Hello, my name is (PHI removed). I am a PAX patient in the Pulmonology Department. I am grateful to my doctor, assistant, and nurses who are concerned about my progress with my sleep apnea. They give me good recommendations, and my doctor has changed some attachments for my machine. I am thankful because my life is improving, and I am recovering my health. The staff was friendly and professional, and the PA was very nice. I expected to see the board-certified doctor I scheduled with, so being seen by a PA instead was unexpected. I also thought testing would begin right away, but the sleep-study wait is now over four weeks, and I was told I'll need another two weeks after that to see the doctor to review the results. My co-pay is $30 per visit, and as a retired person that adds up. I would appreciate clarification on how many total visits this process will require. Clearer communication upfront would have helped."

She was very pleasant and informative and explained everything very well. It was our first meeting. My previous physician had retired and I was seen a PA and she was incredible. She was really good. I'm glad I met her and will continue with her. Thank you.

The doctor was very nice. The staff was very nice. The office was clean. Everybody did everything in a timely manner. That's why I gave them high scores. When it comes to recommending, I really would like to put a zero. Not because of the doctor, not because of the staff. That's why I gave it an eight because I didn't want to be unfair to them, but because of the parking situation. The fact that there's never parking and then you rip people off with a $5 fee to park, that is why I would not recommend PIH Maine Hospital or Putman Center to anybody I know unless they're rich because most of us are sick and we don't have money and I get ripped off every time I go. So that's why I wouldn't recommend, not because of the doctor, not because of the facility or the staff, because PIH has made a decision to rip off sick people. And because of that, I avoid going there anytime I can. I'd always inquire if the doctor has another office.

Old school treatment of older persons was to address them as Mr or Ms i don't necessarily appreciate being addressed by my first name unless i tell someone it's okay! I don't normally address people i don[t know by their first name unless they say it's okay to do so!

Hi, yes, for the first time going to this office after many years, there was a person that came in that actually knew about the machines and how to use them. I don't remember her name, but I guess she comes over from the PIH sleep center in the hospital. And I was very happy with her. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she told me that I was using an outdated machine that was in recall. So she's going to set me up with another sleep study. So anyway, I'm sorry that I don't remember her name. Thank you.

Everybody in the office is extremely helpful to me and they listen, they understood me, they actually understood more than I knew and I can't think of her name, but Arlett gave me a lady's number and the lady that I met with there, I'm so sorry I don't remember her name, she was excellent. She gave me a card, told me she wanted me to look at this stuff I received from a PRIA and call her back because we kind of were thinking maybe things weren't right and they weren't. So she was right. I gave her this amount of mask and I have to do that. I couldn't call the other day because it was too late, but very wonderful office. Enjoyed the guy visit. Felt like things got accomplished. I know they did. And I have people that I need to see, you know, frequently, whenever. Thank you. That's.

I originally had an appointment with Dr (name removed) for March 25. I was wanting to get an earlier appointment regarding sleep apnea. I was told that Arlett Guerrero PA specializes in this field so I could get an appointment with her sooner to get an In Home Sleep Study ordered and then see Dr (name removed) as a follow up. I am grateful for the quick and easy appointment and the encounter I had with Arlett.

This was my first encounter with Dr. Guerrero. She was very nice & helpful. Thorough with reviewing my case history & listening to my concerns. She really heard me out & assisting in the next step for my case. I'm so glad she was available & assigned to me since Dr (initial removed) retired. Truthfully I wasn't going to go back there if I was going to have to see Dr. (name removed) he isn't the best at listening & trying to understand concerns.

Everything went very well. The provider and staff was really nice and great. The only thing I didn't like was that I went to get some results that were going to be told to me that I had done at the beginning of the year and they didn't have the results of the test. They weren't able to find them. They said they never received them. So now I'm still waiting on that. That was a bummer for me.

Arlett was a new practitioner, practice. Anyway, she was very informative. My concerns with my prescription provider changing in the new year. She says I've been doing great and I wouldn't change a thing. Insurance. And then there was a medical student assistant who took my blood pressure and stuff. And it was a pleasure in there. It was a nice visit. So thank you very much.
