My visit with Dr. Alisha Ruiz went great. She was very attentive. She listened to all of my concerns and tried her best to address them and provide feedback that was productive to my health and benefit. My only issue with the visit or my only part where I was not satisfied with the visit was with the radiologist that attended me. I felt that there was a certain level of animosity with his demeanor. He was giving me very direct, he was giving me very direct things to do, instructions to do, but I felt that there was some level of attitude in the way that he was saying the things. He did not explicitly disrespect ?

Alicia Ruiz was really great during our visit, was very attentive, listened to our concerns, and helped with any needed referrals and continued care regarding the visit. Very pleased with the care received by Alicia Ruiz.

I went to the doctor yesterday, and on Friday, they treated me very well. The doctor, an American woman, and a (word removed) assistant, they were both very kind. They explained my condition and gave me some good pills.

I was pleasantly impressed by the level of care. I previously went to another location and was horrified by the treatment my daughter received. I felt that I made a wrong decision by changing insurance company. My adult children have not had their physicals since finding an office was discouraging. I felt heard, my concerns addressed this far. Thank you

From the time on walked the front desk employees were very kind and polite. The nurse they helped me to my room was very nice and friendly I was very happy with her help. Always gives me feedback as far as what I need to do, what I need to, how I need to take care of myself, and all that stuff. She always explains ways to help me and make sure my needs are met, and I'm satisfied with whatever we plan to come up with for anything that follows me. I really enjoy going to her. I didn't see Dr. (name removed); I had to see Dr. (name removed), who was terrible with me. I've been with you for over 25 years, but this doctor might make me change clinics.

Alisha was really nice and went above beyond explaining the plan we have to begin to lose weight and also the next steps we can take in case something doesn't work.

I felt that the provider was not fully prepared and did not show much interest in my condition. She did not closely examine what I was experiencing and appeared to be making assumptions about my diagnosis.

Uninformative and doesn't convey info properly

Even though I went in as a walk-in, I was in and out in less than an hour.

Radiologist was rude. He spoke in a curt fashion. No introduction. Just called my name than. Said "(words removed)" without explaining to keep my shirt on and to take my (word removed). When I asked for a gown. He replied "(words removed), I did not feel comfortable with this man.

She was very nice and professional

My experience with the X-ray department was interesting. I was walked over at 4:40pm and asked to wait for a tech to come out of the X-ray room. Tech never came out the 5pm tech for urgent care arrived at about 5:15pm. The urgent care desk was not helpful at all and insisted the tech was in the room when indeed there was no tech when I inquired. Very simply the gentleman could of knocked to make sure a tech was in the room instead I got several I don't knows and just wait(for someone that was not there.) The urgent care tech was as confused as I was but took me in anyways even though I was not an urgent care patient. He was sensitive to the time I had waited already...that was much appreciated.

The physician was very, loved the physician, not really a big fan of the M.A. Alisha . She was a little rude, a little serious, tried to speak to her or try to make a conversation and she was really blunt. Not a big fan of her, but loved the physician.

I was very disappointed because I'm having an asthma flare up with allergies and all kinds of stuff. And she didn't, any provider would have given me a nebulizer and given me a treatment and she didn't even offer. Thank you.
