Presentation on the logistics of planning for end-of-life, where to find resources, and how to determine what’s most important to you on your journey. Presented by PIH Health Cancer Program, Palliative Care, Hospice, and Spiritual Care.
It is never too early to start planning for the end of life. We can all find value in learning about the many aspects of end-of-life and making our needs and wants a priority. Having a plan in place can help reduce stress for you and your loved ones and provide helpful tools for everyone to use.
In this presentation, we will be discussing the logistics of planning for end-of-life and helping you determine what’s most important to you on your journey. We will also show you where to find resources, programs, and individuals who are here to help. You deserve to have a flexible, empowering end-of-life plan that feels right for you.
