The scheduling process is bad, I had to keep calling them to arrange an appointment, once they answered my call I was placed on hold for a very long time. I still have to arrange an appointment with I.R, I have been calling since yesterday and nobody has responded or called me back. I am an PIH employee, but this schedule process is terrible. Sorry.

Following appointments are too long

The appointment to see Dr. Biju took a while to happen. I called in late March 2026 to schedule an appointment, and the first available appointment wasn't until June 2, 2026. That is a long time to wait and see a provider for an elderly patient with declining cognitive functions. However, my mother and I were very pleased with Dr. Biju's demeanor and approach to interacting with us and asking for her history. After the appointment, my mom commented she liked Dr. Biju. I look forward to having Dr. Biju treat my mother's condition.

Previous experience with neurology at PIH was not pleasant due to the physicians approach and arrogance. However, Dr. Biju restored our faith in this particular office. He is very much an asset to the PIH neurology group.

Very friendly for all the staffs-including front desk and nurses. Dr. Biju explained my problems in details and very patiently. Very new facility, nice and clean, just a little bit farther from freeway.

Dr Gop did a phenomenal job of listening to me. I have been shrugged off by multiple providers because "tests came back ok" and there was no "clear diagnosis", so i was told to simply follow up in a year unless there was any significant change. But there has been something clearly off in my body for quite some time. After my 1st appointment with Dr Gop, I finally feel hopeful in finding answers.

I really liked the attention the doctor gave me and everything. He only speaks English, and I speak Spanish, so it's a little awkward. But anyway, he brought his computer over, and I was there. Someone speaks Spanish, you ask questions, yes. But yes, sometimes when they call me on the phone, it's all English too. And yes, you'd like to have more staff like that. Or someone to interact with. Because instead of just the computer and a government, it's impeccable, but everything is fine, thank you.

The waiting room is extremely cold.

wonderful bedside matter

I feel like even though a person that took my blood pressure was nice she did a bad job and didn't do it properly. The doctor was nice but it was a little bit hard to understand what he was saying. I didn't want to be rude and ask him to repeat himself. I somewhat understood what he said.

Dr. Biju was patient, understanding, very detailed in speaking with my father who is 82 years old. My dad had a lot of questions and Dr. Biju was patient and answered each and every one of the ones my dad had and the list of questions that I brought in and gave us honest and direct information. Dr. Biju is truly exceptional-he's so understanding and kind. He took the time to listen carefully, explained everything with such patience and clarity, and went through my MRI results in great detail. He answered every single question I had without rushing, and made sure I fully understood what was happening. He even recommended a new blood test designed to help detect early signs of dementia (Alzheimer's-related changes), and referred me to two excellent neuropsychologists who can provide a more in-depth evaluation. His humility and genuine care really stand out-he's an outstanding doctor

Only about appointment made and noticed it was cancelled on my portal without notification to me. I then called upon noticing the cancellation and it was because doctor was going to be at hospital that day but was able to get me in with another doctor next day. The reception mentioned I should have gotten a call once it was cancelled to notify and I was not called. Notification in these instances need to be better. Once with the doctor and staff always a good experience.

This was my first visit with this provider, however, he offer different solutions to my condition and treat me with respect. I'm looking forward to respond to the treatment offered. The provider show that he cares about his patients, that makes me feel confident to keep been under his care.

Excellent doctor [put me through an examination that was dedicated to the trauma and movement of my hands. Wrote orders for an MRI and EMG (hard to get emg this year scheduled in Feb. 2026 will call daily for any cancellations for earlier appt. Also scheduled follow up appt.

The back office staff was amazing, very patient. The doctor, excellent, took time with me, explained everything thoroughly. If I asked any questions, he spent the time and made sure I understand all the questions, any medications, my diagnosis. I would highly recommend him and I'm glad to welcome him to PIH Health.

Doctor was very interested in my concerns and made a point to answer all my questions and provided new medication to try. I was very pleased.

I went to my appointment with the neurologist and explained my symptoms. I noticed he paid attention to what I said, but he didn't seem to care much about the fact that I'm in pain, quite a lot of pain. If I hadn't asked him what he was going to give me for the pain, or if he wasn't giving me the medication I needed, or something like that, he would have just ended the appointment and come back in three months. He didn't have the professionalism to say, "Look, we're going to manage the pain for three months," or "This will pass." That didn't happen. He simply gave me a physical exam, a sensory exam, but I really didn't feel comfortable at all, thinking that he didn't care about how I was feeling.
