This was the first time that I had a colonoscopy and the staff in that department made my experience very comfortable. The preparation process was difficult but I appreciated how the office called me to alert me of an earlier option on the day of the procedure. That truly helped my schedule. Overall I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10.

The Colonoscopy Dr. didn't talk to me before and after my procedure. I feel like his behavior is very disrespectful and unprofessional to a patient. I don't even know who worked on me. The Anesthesiologist was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and I had the privilege telling him that. I don't need too much Anesthesia/ Med during my procedure. All the Nurses that worked on me were very professional. They did a good job. Other than the behavior of the Colonoscopy Dr., everything was alright.

Yes, the doctor was very, very kind and patient, informative. He addressed our concerns, answered all our questions. He was down to earth. He didn't see us just as a number. He saw us as a person. He saw my husband, which he has a rare disease. And my husband felt very safe with him, very secure. You know, he doesn't have very good experiences with doctors, but this doctor listened to him, was compassionate. Other doctors should learn from this doctor how to be a doctor because this is so important, especially when a person suffers and with a lot of pain. Someone has a lot of compassion. We thank you and we thank the office staff. Everybody was great. Perfect, a wonderful experience.

There was some confusion with the prep drink instructions. The office was saying one thing, but the nurses were saying another, and then the instructions on the package had another. Clarifying that would be extremely helpful.

Doctor Koldhekar has a great manner. He listens to what I had to say. He put me at ease.

Hello, my name is (PHI removed). I have been experiencing illness and symptoms since seeing multiple doctors. Dr. Kholdekar was the only doctor that recommended an endoscopy and a colonoscopy that I had done last Thursday, which were waiting on results, but the immediate results and findings were ulcers and duodenum osis. Yeah. And as a healthcare practitioner myself, it has been a long journey and so Dr. Kholdekar I think is amazing.

But this doctor went above and beyond to show you and let you know what's going on with your body. Not only does he do that, but he points you in the right direction to where you need to go next. He shows he's a doctor with a heart, not somebody that's there just for a paycheck.

Dr. Amol explained everything completely, which really made me feel more comfortable. I appreciated it.

I just want to thank everyone who helped me; they were very kind. Thank you again. Now I just have to wait for the payment.

Doctor was very patient, understanding, gave me all the best knowledge that he had. What he couldn't help me with, he told me he can refer me to someone else. Very knowledgeable on what he can do and how he can fix the issues that I had. Very compassionate, great listener, very on point with what he learned through his education and what is within his scope of practice. Highly recommend, really happy with this doctor.

Dr listen and we talked about items concerning me and my health. He had done his home work, by that I mean he had check my records and knew more about me. I enjoy this office visit compared to some others. He showed concern about me.

Dr. Koldhekar reviewed my prior medical history with a now-retired gastroenterologist prior to my visit and was aware of my medical history. Because of this, he had a very detailed conversation with me and was able to use my past medical history to help explain what next steps I needed to take to assist with my medical condition.

The only reason I said a number six regarding the doctor was because really much wasn't done until I get more testing to find out what the issue is. So until I get more information and see the doctor with what's causing my pain, then I can better rate the doctor. But he was very polite. I understood what he said. So looking forward to getting answers. Thanks.

When I called to make an appointment, I was getting an appointment in three months out, which I think is just way too long for my condition, and I was getting much worse. I was in that time, and I had to call, and I was actually able to get an appointment, which was a month earlier, that was later on, but it just seemed, even then, that I was out of it. Things were getting pretty bad at that point, I consider I was lucky to get the appointment, and now at some point had to maybe go to the emergency while waiting for my DEMAT appointment I originally had. But that's my comment.

Mostly good a good experience. The wait and ability to make an appointment needs improvement. I would like my appointment to be closer to my home. I live in Whittier and often sent to Downey which is about 15 miles away
