Angelyn K. Moultrie-Lizana DO

Dr. Moultrie is the best physician I've had in my entire life. Always very professional, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, gave me the attention that I needed, and I'm really going to miss her. I know she's retiring and there's never going to be another doctor that can replace her.

I made a mistake. I will definitely recommend this facility. The unfortunate side is that Dr. Moultrie is leaving. She was wonderful always with me and my daughters. The care that she gave us, it was just unbelievable. And she really care for us and she remembers her patients and she will be greatly missed. She was just amazing, wonderful to have for many years as a doctor. I am saddened to see her go, but I'm happy that she's going to be retiring. I wish her all the best. You guys have a big space to fill with big shoes because I hope that whoever covers her patients are going to be just as amazing as she was. So anyway.

On my app, I asked this doctor a question. I asked her if I could use magnesium at night to help me sleep. I asked her because she knows what other medication's. I take ,so I asked her if it was OK to take this with those other medication's in mind. Her response was "ask the pharmacist! " I thought that was kind of rude/ unprofessional, as a doctor. She should know whether or not it's OK to take magnesium with the other two prescriptions that I take.

Dr. Moultrie is fantastic and I will miss her when she retires. She is professional, caring, and efficient, and I trust her completely. I would absolutely refer family and friends to her.

Dr. Moultrie truly saved my life. She followed up on some elevated enzyme levels and ordered an ultrasound which led to the discovery of a kidney tumor. I was later diagnosed with kidney cancer. Without her attention to detail and care, it may not have been caught in time. I'm forever grateful.

Dr. Moultrie is my preferred doctor. She listens and offers choices with care and understanding. I did not like receiving an email from the RX staff stating that I had to see the doctor or the doctor will not refill my meds. The wording was off to me. I had previously agreed by messages with Dr. Moultrie that I would see her in October.

Dr. Moultrie is very thorough and explained everything to me in details. She listened to what I had to say and she was gentle on her physical assessment. The staff who took my blood draw was a pro! I didn't feel a pain during the procedure. I am very satisfied with the care provided.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my visit at PIH. Every interaction with the staff that I met was pleasant. Everyone from the check-in receptionist, Dr. Moultrie-Lizana, and the phlebotomist made this such a wonderful experience. There was a bit of a hiccup at my check in (I made a second patient account for myself by accident) and the receptionist was so patient and she helped locate my records from my established patient chart. She did not make me feel rushed, or like an inconvenience for having reserved the appointment with the wrong patient chart. She was extremely efficient and welcoming. Dr. Moultrie-Lizana made me feel so at ease at my appointment. She answered my many questions and gave me the most thorough appointment I've ever had. Not one single question or concern of mine was overlooked. I truly hope I get to see Dr. Moultrie-Lizana at my next appointment. The phlebotomy staff at the bloodwork department are the sweetest staff members. They are amazing at what they do. I didn't feel a thing when I got my blood drawn and the phlebotomist had such a wonderful personality. As a cash patient, these are the things that I look for when paying for my services. The staff and PIH truly make it worth every penny to be here. You guys are amazing! ??¨

I love going to this doctors office. They treat me kind and with so much respect. This is hard to find. During this particular visit, I needed to go get an x-ray done. The office provided me with directions to head over to the facility. When I arrived, the locations , x-ray machine was not working and so I started to think about how I needed to go to a different facility and was going to call the office to see if it was OK for me to go somewhere else. Within a couple minutes of me walking out of the facility, the doctors office called me and apologize for sending me to a location that was not able to help me and gave me further information to make sure to come in to another x-ray location that was closer to me the next morning. The office was not only very kind and helpful, but had gone the extra mile as I thought already, what I didn't realize was that the next day when I went in for my x-ray one of the technicians was aware of the situation and greeted me by my name and let me know that they were waiting for me and apologized again for the confusion. I felt completely taken care of, not only by the Doctor but the staff and the technicians. I appreciate all the kindness, especially during a time when I am not feeling that well, thank you very much and everything that has been done is greatly appreciated. We very much like Dr Moultrie she listens on how I feel and explains everything very well

She is not providing me my xay results in a timely manner. I called 6 times to get a response after 24 hours and nothing. Their response is that i have to wait another day. I have unbearable pain and my results are important to determine my underlying condition. I need to have a plan of treatment or referral to treat my symptoms.

Dr. Moultrie is one of the most thorough physician ever. She takes her time to check you and explain with detail everything.

When the nurse asked me questions, she was typing in answers on the computer. One of the things that I mentioned was that I had kind of severe knee pain. The doctor never even asked about that, so I'm wondering where it was on the computer that she didn't see. Also, I have occasional instances where I get vertigo, and I had asked that the doctor address that if they continued, which they have, and that was not brought up at all. She seemed to have these speeches that she had to tell me. She had them memorized. She said them very fast, and it basically gave me no time to respond other than maybe nod my head, and there was absolutely zero time for questions. It was just as though she had to go from one room to another and just hurry up and do something.

I accidentally pushed the two and another time I pushed the one when I meant to push a three or something. I just wanted to let somebody know that I messed up on the thing. I was very pleased with my service that I received from Dr. Moultrie's office. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Ms. Moultrie. I am happy that I chose her and I should have chose her years ago. The other doctors I had previously either left or sat there and told me I was fat.
