The doctor and staff members were very helpful and professional.

I've recommended Dr. Lee, Aimee Lee, and the rest of the PIH ortho staff to the members who take my fitness classes at the local YMCA. They love the service and the care I've gotten (2 knee replacements, 1 hip replacement, and 1 hip replacement in another week! All my same medical team at PIH.).

Office staff was great & very helpful. Initial experience was not. Tried to check in at the main reception desk, showed them my email appointment & they couldn't find the provider. Told me to go next, went there & my email & was told to go to Putnam building. Was again told wrong place, went back to main hospital & flagged down a passing nurse & she finally was able to correctly help me to the correct room number. Your main receptionist needs better training!

Not very happy to have to wait 45 minutes before I saw Aimee. I had very few questions for her to answer since most questions were covered in meeting with the PT and Nurse at rehab center. Visit with Aimee lasted about 5 minutes.

I really liked the attention I received because they were attentive in all areas. They mainly kept calling to remind me of my appointments, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that they prepared me for the therapy part; they anticipated that part very well. I am happy with everything, and I hope that what's coming is just as good. Aimee Lee was filling in for the regular NP so she couldn't give me a definitive answer to some questions as her expertise is hips and knees. Overall, she was excellent and referred me back to making an appointment with the surgeon to get answers.

They are very friendly and treat people with respect during their stay at their facilities. Keep it up!

Everything that she told me, she explained to me slowly and she let me ask questions to her about my surgery. And she made me more confident. I was kind of like, you know, not scared, just worried about this mess. But I'm glad that she talked to me and I was glad that I seen her because she was very, very considerate. And I recommend her, she's very, very good. So give her an A.

Hi, Aimee is a great provider. I was disappointed though, or yeah, I guess disappointed is the word, because I couldn't schedule an appointment with her. They scheduled it for me and it was right when I had a work meeting. So I had to miss my work meeting. I think that it would be better if you allowed the patient to schedule at their convenience.
