Anaissa Puccio FNP

Dr. Puccio was so nice and attentive. She made me feel comfortable in asking questions and answering. I have had great service from all drs that I have seen so far. No complaints.

I absolutely love my provider, Anaissa Puccio. She's attentive, kind, and truly has my best interest at heart. Every visit with her feels personal and caring. However, the reception area could use some improvement. The front desk staff often seem disengaged. I waited close to 7 minutes to be acknowledged while they were talking amongst themselves, and several patients were in line waiting as well. A little more attentiveness from the front staff would make the entire experience as wonderful as the care Anaissa provides.

It took a long time to be seen once my vitals were taken.

All of the doctors that I've dealt with have been very helpful, especially Dr. (name removed). I feel like she does listen to everything that I have to say and has done a great job for my C-section. However, the front office can be a little not so friendly when you arrive. It looks like you're kind of bothering them when you're trying to check in. But aside from that, I've had no problems with the office. I've been positive since. Thank you.

Everyone is always so kind. My provider answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. She even taught me some tricks for my back pain and where to find labor and delivery.

I am happy that every doctor visit I do not have to pay for parking and ger validation for it. Also, I am happy that I am respected when it comes to vaccinating myself and my future family.

I checked in online, showed up 15 before my appointment, and was still seen 15 minutes after my appointment. I was seen as 230. I have a baby in NICU. I rather be spending my time there than waiting in a room that I prechecked in for. It was very disappointing.

The nurse and nurse practitioner had excellent bedside manner. They were both very kind, relatable, made me feel extremely comfortable and like they genuinely loved their job and cared about both my and my baby's care.
