Great customer service, very friendly as well

I didn't see Dr. (name removed); I had to see Dr. (name removed), who was terrible with me. I've been with you for over 25 years, but this doctor might make me change clinics.

Alisha was really nice and went above beyond explaining the plan we have to begin to lose weight and also the next steps we can take in case something doesn't work.

I felt that the provider was not fully prepared and did not show much interest in my condition. She did not closely examine what I was experiencing and appeared to be making assumptions about my diagnosis.

The staff there are very efficient and friendly. The doctor is completely professional, attentive to each patient, and also very kind. She always orders the necessary tests with great skill. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I always do. Thank you very much.

Uninformative and doesn't convey info properly

Even though I went in as a walk-in, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Radiologist was rude. He spoke in a curt fashion. No introduction. Just called my name than. Said "(words removed)" without explaining to keep my shirt on and to take my (word removed). When I asked for a gown. He replied "(words removed), I did not feel comfortable with this man.

She was very nice and professional

Alisha Ruiz NP is awesome & provides great care for my family.

My experience with the X-ray department was interesting. I was walked over at 4:40pm and asked to wait for a tech to come out of the X-ray room. Tech never came out the 5pm tech for urgent care arrived at about 5:15pm. The urgent care desk was not helpful at all and insisted the tech was in the room when indeed there was no tech when I inquired. Very simply the gentleman could of knocked to make sure a tech was in the room instead I got several I don't knows and just wait(for someone that was not there.) The urgent care tech was as confused as I was but took me in anyways even though I was not an urgent care patient. He was sensitive to the time I had waited already...that was much appreciated.

The physician was very, loved the physician, not really a big fan of the M.A. Alisha . She was a little rude, a little serious, tried to speak to her or try to make a conversation and she was really blunt. Not a big fan of her, but loved the physician.

I was very disappointed because I'm having an asthma flare up with allergies and all kinds of stuff. And she didn't, any provider would have given me a nebulizer and given me a treatment and she didn't even offer. Thank you.

It was an excellent experience. The only thing that I would change is the wait time for the blood test. I ended up leaving and made an appointment with Quest.

There was an error with the medication given to (PHI removed), my wife. She needs a spray that provides enough strength for her condition, but they prescribed another one. I believe my wife will go tomorrow to tell them which one she needs, the one the previous doctor prescribed before this one. Please, when she goes, could you change it to the one she was using? She has used it before. Thank you.

Which I would think would be very nice, very appreciative. I really think it would be great if the doctors would be providing more of a full exam. I was expecting a more full exam. But it wasn't like that. That is all. Thank you.

My doctor was very professional and explained everything in detail

They forgot to submit my medication on Friday. Therefore, I went Friday, Saturday, Sunday with no medication until Monday, Tuesday.

On the last question I was asked, would I recommend this to my family, I accidentally pushed a one. I was going to push a four. Yes, I would definitely recommend PIH to my family. I have a cold right now, that's why my voice sounds like this. But I accidentally pushed a one on the very last question regarding if I would recommend to my family. It seems that when I go see a doctor for any reason, I expect them to look at the problem and try to solve it. I don't like the fact that I got asked, what do you think it is?

Good experience and recommend ways to get better

Everything was fine, but Alisha recommended some drops for my ears and said she was going to send the prescription. I went to pick them up, and they told me that she never sent the prescription, so I couldn't get them. On Monday, I plan to call to remind them to send it because they must have forgotten to send it to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy hasn't received any information about the drops she was supposed to send me. Thank you.

First of all, I'm very dissatisfied with this provider. I asked her many questions. She wouldn't answer me. She didn't spend enough time with me. She was kind of rude and interrupting. I had issues with my skin problems and she didn't even bother to look at me. I told her I was showing her pictures about my condition. I was getting an allergy and this was my first time getting this allergy. I tried showing her a picture and she didn't even bother to look at the pictures. I was trying to ask questions because I do have a lot of health conditions at the moment. This is actually my first time having many multiple conditions. I wanted to address all this. She was very dismissive.

Had a great experience, this was my first time doing a physical with PIH. Alisha was very informative and made me feel comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and the whole process was smooth and quick.

I was prescribed antibiotics that made me experience allergic reaction rash itching. So far I've called the office 3 times to leave a message today to only be able to change my antibiotics for non penicillin asap I'm still experiencing fever and ear pain Even the pharmacy has tried to call To this moment 5hours later still no answer or call back and I'm still feeling very very ill and no one seems to bother to try to help contact the NP. For a simple meditation change
