Bala Venugopal MD

Dr. Venugopal has been my son's pediatrician for the past four years, and we are incredibly grateful for the care he has provided. Every visit can be stressful because my son is autistic, but Dr. Venugopal and his staff always do their best to make the experience as smooth as possible by getting us in quickly and treating us with patience and kindness. Dr. Venugopal listens carefully, is genuinely compassionate, and always makes me feel heard and understood as a mother. Having a physician who truly cares about both his patients and their families means more than words can express. I am so thankful to him and his entire team for their continued support, empathy, and exceptional care. They have made a difficult experience much easier for our family.

I appreciate the time the doctor took understanding my child needs

We are new patients and we asked for my children's medical records to be transferred over to this office and I asked several times for the authorization of release so we can send it to the previous doctor and no one knew what the form was. We kept getting the runaround and my suggestion or my recommendation is for the staff to be trained in what all these forms are or what they're called to better assist patients.

The front office staff was amazing as well as when I called in to make my appointment. They greeted me with care and when they treated me with care when I showed up for the appointment, everything was amazing. Also the back staff and the provider, everything was very well. I liked the facility, how clean it was, and how I was able to access easily.

It wasn't a good experience. One that has determined during open enrollment, I will be seeking other options for healthcare.

Dr. Bala is a very great doctor he talks to us like if we are family. We feel very comfortable with him and he answers our questions clearly and always asks if we need anything else.

Everyone was kind, courteous and accommodating. The Doctor listened to our concerns and provided recommendations. I felt like he was thorough and explained what I should expect with my daughter's development.

I like the fact that I was able to schedule an appointment when needed. The staff were friendly and understanding. The facility was very clean and organized. The wait time was less than 15 minutes.

Location and care was outstanding, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We are glad to have found our new provider.
