Dr. Nguyen is very nice.

The staff were very friendly, and the doctor in particular was attentive. He explained very patiently that there is a minimal wait, but it's normal because there are patients who arrived before you, but as I said, the wait is short.

From the outpatient registration, to getting prepared by the nurses, and finally, getting the colonscopy procedure done, all the staff were on point and attentive. Outstanding work from all!

It was excellent.

I had a colonoscopy performed, yet the printout of the prep for the colonoscopy was totally different than what the doctor wanted done. For instance, it didn't say to fast for 36 hours, the printout. The printout even stated I could have a light breakfast the day of the procedure. I didn't, but I had eaten the day before at 1 p.m. So now the provider said that he needs to repeat the whole colonoscopy because the prep wasn't done correctly, which I think is very, very, very unfair because it is not very easy to drink that stuff. And had he said to fast, I would have fasted.

I was treated very well. All the nurses were very, very caring and I trusted them and the anesthesiologist. Everybody was really nice to me and thank you.

Everything was mostly a great experience. The only thing that is disappointing is that insurance companies/board of directors seem to be running the patient care instead of the medical professionals. This is happening everywhere. Doctors, whether specialists or PCP's are given tight time constraints with the patients. The patient has no time to provide a background to the medical professionals as to why and how the patient arrived in the condition they are seeing the doctor in the first place. I have a lot of history that they need to know so they can make informed decisions about care. But every doc I've visited in the past 10/15 years has 11 to 20 minutes to see and evaluate the patient, get paperwork done, and move like robots all day long, with time limited fragmented histories. I think it's time for the board rooms to get out of the exam rooms and let the doctors do what they need to do.

I did have to wait for a while to be seen by the doctor, but his attention towards me made up for the time I waited. Dr Nguyen gave me quality time. Thank you Dr.

Setting appointment was a nightmare waiting for appointment was crazy but the only positive was the staff you have at the hospital was amazing from intake to pre op to post op every single person nurses doctors and staff I would rate a 10 plus. Very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they did.

I found this doctor's office to be very unorganized. I wasn't impressed at all. I waited over a year to visit this doctor. I filled out the registration online, called the day before I went to make sure everything was ready, they had all my information, and I was quickly told, oh yes, oh yes, of course. They always get it prepped before the, patient comes. When I got there, they didn't show that I was registered. And when I got in the office, they kept on asking me questions that were in my medical file. And they had not pulled my medical file like I was told that they had. I waited over a year to get in, and they were not prepared for me. They actually walked over to my regular doctor, Dr. (name removed) office, and pulled the paperwork while I was in the office. No, I would not. I don't even feel comfortable about getting the scope done with this doctor, to be honest with you.

Well, the doctor said he was going to call in a prescription for me, as did the other one, the PA or whatever positions, (name removed). And she didn't call it in either, so neither one called it in, but I've been expecting it. I called the office today. They're going to put a question out to find out about it, I guess. So anyway, that's my response. Thank you.

Didn't like the process of scheduling my next appointment. No discussion about availability, just given a date and time and asked if it was OK.

Doctor has been able to understand my health issues. Has done good so far..

I initially called to get an appointment. They had to set it for three months out. We went ahead and set that appointment and then called back later asking if we could get on a cancellation list so that I could be seen sooner because I had been recommended to see that doctor by the emergency department. But you have to wait for three months to see the doctor when you're concerned about an issue really seems ridiculous to me. We should be able to get in within a month at least. But that's it. That's the only feedback regarding that. Thank you. Goodbye.

Dr. Andrew Nguyen was unprofessional and didn't show up in a timely manner. He had me waited for about 50 minutes in the room before he was able to see me. He's only spent one minute with me then walked out of the room. He didn't get a chance to review my ultrasound test result, which I had it done a month ago and asked me to wait in the room saying he needed to access ultrasound test result from another office. So I was waiting for another 15 minutes, but he never came back to see me. Then a staff came in the room and told me that I can leave, but I told her that Dr Andrew Nguyen needs to go over the ultrasound test result with me. She said the doctor is seeing another patient, so I was very disappointed and told the staff not to reschedule the appointment with this doctor again, then I left.

The appointment visit over all was amazing from my arrival time to checking in my nurses are wonderful my favorite over all was Nurse orchid she explained everything to me. She read my information to me because at the time I didn't have my glasses I couldn't see she made sure I made it home safely. She told me to call and when I called to let her know I made it home she felt more comfortable Dr. Nguyen very awesome. Had a great experience. Thank you.

The only thing was that I had an appointment for a certain time, and they saw me after about 45 minutes. It took them a long time to see me.

I appreciate the provider's time, but I do wish more of my daily activity restrictions had been included in my medical notes. I brought in documentation to help explain the ongoing difficulties I've had for over two years-such as only being able to stand for about 15 minutes at a time before needing to sit or lie down due to pain in my feet and abdomen. I also shared how my condition affects my reliability-for example, I can no longer consistently attend family gatherings or keep medical appointments. Including these details in my records is very important for accurately representing my condition, especially as I seek Social Security Disability support.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 AM on 06/24 but I was not seen by the provider until 10:45 AM - a full hour after my scheduled time. I understand that occasional delays happen, but this level of delay, without communication or consideration for the patient's time, is unacceptable. What's especially frustrating is the double standard: patients are often required to arrive on time, and appointments may be canceled if they are more than 15 minutes late. Yet in this instance, I was expected to wait an hour without any accountability or explanation. I would appreciate more transparency around delays in the future, and a fairer policy that respects patients' time as much as providers'.

I want to see another gastroenterologist. Dr. Nguyen didn't give me another appointment. I had to ask the nurse when I would need to come back, and she brought me a note from Dr. Nguyen to see a nurse practitioner in December. Of course, I'm going to cancel that appointment.

Well, I think I've done everything on my own, the exchange that Doctor did has given me results. For me, it's very likely that I can recommend other people, because they've treated me very well, so for me, what I've received from them so far is perfect.

All around it was great. I got there early anticipating a crowded waiting area and extended wait But was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and timely efforts of the office. I had expected an extended wait but was called in right on time

It was a pleasant experience

At my last appointment, I came in as a referred patient specifically to discuss symptoms I believe are related to lactose intolerance. Still, I left feeling like that concern wasn't fully addressed. I didn't receive a precise diagnosis or a treatment plan other than taking an over-the-counter medication like Lactaid, which I already know about. I left the appointment with information for blood work and ultrasound that was completely irrelevant to my concerns. I've waited close to 2 years for a proper diagnosis or treatment and did not receive that. I wanted to get clarity about whether I'm lactose intolerant and what steps can be taken to figure it out, but I'm at the same point as I was before I started seeing multiple doctors for this. This lack of care for my concerns is unacceptable. I will be sending a message to this provider as well.

I had a 4 month followup visit with Dr Nguyen. I was very pleased with my results with him. I will be having blood tests with Dr (name removed) my hematologist. Dr Nguyen will use those results to determine what I further need in my next 4 month visit. Dr Nguyen always listens. I am very pleased with Dr Nguyen.

Two things. One, my first answer, I actually answered it correctly. It was very easy to get an appointment. It took a long time, but not just to schedule, not they were so far on their schedule (INAUDIBLE). I also wanted to commend the staff because I got my referral and the medicine that I needed to take within just a couple of minutes after leaving the visit. That's very commendable. I have never seen that. I think I was still in the parking lot when I received notification from my pharmacy. I want to commend the staff for (INAUDIBLE).

I appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the staff during my recent visit. I had waited a long time to be seen by the provider and had called daily in hopes of finding a cancellation. Fortunately, I was able to be seen months earlier than my originally scheduled appointment. However, the intake session did not provide any new information, as I had already received the same guidance previously. I now face an additional three-month wait before the next step in my care, which is disheartening given that my symptoms have continued to worsen. I believe it would be beneficial for patients to receive basic GI-related information during their general care visits, or to be directed to complete certain tests before their specialist appointment. This would help ensure that the referral process is more efficient and that patients do not face unnecessary delays in treatment. While I'm grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, I am hopeful that I can secure a timely follow-up appointment so that my care can move forward. I hope PIH can hire more GI doctors in the future to help patients

So the doctor was great. He even prescribed me something that I asked for my traveling to Vietnam. He spent a lot of time with me and I was very happy and satisfied. I felt that I was heard and he listened to me with patience. I appreciate his time and I'm glad that he was my provider. Thank you.
