newborn needs in the immediate and early post birth period, including understanding the concepts of latch and milk supply. Common questions and challenges, such as engorgement, pumping and supplementing, will also be covered.
This class is designed for all parents (pregnant and non-pregnant).
A link for this virtual class will be sent Thursday or Friday before the class.
