Hi, I thought that number two was like really, really good because it was like yes or no. And I guess I pushed the one that wasn't, you know, the greatest and it was number four. So I want to let you guys know that everybody did a really, really excellent job and they should all get excellence on every single button that I pushed, even though I messed up and did it wrong. My doctor was not in so I saw a physician assistant because my leg was in a lot of pain. I was told my X-ray from last year was all that was necessary. He asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I said I wanted a new X- ray to find out why I was in so much pain as the left said of my leg never was a problem but he refused. I did not feel comfortable with Dr Aidan and agreed to physical therapy. I was concerned I would be in worse shape if he gave me cortisone shot or injected gel in my knee which he said was an option if I wanted. I hope to see another doctor soon

When I was there, I have a lot of sticky tape film on my back, which I can't see, nor can I really get it off, and I would like to get the residue off. And I think somebody could have mentioned I was there. This is what you can do. Come in, we can help you.

First, when I made the appointment, I thought I was making it for a doctor. But during the appointment, or should I say after the appointment, I discovered it was actually a PA, which also explains why during the process I did not feel comfortable. I did not feel as though my concerns were addressed. I felt as though I was not being recognized completely in my concerns. I just felt like I wasn't getting a quality feedback.

Excellent service. My doctor ordered the tests I needed. Convenient and efficient, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Aidan listened to my symptoms carefully. He explained everything so I could understand. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I appreciate that when Aidan was looking at my knee, he made sure I got antibiotics. So, in a couple of days, the infection was completely cleared, and I appreciate that. And then a nurse went and cleaned up my stitch area with the little cloth that was hanging, and she was just very helpful. I really appreciate the help I got and the feedback. And I'm looking forward to the next appointment.

Wait time was a little longer than expected, but overall the consultation and treatment options were informative.

PA took extra time to check conflict with new meds and was very thorough explaining it.. dont find that much nowadays

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Vazquez. He listened to me and he discussed what the next step should be and I agreed. Also Isabel, she was very helpful. She helped me to turn off my ringer. She showed me how to do that. And it was a very positive experience. And my appointment was at 9 and I was in the office by 9 o'clock.

I was extremely pleased with the services from the get-go, beginning with the receptionist who was very kind and friendly and guided me on what needed to be completed for registration. Then (name removed) was extremely helpful as well as the x-ray technician and as well as PA Vasquez. Everyone at that location does an exceptional job and I was quite impressed by everyone's professionalism and efficiency. So thank you so much. I appreciate all the services and kindness that was provided.

He was very thorough, took X-rays of my hip explained and showed me where the arthritis was in my hip! Made sure I would follow up with (name removed).

The experience overall was pretty good. However, I hope for the x-ray imaging, you guys could be more flexible. I was told you only accept the x-ray by fax or by physical CD. However, like a lot of imaging centers are not providing physical CD anymore. And since x-ray is a specific file, they cannot affect that imaging. So I don't know. I just hope that is there an easier way to do this. So I really hope it could be more flexible to improve our experiences as a patient. Thank you.
