The staff at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and timely, and greeted me very professionally. The doctors and staff that provided the care were the same, very professional, informative, and took their time to explain everything. I really appreciate the whole service from every angle, from the nurses, the providers, the registration. The whole process was completely above and beyond satisfactory and extremely helpful. My whole experience was excellent. My surgical staff was u7friendly and efficient. My questions were answered without hesitation. From the moment I arrived for ALL my appointments I was attended to. The surgical personnel remained at my side throughout my stay in the hospital. In particular, the nursing staff impressed me. Their commitment and loyalty for their profession immediately earned my trust. My need for surgery was my first time ever in any hospital. My personal experience removed any reasons for anxiety.

I was able to get my appointment and schedule it earlier with Francisco. He was awesome because I had chemo the same day and they went the extra mile and scheduled it right before my chemo and I really appreciate that and he was great and the staff is great there. You explained everything the right way. You did the surgery. You caught it before it exploded. I didn't feel any pain. It was excellent.

The good nurses and aides don't get credit doing their job on your survey. Most of the other nurses and aides don't seem to care, just a job. Level one nurses really care about the person they're taking care of. Level three supervisors even argue about my well-being, service and care have a lot to be desired. I had a urine infection and picolines causing a lot of itching when they finished. When I called for help from the doctor, all I got was an answer in service, no call back. Home health has excellent service people. People should use them as an example of how you should serve their patients. Thank you.

Everyone was very attentive and respectful, including the receptionists. I am very grateful to Dr. Evelyn Kachikwu for her good work and to her assistant.
