Everyone was kind, courteous and accommodating. The Doctor listened to our concerns and provided recommendations. I felt like he was thorough and explained what I should expect with my daughter's development.

I like the fact that I was able to schedule an appointment when needed. The staff were friendly and understanding. The facility was very clean and organized. The wait time was less than 15 minutes.

Location and care was outstanding, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We are glad to have found our new provider.

I called to get an appointment with ent doctor for son and husband. It took about 30 minutes to schedule both appointments and kept being put on hold. Then I realized after my son's appointment the girl scheduled me for a new pediatrician instead of ent , which is what I asked for. Doctor was good but waste of time since I was expecting to see an ent. I called back to see if they scheduled ent for my husband, and they did not so I had to cancel his appointment

I think I had a great experience with Dr. Bala and he is very much knowledgeable and sharing all the knowledge that he had around health care and I am very much satisfied with it.

The minute I walked in, the front desk was very professional and friendly. Then as I walked to the waiting area, the nurse and the medical assistants, both of them were extremely professional. They were very friendly and they answered my questions. Excellent bedside manner. Dr. Bala, excellent doctor, excellent bedside manner. He answered all of my questions. He was patient. friendly and made my son feel very at ease. Thank you very much to everyone.

Nurses needs to be a little more friendly A little smile makes a big difference

The staff at Dr. V's office is always so friendly and my family and I love going to see Dr. V because he explains everything in a way that we understand and he makes us feel safe.

The front staff to check in with make it so difficult for the pediatric department appointments always difficult to check in and they consume the minutes to appointments there is always an issue upon check in it's aggravating to deal with them even when you show them confirmation and tell them you checked in online and everything was filled out online the service is horrible. It's so difficult to find an office for my children to feel comfortable I do like both pediatrician that are at this Downey location but I dislike the front portion of check in all they do is upset me and anger the crap out of me with there rules whatever issue they are having when I'm like look at the paper work is it not there what you are asking for and I'm so tired of confirmation being so long and yet the front still ask questions about xyz then what did you have me do conformation that takes so frequently long to fill out.

Provider seemed unsure about how to diagnose. I felt like I guided the visit. Outcome worked out.
