My experience with Dr. Bill Kim was exceptional on all fronts. Extremely professional. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Attentive to my needs asking all the questions. I couldn't think of a better experience or could not make any additional recommendations. It was perfect.

Dr Kim is an excellent doctor. He is easy to talk to and explains everything clearly.

PIH Overall I am not pleased with. Dr Kim was great but to schedule an appointment with a specialist is a nightmare months wait. I will be leaving PIH after my next set of appointments.

This visit was at the outpatient facility. I did not go into his office or have any interaction with his office staff. You need to offer better response choices to your questions if you want accurate data.

Dr. Kim was an excellent doctor. I enjoyed my visit with him explained everything, extremely. Well, however, to get an appointment to see Dr. Kim is extremely difficult. It took me about 2 months and I could, I could call me back to see if anyone had canceled to get a quick appointment and I was not able to so with that. That's one of the reasons why I would not recommend him. It's just too hard to get an appointment with him.

Excellent doctor. Too bad he is not a surgeon, because the Surgeon Doctors that the PIH has in Downey (names removed) do not deserve to be in a prestigious Hospital like the PIH, hopefully they can have a Gastroenterologist Surgeon (GI). The visit with Dr. Kim was fine, but the office staff was very difficult to get in touch with many times. I had to leave messages and Dr. Kim's. Office did not call me back in a timely matter. There are too many doctors in that office and two little help with Dr. Kim. Thank you.

My interview was by phone, it was never personal by video call and with me he sent me a prescription, where after I do not know when I have to see it, I do not know anything, I do not know that I have to take that prescription that he sent me with water, but I do not know when or what time it is or how and why they do not send a paper specifying that what I have to do step by step, that is what is not correct. Yes, I need to leave a message that the last question was a yes or no question. And I actually pressed 1 to... to... I wanted to leave at 10. Because I thought it was a one through 10, just like the previous question, but it wasn't. It was a yes or no question. And I pushed 1 in the attempt to put 1-0, but it ended up being no. So I'd like to change that last answer to a yes. I would like to recommend Dr. Kim to my family and friends. He really was wonderful. And I came away thinking that he was just the best. Superb physician. Having worked with physicians for 35 years you pretty much know the ones who are qualified and the rest should have opted for another profession. Dr. Kim is one of the top on my qualified short list.

The survey that you're asking everyone to do should be a lot shorter. More specific questions. You go in to way too much depth, and your (INAUDIBLE) what you want the person to say. I think you ought to be a little bit more professional. You don't need these surveys all the time. You can be very simple, and short. So, I would talk to the people that are helping you with this with these, and try to (INAUDIBLE) something

From the moment I checked in for my appointment, I was treated with courteous, professional & quick service. I wish I would have remembered all the names because everyone truly deserves a pat on the back for their genuine,friendly service. But a shout out to the names I do remember: Dr. Kim, Dr. Loo, [names removed], the lady wearing the Unicorn tail & headband, the DOG mom who shared her furbaby pics with me and to ALL of the staff. No one likes to go to the doctor, but if you need to go, this is how it smoothly and effectively such a visit should go. One small complaint that id]s NOT directed at this office: I used the payment option that was offered at the end of my from home pre-check in. Well not specifically stating what I was paying, it was strongly implied that the payment was for the copay for my upcoming visit the next day. It turns out that was not the case. Somehow, I never made a co-pay payment for a May 2021 visit to my allergist. When I saw my allergist earlier in October, I paid that October co-pay, along with the skipped May co-pay. When I arrived for my visit with Dr. Kim, the receptionist asked for me to pay my co-pay. I told them I paid it the night before when I checked in. After a bit of searching, the receptionist informed me that the system applied that co-pay to the skipped May 2021 co-pay that I had paid when I visited my allergist the week before. I paid the current co-pay to Dr. Kim, and the receptionist told me they would have associated the double payment to my allergist from the prior week, but they did not have that capability. I suspect I now have an open item for that $35 May 2021 co-pay, while simultaneously having a $70 payment against my October 2021 allergist co-pay. Who knows if the billing department will ever put these two together and cancel them out, but this kind of thing should not happen in today's online billing systems.

Yes, this was the first time I went to see the doctor and he made me feel very relaxed. And he explained everything to me, what the procedure was going to be like, and what's going to happen, but I felt very comfortable.

Experience with hospital, staff and Dr Kim went very well.

Only Anesthesia did not introduce himself immediately but once I asked for the anesthesia he presented himself quickly. Overall, I was treated with respect and my experience was as pleasant as a colonoscopy could be.

All of the care givers were great! However my procedure occurred 2 hours later than scheduled. Instead of 1 PM I didn't have the procedure until 3 PM.

Everyone was nice, the staff, nurses and the doctors. It was a very pleasant experience for me. Thank you.

Well, my appointment was for 7:30, but I was told to come in at 7:15. So I got there at 7:00 and there was nobody there. So I went back to the car and called the answering service. He said, well, they're not there by 7:50 give us a call, and lady came right at 7:15 and didn't seem to know to much about

His knowledge and kindness is transmitted to my care and sense of security.
