I arrived at 9:50 AM for a 10 AM appointment and was not called in to office until 10:35 and then not seen by Dr until 10:50 Am. In fairness, the parking lot was full and hard to find a place to park and the building itself had many people there. I think it was an unusually busy day.

I have nothing more to say about the doctor. He's very good in everything. I wouldn't trust him with my family, with my children. He's a very good doctor. And he explains everything. That's all. The staff is wonderful too. Very courteous. Thank you. Bye.

He given all the information I need it, I was very satisfied what he is going to do.

The entrance into the lobby needs an easier way to enter. I use a walker and have no strength in my hands. I have difficulty opening the doors to enter the lobby. Usually someone in the waiting area gets up to help me in. Or someone in the elevator area opens the doors for me. I can't be the only one with this issue. With no help I pull open the door and hold it open with my body (5 ft 121 lbs) as best I can to enter with my walker. Please provide an easier way for us disabled patients who visit solo to enter your lobby.

I need my chemo appointments to show up on follow my health.

I definitely like the care I got with Dr. Pham. His concerns about me and his went beyond for my well-being that he made me feel that I was very important, my health and everything. So I really definitely enjoyed being his patient and will continue being his patient. And like I said, I enjoyed his help with everything and finding out what was going on with me. And definitely I would recommend him to other family members and to friends and other people in the community.

Dr Pham, is always polite and attentive to my questions and concerns. Thank you for your hard work.

I really trust Dr. Pham with my life and the rest of his staff are very accommodating and respectful and professional. The only thing that I am complaining about are your billing department that has been making a lot of mistakes on their billing. So that is only my concern at this point. Thank you.

Dr. Pham went an extra mile in my visit, he helped me to create my account to be able to order my medicine, also he explain everything clear and told me the benefits I will have with the medicine he prescribed for me. I think that Dr. Pham has an amazing bedside manner, and I think he approaches things with intelligence and care. So I really, really like Dr. Pham. It's been such a great experience with him. I think he's intelligent, obviously, right? He's a doctor, but he definitely exhibits his intelligence in a kind manner. So I think he's great. I think the only problem I've ever encountered at the office has been the front desk people. Sometimes they're rude on the phone. I don't like dealing with them when I come in. They don't have any manners. So great doctor, terrible reception.

Dr. Pham is very thorough and patient in his description of his diagnosis. He explains everything in a way which i walk away with a full understanding of what is happening to my body. By far and away the best Dr. I have ever had interactions with at PIH.

I think the medical care at PIH is excellent. The automated system, especially the billing, IS TERRIBLE. I get messages about a balance due, but NO DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT WHICH SERVICE THE BALANCE IS FOR. I never even get an itemized bill. I should not have to request a statement. Even the grocery store gives you an itemized receipt. Cedars-Sinai has a fabulous automated system. The parking system at PIH is also TERRIBLE. Every time I park there, there is at least one person in line ahead of me who has to call an attendant to open the gate and let them drive out. This also seems like a problem that shouldn't be a problem.

He's very patient. And he explains things very thoroughly. And I would like for him to be highly recognized for outstanding work he does in his field. Yes, I was there yesterday and I did not appreciate having to wait a whole hour before the doctor saw me. I had an appointment at a certain time and I waited an hour before he saw me. I don't know who overbooked him or who did that to make him so behind. So that is the one thing that I did not like. I like him, but I don't like the waiting. I will not do it, wait another hour.

Dr. Pham is AMAZING. He is caring, compassionate and listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. Besides being very knowledgeable, he is trustworthy. Dr. Pham has a calming presence. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful. Providers like him don't come very often.

It would considerate of my time if appointments ran on schedule. PIH appointments are always 20 minutes behind schedule on average.
