I feel that PIH providers are empathetic to what I am going through.

The office staff was good, was very nice, and the nurses in the back were nice, but I do not like the doctor's bedside manner.

Very professional and appreciate her genuine concern of my health issue.

Bo was efficient, friendly, and thorough

I arrived at the appointment time on time, but I wasn't seen until 20 minutes later. This whole process was rushed. There wasn't enough time for me to ask my questions. I was prescribed with the diet, but there was not extended explanation of how to implement, how to execute. This whole process made me feel like a whole rush, and I only probably seen her for less than 10 minutes. I would definitely not recommend anybody to see this provider.

The visit was eventful. The provider was very professional. The only thing that lacked on my appointment was the follow-up information. Orders were documented on the progress note that is available in my patient portal. That was never discussed or mentioned to me during my visit. I think this should be addressed. Patients should be aware of the orders that they are planning on requesting for follow-up visits.

Dr.Bo was great. Friendly , helpful and knowledgeable.

She gave me a lot of information but I was still a bit confused about some details. Also the pharmacy didn't fill prescriptions for OTC products, so I didn't know if she wanted different dosages than the standard OTC. I called and left a message, and she called back the next morning to clarify the instructions.

Loved Bo! From the minute she started talking to me and asking me questions, I knew we were a good fit! She explained the results of my GI exam and told me things I did not remember hearing before. She is very knowledgeable and I see her again in December!

I just wanted to make a specific comment on the actual resistance that helped me. She was very nice and very helpful. No matter how many questions I had, she was patient and kind and explained everything. She went above board. Thank you.

My appt was just to review my recent ultrasound and labwork results. I actually feel this follow up could have been handled via email or a phone call, in my opinion. Would have saved me driving time, waiting time, paying $5 for parking; totally unnecessary. However, I am told that this office no longer does phone appts., and to see the provider, I would have had to wait until November. I was offered the option to meet with a nurse practitioner, which was fine with me, and had to wait less than a week for the appt. I reluctantly went for my appt., showed up 15 mins prior to my appt time, as directed, waited to be called in for vitals, waited to see the nurse practitioner, realizing my 30 mins of free parking had elapsed before I saw her (again, unacceptable). I will say, however, that I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with Bo, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She was kind and compassionate, and I knew she had done her homework, and had reviewed my chart thoroughly. She was so sweet, I literally had tears in my eyes (happy tears!) and I gave her a hug before I left; not something I normally do, but she treated me like she truly cared, and it meant so much to me, I felt compelled to give her a hug. And honestly, she didn't tell me anything I hadn't heard before, it was just the way she presented it. Very warm and caring. It was a pleasure meeting with Bo....I appreciate the opportunity to have met with her.

Hi, Bo was very, very nice, very easy to talk to. Being a woman, I guess it was easier to talk about things that we had to talk about. She was kind, she was thorough. I really, really liked her.

Ms. Sul was a true professional. She was welcoming, warm, caring, attentive, very knowledgable and informative. She was comforting at a time when I was experiencing high anxiety and fear. She explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. PIH is very fortunate to have her on staff.

Dr. Bo is great very attentive to my needs and listened to me and my needs. She gave a treatment and plan to help me with my GI issues that I have been having.

She was super thorough

I feel comfortable with the nurse practitioner. However, I don't feel 100% comfortable because she is a nurse practitioner, not an MD. And I would have liked to be seen by an MD, but MDs are scheduled to far out. So that is my only discontent.

This was my first time with Bo and the experience was wonderful.

I was told to schedule a 2 week follow up for pathology results. Then was made to wait 3 weeks because there were no appointments available. Staff told me it was better that way anyway because the pathology takes longer than 2 weeks, but that was just an excuse. The pathology was available in less than 1 week.

This was my first appointment with Bo Kyung Sul, NP. She was very personable and professional. She actively listened to me and answered my questions.

I appreciated how comfortable Nurse Practitioner Bo made me feel with the attentiveness she showed.... Also she was very professional and knowledgeable.

The wait time was a little long in the examination room, about 20 mins. before I was seen by my Nurse Practitioner.

Hi, the only concern I have is that the medication she prescribed on the 30th of May has not been okay yet. And I've already made one phone call into the office. So, I'm still without medication and nobody's really. Fixed it for me, so that's my greatest concern right now.

Bo was thorough, courteous and very knowledgeable.

I think I have finally found the area of expertise I have needed. Tests are scheduled, discussed and all questions answered.

The provider I saw was excellent.
