Hi, I just wanted to say I did not actually see Dr. Alexander Kim. I saw a nurse practitioner and she was very good and I'm happy with her care, but it would have been nice to have been notified that I would be being seen by her instead of the doctor I made an appointment with. So that was kind of annoying, but other than that, I had a good visit.

The care from everyone was excellent, the nurses, the doctors, it was magnificent. I'm very pleased with how they treated me and everything they explained to me. I knew exactly what to expect. Hello, thank you. I had a good experience. I appreciated the courtesy at the desk and the nurses who served me. And (name removed), I think it was, (two names removed) and the doctor. I appreciated the doctor coming to talk to me and Dr. (name removed), the anesthesiologist, and I had a very good experience. I was just a little disappointed because they couldn't tell me the results when I called back today, which is the day after I had to make an appointment for a later date. Please have the nurses trained on taking blood pressure. It seems in every office I have visited in the last several months, they have had no flat surface to rest your arm on while taking BP ... they seem unaware that the arm should NOT be hanging or being held unsupported. I waited several months to se Dr. Alexander the office cancelled the first appointment. Waited several months to see Dr. (name removed) only to arrive to find he was the Dr. on call for the Hospital and he had to go there (more important). I did see another Dr. No physical exam was performed only consult, the Dr. Seemed bothered that he had to see me. He did not understand why I was disappointed that I had waited months to see Dr. Lee. Perhaps appointments should not be scheduled on the days when the Dr. Is on call!! Again I waited months.

It was a good experience at the office. The only main thing is that I may have not been clear when I was talking about my history, but when I went onto the portal to see, you know, my results or whatever, I could see that the doctor's notes didn't have the story exactly straight. And so I'm going to be looking into if there's a way to, oh, I don't know, write an email or write an addendum to kind of explain my prior history a little more clearly. Oh, hi. I think the last question I answered, I put in the wrong number. I meant to say that yes, I would recommend the office to someone I know. And also, I had a great experience. Everyone was really good. The only difficult thing was actually initially scheduling. There's a couple of snafus there, and it was hard to get someone to respond back to me. But once I did, everything was really smooth and ceiling. So, yeah, I would definitely come back. Great service. Everyone was great. The hospital was great. Nurses were so excellent. It was a 10 out of 10, 10 being best, on all aspects, from phone, from desk interaction, from intake, from prep, from meeting all the staff, through the procedure, top marks for everything. Really, really well done. A note about your phone survey. Your first questions are counterintuitive. Almost every other system, one is yes. On yours, one is no, and you have to wait till four best yes response. You might reconsider that. Thank you.

For one, when they're prescribing you medication, they should give you a prescription of the medication at hand that you're supposed to pick up, which this doctor didn't do. Prescribe me some supposed to be pain cream or whatever the case may be for my pain that I still haven't received yet. A lot of communication needs to be done. Thank you.

provider's office is not helpful, bordering on neglectful. Months ago I had an upcoming urgent surgery (3 days between scheduling and procedure) and the pain pills prescribed might have upset my gastric conditions. I called the office to ask my gastro doctor for his opinion on what pain medications I can take, I told them the surgery was in three days. They assured me they would get him the question and call me back within three days. They never called me back, until a MONTH later. And that phone call a month later wasn't even with any answers, they were just calling to ask if I "figured it out myself." Other issues I have had with this office staff are: giving me incorrect doses of unprescribed, sample-medication; not correctly billing me for visits; not understanding how my insurance (PPO) handles referrals. It's an all-around shitshow and if I didn't personally know every admin has been there for atleast the two years Ive been coming here, I would have thought everyday was their first day.

it seems that the hospital staff here are not handling the paper work properly. Every time, I got told that documents weren't sent from my primary care doctor's office, and I had to make multiple calls because of this. since it was the first time I'm meeting the doctor. my primary doctor 's office staff said paperwork sent, I could make appointment, but I had to re- request to send. when I reached PIH staff, they did not find updated information documents this time I met Dr Kim for the 1st time, my primary doctor told me, faxed MRI result, but Dr Kim did not see the papers. it seems like front desk staffs did not work their job well 1st visit was not easy to make appointment because preparing the paperwork!!!!
