It would be better if the Korean staff member at the counter asked the patient's language first and provided the necessary language. Although she could speak Korean, she spoke only in English to the Korean patient, and the staff member continued to speak only in English to the elderly patient behind me, even though she knew the patient was having difficulty understanding her. The staff member finally said "Thank you" in Korean, but it would have been better if there had been consideration for the patient from the beginning. However, the doctor and all the other blood pressure staff were kind, so I intend to recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you.
