Great Doctor

Great blood draw. Painless and quick

I saw Dr Brian Cheng after my blood tests were complete with my results. Dr Cheng was very happy with my improvement. He always spends time with me and explains my results and what is best for me. I will always have full confidence in Dr Cheng. He is wonderful.

Dr. Cheng is a very good doctor and he's easy to talk to and the staff are also nice to the patients. Anyway, I would recommend Dr. Cheng if somebody asks me for a doctor to take care of them as far as cancer is concerned. Thank you.

Im nearing the end and will probably not live much longer. Dr.Cheng explained hospice care and assisted living to me very thoroughly so that I understood what the future may bring. I value his opinion very highly along with every staff member in his office.

Yes, he was outstanding. He answered all my questions, knew what I wanted. Also, this is the first time I've ever met with him. So I would definitely like to meet with him again, as he has said in a year, but if not, sooner. Other than that, I would recommend him. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you.

He was a good doctor. He explained everything. He has patience explaining stuff to my family. My family was in there and they like him. They like the doctor. Yes, I would.

Just the fact that not all the information that was available was actually obtained by the clinic. There were several studies or exams that the clinic did not have prior to my visit. This being the first visit to this doctor, it was for me very important. But I guess everything will be better, I guess, on my second. As the doctor said that he was going to get more of the records. And that's all I have to say for now.

Everyone is very helpful and kind in this office.

Dr. Cheng is a very, very good physician. He's one of the best that I've had and very professional and he's very caring and he really takes his time to talk about the treatments and everything. So I would rate him extremely high. He is definitely a keeper. I hope he stays with PIH forever.

My experience was pleasant at PIH the doctor was Cool and all the nurses was Cool. They were all nice and pleasant and respectful even the doctor was too I appreciate that. The only thing is they need to get their scale fixed because every time I go to a PIH office now their scale is off knowing that you weighed yourself at home and you get on their scale and you're bigger and then you feel kind of sad like that you're not that size really but other than that p i h I like them they're cool the doctors I recommend them to friends and family I like PIH health at my office is it was amazing wouldn't change a thing but the scales Lol ?? like I said the nurses the doctors all of them they do amazing jobs I like them.

Dr. Cheng is exceptionally attentive both in his work and personally; he listens and answers all questions clearly, and his explanations are also very clear.

I tried making this appointment back in October. When I went into the office, I was told they weren't taking new patients at that office but are in their other office. I understand, even though my husband is a patient at that office. They said they would be getting back to me about my future appointment. It took 3 months for them to get back to me. My surprise? It was at the office I wanted to go to in the first place. I'm assuming there was some sort of mix up. While I wasn't in a hurry, everything worked out fine for me. I was very happy with how I was treated by the staff and Dr. Cheng was very up front with me, explained everything. I'm happy with my treatment going forward.

Since I have been diagnosed with cancer, I have had three oncologists. No complaints about any of them. I do miss Dr (name removed), but both Dr. (name removed) and Dr Cheng have been very attentive and take the time to listen to my concerns. I have received great care at PIH.

I really appreciate Dr. Chun. He really listens to me and is able to answer any questions that I have. So I appreciate him taking all the time that I needed to answer my questions.
