I went in with a heart problem, but it was hardly addressed by the Dr. was told to lose weight and come back in 4 weeks.

I waited for one hour passed my appointment time. Then I could see other people with a later appointment time than mine for my dr. So I asked the staff did I get over looked and they said well we have 2 doctors in this office, I said I know that but you are calling people for my dr and a later appointment time than mine. No staff members apologize to me. I think this staff needs more training!!!

Dr. AMBEGAONKAR is a very caring provider. He takes the time to listen and I feel that his time, he dedicates the time to me when I'm there and focuses on my health. He's an excellent provider.

Yes, the doctor is in the Wells building and the problem is there's no parking. You have too many people trying to find parking places and I heard that they were fighting over some of the places. You need more handicapped places. The handicapped places are gone right away and we need more of them because otherwise I'm going to have to take an Uber to get there. So I was told this by other people and doctors too.

The parking situation. There's always a long line of cars and a long wait to exit the parking lot. If there a problem with a car getting out of the parking lot, why does it take a long time to get help. It happened to me a few weeks ago. I paid for my parking at the machines by the building exit. I got in my car and I couldn't get out. The machine at the exit wanted me to pay again. I pushed the help button and two over two minutes before I got any help. Very Frustrating!!!

Although I was brought into the Doctors examination room. It took along time to be seen. It took about an hour after my appointment time to be seen. My time is also important.

Professional advice

Quite unpleasant.I came to my appointment ahead of time.still I was waiting for an hour and a half for the five-minute visit. Two sets of people who came afrer me were invited before me, so probably the system of handling patients is faulty. When I was brought to the Doctor's office. I had to wait there for another 40 minutes in that closed room which was excessively cold; per my request the nurse gave me a warm blanket, but the cold did not help me with my flu so today I am feeling worse. The Doctor gave me one good piece of advice about the dosage of my medication, but I postponed my next appointment as I see little value in such visits. My heart is weeak and it is becoming gradually weaker, but nothing can be done about it.

My doctor is wonderful

The wait was kind of a little bit long, but the doctor was excellent. They did treat me nicer, and I was happy. But that's about it. It just took a little while before the doctor could see me when I was waiting in the room. Okay, that's it. Thank you.

The wait time in the waiting room could be less or be more affirmed about how long the physician is on the way. I waited about half an hour and spent five minutes with the physician. The entire staff treated me with the utmost respect answered all my question . (Name removed) took as much time as i needed to help me regarding an issue i was having with my home heart monitor Also (name removed) was more than helpful and spent as much time as i needed answering my concerns with my home monitor Truley top notch care from all.

the only reason I was not seen in a timely manner was because the doctor was needed in the hospital. It would have been nice if one of the staff could have shared that he would be delayed because he had to go to the hospital. I was just left in the room and after 40 minutes, thought they had forgotten me. Otherwise, they were very nice.

Look, yesterday was our first visit with this doctor because we were seeing Dr. (name removed) before. But frankly, we were surprised by what a good person and how professional he is, and my husband and I left very happy because we both had appointments. We're very grateful to the doctor; we liked him a lot. So we're going to keep going to him, God willing. Thank you.

I would have liked for all the message alerts (I think I received at least 5 of them) to include the providers name and address of the office. This was my first time going to this provider and I had to do google the address and hope I was going to the right place and I had to make an educated guess when I arrived at the facility to figure out what office I needed to get to. If you are going to send so many text messages, couldn't at least one of them include the basics beyond the appointment time?

This is the first time seeing this provider, this cardiologist. My former cardiologist, (name removed), passed away a year ago. Then I was seeing Dr. (name removed) for two or three visits and he got transferred. This man was very good. He explained everything, very kind and everything, but the wait for him to come in the exam room was probably about 40 minutes. That's what takes so long. So, okay, thank you.

DR. A is wonderful, he takes the time to explain what my condition really is, how severe or not, what to watch for and what I need to do to improve it. He was pleasant, funny, not condemning or judgemental and agreed I know my body well enough to take appropriate care when needed.

I would like to say Dr. A is absolutely amazing! I appreciate his knowledge, guidance, and professionalism! I am SO grateful he is my cardiologist!

It would be nice to be seen at the time schedule and not 30 or more minutes later because we as patients arrive on time so it's only fair I understand being busy but what is the point in scheduling appointment if it's not going to be done properly.

I am so grateful for all the care I received from the moment I arrived until I left. I was attended to in my language, Spanish, and the nurses, receptionists, and doctor were all excellent. This provider happens to be very busy. I would recommend scheduling patients in such a way so that we don't wait half an hour or 45 minutes until you see the Dr.

Superb, and Dr A set me up for more blood tests and another screening at PIH because he had concerns and felt this would be worthwhile. He also changed (increased) an Rx.

Informative and professional

Dr. AMBEGAONKAR is very good, however it is extremely difficult to schedule appointments and his staff is not sufficiently responsive to office calls, relaying messages, or helping with feedback to be received from the doctor. The issues in that department are with the staff, not with the doctor, and the amount of schedule that he has, which appears to be much greater than his time available. There appears to be a need for strong administrative regulation of timing, scheduling, and doctor's availability to produce an overall satisfactory result. Thank you.

Dr. A is an excellent doctor. My visit was extremely helpful. Dr. A is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, etc. He explains everything in a way that I understand and he listens to what I have today and my questions. The nurse who took my BP and started my visit was (name removed). She is an excellent nurse...very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, etc. An excellent team.

Had to wait for at least a 1/2 hour in the examining room.

The medical assistant that helped was unfriendly and unprofessional. There was another MA in the room the whole time I think she was training but she was never introduced or was I asked if I minded if she was in the room while I was asked my medical history and EKG was performed. While I was checking out waiting for an appointment the back office staff was playing Bob Marley music louder than any other office I have been to. Also another staff member started complaining about the schedule for the next day and how people aka patients need to make sure they have there insurance verified. I like the Dr very thorough and efficient but staff was another story.

Dr. A is doing everything in his power to keep me healthy and I appreciate that.

Dr A is excellent and explained everything very well. The MA was also very good, however when I called to make the appointment the scheduler was very rude. When she gave me a possible date for the appointment I needed to check my calendar for that date due to many other dr. appointments and she was impatient "hello,hello are you there?" even when I told her I needed to check. I felt like she was more interested in getting rid of me than really helping, which is her job. I am not the only person who has had the same experience with her. I experienced this on Monday, Nov 24, 2025

It's too long to be waiting in the room for the doctor to come in without anybody advising you. My wait time in the office was about 40 minutes, not on the outside in when I was in the room. That's a bit long. I know you guys are busy, but at least you can tell me the staff is going behind. But again, if I have an appointment, it'd be nice to be able to come there closer to my appointment. Thank you.

Dr A said he was busy and in a hurry. MD did not listen to the to me and had preconceived diagnoses on my condition without receiving any information. MD did not do an assessment on patient. MD was dismissive of my needs. I was charged for an office visit that I felt I didn't receive the quality of care that I needed which felt fraudulent.

The Dr. was very professional, he explained everything to me... and he surprised me even more because whenever I have appointments with my doctors I wear shorts to make it easier if they have to do an EKG on me. Right when I walked in, he saw my shins, which were swollen and I always had them like that, and it caught his attention. He told me that I had a lot of fluid retention and he changed my blood pressure medicine and I'm now taking it and little by little I'm seeing results... he's very professional. Thank you very much, doctor.

I will follow up with a different cardiologist as I found his lack of care unprofessional and lacking. He could not offer reasons he stated he would do some of the test because I asked. I never visit this Dr. again and if anyone asks about my visit I will tell them the truth. Very disappointing to have such a serious condition to me and have a disappointing experience.
