The doctor and staff members were very helpful and professional.

I've recommended Dr. Lee, Aimee Lee, and the rest of the PIH ortho staff to the members who take my fitness classes at the local YMCA. They love the service and the care I've gotten (2 knee replacements, 1 hip replacement, and 1 hip replacement in another week! All my same medical team at PIH.).

Office staff was great & very helpful. Initial experience was not. Tried to check in at the main reception desk, showed them my email appointment & they couldn't find the provider. Told me to go next, went there & my email & was told to go to Putnam building. Was again told wrong place, went back to main hospital & flagged down a passing nurse & she finally was able to correctly help me to the correct room number. Your main receptionist needs better training!

Not very happy to have to wait 45 minutes before I saw Aimee. I had very few questions for her to answer since most questions were covered in meeting with the PT and Nurse at rehab center. Visit with Aimee lasted about 5 minutes.

She was just wonderful---informative, empathetic, positive, caring I have absolute faith in her.

I really liked the attention I received because they were attentive in all areas. They mainly kept calling to remind me of my appointments, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that they prepared me for the therapy part; they anticipated that part very well. I am happy with everything, and I hope that what's coming is just as good.
