My elderly mother was very pleased with Dr Shah. His patience with her, his calm demeanor with my mother was greatly appreciated. He was very clear on explaining the xrays to my mom. The staff was very professional. Good care and quality doctor and staff. Thank you so much.

We actually waited a tad longer than normal due to the fact that Dr Shah got ill and went home (which I totally appreciate). We were seen by Dr Shah's PA, (name removed). He was fabulous. (name removed) explained the situation, continued with the appointment, answered all my questions in the most courteous and professional manner; he is certainly an asset to this office.

I had made a request for Physical Therapy after try to reschedule the appointment and tried for 4 weeks without receiving a callback So I Just Gave Up. I did speak with Dr. Shah and his office Manager (name removed) and she said that she would reach out to the Physical Therapy Department and should receive a call later today or tomorrow but nothing yesterday and today has come and gone. Guess I wouldn't suggest this department to anyone and give them a BIG 0 for their rating.

Dr. Shah was thorough and demonstrated interest in my care. I was pleased with his detailed explanations and appreciate his professionalism. This was a much better experience than my previous visit with the PA who saw me back in December.

Dr. Shah has been my Ortho Dr. for many years, and I trust my health issues in ortho area completely, he discusses all issues in detail with me and I feel at ease with issues when I leave the office.

Doctor Shah is so nice, I fill comfortable with my care with him.

When I went this time, they gave me cortisone, and it hurt. I bled a lot in my stomach. And there are no other options to address this situation with my knees. So, the only thing left to do is replace the knees, the iron braces, and there are no other options. I mean, because sometimes there might be another option to prevent your knees from giving way, and that's all there is. That's the only thing I think there should be other options for. That's all. Thank you.

All of my visits with this provider have been very pleasant, everything was always done as expected.

I find by choosing an early appointment time, your chances of seeing your doctor at your actual appointment time are about 90 percent. I don't know why, but afternoon appointment times have you waiting between 30-40 minutes just to get called into a room and maybe another 10 minutes to see your doctor.

Dr. Shah was very graceful. He understood my problem. He gave me choices and I'm going to go back to him. Thank you very, very much.

Punctuality was good when I got there. I had to wait in the recovery room for eight hours before they could get me into a bed. That is way too many hours to wait down there. I think that PIH needs to do something or change up schedules or something. They need to do something to make this better on patients. It wasn't a good experience.

I want to tell you that I am giving many thanks to God for finding such wonderful people like those who have placed me in this hospital. Thank you for taking care of me and thank you for helping me, for everything you do for me. And thank you to the doctor and all the people there. Was very comfortable with him for being the first time

Dr. Vindesh Shah was so attentive and willing to take us on short notice as a result of a steroid hip shot. He got a severe infection and he developed a big lump on his hip and also inability to move. He went from a cane to a walker to a wheelchair. Vindesh Shah called emergency. We went to emergency. When we had been there for a couple of hours, I called him immediately. He responded and called the emergency room so they could process him quicker. Very, very well done by Dr. Vindesh Shah. Thank you.

Well treated at office and by MD, but.....your parking at hospital is horrible

Dr. Shah is very personable, easy to discuss medical matters and is able to describe solutions for what hurts. He's aces!

All of the staff was good. The doctor, he came in, he seemed very rushed. Every time I would try and speak, he would shut me down and he kept saying, wait, wait, wait, you know, let me look, let me look. And I said, I was here last year. Well, let me look, let me look. And he just kept, you know, he didn't let me speak. And it was just, it was a very, not a good experience. And the shot, this one, I mean, I felt the needle going in. I mean, it was very painful. The first one, I didn't feel a thing. And that's why I went back thinking, okay, it's going to be good. Like I said, he just seems rushed. It seems like he gave it to me in the wrong spot because I called his office yesterday to let him know that I'm still in pain from a shot that I got on Friday and today's Wednesday. And he never even called me back.

I felt the physician did not listen to everything I said. Interrupted me frequently and asked questions which I had already answered. He seemed to rush me through and didn't really address part of the issue, which unfortunately, is the new norm here at PIH. I was appreciative that he was going to call the radiologist to confirm diagnosis. That remains to be seen. I am glad that he hasn't quite wrote me off yet. He seems like a nice guy. Trying to give him a chance.

I don't know why they give you an appointment if they never honor it. You get an appointment at 10.30 and he's seeing you at 11.30 all the time. Every time I go see him.

I went to the designated pharmacy, but my prescription medication was not there. I did not get my prescription medication. I haven't, I don't have it until now.

Had a 11am appt. Didn't see the Doctor close to an hour after check in.. The Doctor explained details of injury situation very well. However, now I need to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a scheduled surgery appointment that apparently takes 20mins? A little frustrating to hear when you have a hurting injury.

Best Ortho doctor in So Cal.

It's difficult to refer either physician or physician's office to other because as it is when I have an appt (which is difficult to get in a timely manner) there is a wait time. This time heard doctor was behind about 45 minutes. Obviously, additional help in the office is needed.

His calm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease, and I felt confident in the care I was receiving. From the first time I met Dr B Shah, he explained everything thoroughly and he listened and answered my many questions. To date, Dr Shah continues to give me the same courtesies. Dr Shah has been nothing but gracious and accommodating. He did my first total knee replacement and I knew I wanted him to do the other knee. I can't thank him enough. I think that since the data breach, the service has been very poor. Okay? I feel like not enough time is being spent to explain in detail what exactly is going on and what we can and can't do. And moving forward, what exactly is a plan in treatment long-term. So I'm very unhappy with my last visit. I was given the idea I was going to have a blood test in three days, today actually, when it was canceled because of miscommunication from everyone involved, from Dr. Shah to the staff. You know, they put me in an appointment where I was under the impression I was having a blood test and that was not the case. End of story. Bye.
