The doctor was very good. He listened to everything I had to say, provided very good answers, was very patient, and spent a good amount of time.

Yeah, I had an appointment scheduled and when I got there, they took me in the room and when they took me in the room, the nurse gives me a paper and says you have to reschedule to do your nails. I said, what do you mean? I came all this way and now you're sending me home. She says, yeah. So I asked for an office manager. They never gave me one. The doctor came in, trimmed my nails half fast, and that was it. I'm very disappointed.

Initial intake staff very friendly and efficient.

All the employees at my visit was kind and respectful. I accidentally left my phone in the doctor's office. I realized phone was missing an hour later.then I returned to the office and asked if a lost phone was turned in today . The receptionist asked me a couple of questions then handed over my phone. I was instantly relieved.

When you make an appointment for what you need, and they tell you no, that you have to do something else first, they should explain that from the moment you make the appointment so it's easier for you and for the person who's going to be seen, my mom, for example. Because of that, we had to make two appointments.

I made an appointment to have my feet cast for orthotics. I was told by staff at the end of my visit that they don't do orthotics at the end of the year. I misunderstood the doctor as he said he would do the casting but that my insurance would charge me for next year. The nurse was rude and told me that they are done for the year casting. When I asked the doctor about it, he rudely stated that he couldn't do the casting and he never said he could. I told him I must have misunderstood him but he turned red with anger and then walked out mid conversation very rudely as if I was a child. I would have never gone to the appointment if I was informed of not being able to get orthotics. A total waste of time. I feel the doctor and his staff need some training in customer service and courtesy. Horrible experience and very rude.

I have seen Dr. Alberty numerus times and each time I am treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. I will continue to go with his office for all my foot needs.

Yes, my name is (PHI removed) and the time was really good. The people were really good. The doctor was okay except for he didn't kind of, I don't know, listen to my, what I said about my outside of my feet, the way they were hurting when I made turns. He didn't remark on it. And then he left the room without saying goodbye. He just left. He says I'll be back and he never came back and he said goodbye and the nurses came back and gave me all the rest of the stuff. So I thought that was kind of awkward, you know, not very personal. That's about it.

Well, I suppose the MD did what was best for this appt by removing the scab from rt foot sole and recommended RX and one over the counter. I did have to call the office mid afternoon because the MD/office had not called RX into my CVS Pharmacy. I am returning on the 30th for follow up and I am hoping to further DX and treatment since I am a diabetic. Looking for test for circulation issues. ty

I Dr Alberty did listened to my issues and addressed them promptly. I left feeling that I will receive through excellent care.

I had better care on my first visit with PIH and more Information then my last provider in 3 years.

Too quick not enough time to explain and demonstrate condition

Dr. Alberty is a great doctor. His staff is kind and considerate and efficient. The office is clean. The worst thing is the parking. The parking is horrible. I feel like I'm being robbed every time I go there. I have a thief in my pocket stealing $5. I have to wait 20 minutes to get out the line because it's all backed up. Almost all the time something's broken, be it one of the gate thing or be it the machines where you're supposed to pay. It's horrible. You guys rip us off with the parking and you should be ashamed. We go there several times a week sometimes because we're sick. We're old, but you don't mind. Rip us off $5 every time we're there. It's your pleasure. I would go see Dr. Alberty somewhere else if I could, but he's only at that facility. As it is, I go to every other facility that doesn't charge parking.

I loved the empathy and humanity when speaking to my doctor. It was always a pleasure to go to my appointment and be heard .

Well, the first nurse (maybe a MA) looked unhappy or sad. She noted all my answers to her questions on a paper towel/napkin and didn't smile. Maybe she needs some emotional help. As for Dr. Alberty, he did not use gloves when he examined my feet nor wash his hands before or after?? As for (name removed), the one who took e-xray's of my feet was very nice, courteous and seem to love her job. You need more like her in this office. Dr. Alberty then went over my x-ray's and was very informative and very kind. This is my first visit ever to a podiatrist, and it was a good one.

Needing toenails trimmed regularly and not being able to schedule appointments due to lack of nurse staffing a few times was difficult. This recent appointment was a bit disappointing in that my toe nails were left jagged and I had to come home and file them as best I could, which was not easy. Not my usual experience.

Hello. I was very impressed that I was seen right at the time I was supposed to be seen at 1 o'clock. Normally I have to wait, but it was a very timely visit. I was really impressed. I had a pleasant experience and I came home feeling very secure.

He seemed very, very, very rushed. He's never like that before. I've been seeing him for years. He just seemed overwhelmed. And I was going to ask him a couple of questions, but he was gone to the next thing. So that's all. Just seemed like too much pressure.

I just wanted to point out that parking does have to be paid, which I don't mind. I understand. However, I did pay, and when I went towards the exit, the gates were just going up. Like, if we didn't have to pay, it would be nice for signs to be put up if that is the case, so that way people are not paying for parking. Thinking that's the only way to get out. I just kind of wanted to point that out.

It took me 10min to Check out you had a line all the way to the elevator with only two receptionist check in/out patients. When you had two other people just sitting right by the rooms talking. It's late in the afternoon I get it we are tired but come on.

Yes, this is (PHI removed). And I went in, they took x-rays of my feet. He said that my foot has arthritis. So great, I'm supposed to go in and get my toenails cut every three months. No, I'm still in pain. My toe hurts. I was offered no pain relief at all. So why come? Why go? I'll just go to my nail lady and have her cut my nails. My toe hurts right now. So honest to God, I was not given anything to help relieve the pain. So anyway, that's all I have to say. Thank you. God bless.

O needed my feet nails cut but he just cut them half of each of them reader that all of the nails all the way to the bottom

I returned to Dr. Alberty to followup on a procedure performed in Feb 2025 that needs to be redone, because not healing correctly. This does not make me happy. Fortunately I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks of requesting, but i feel this was a bit too long for me to wait for a followup. I know there are other patients but my issue is more than 6 months old and a "do over" so i feel i should have been given a priority. Turns out the 6 month old procedure was infected too. I also was not happy that I had to call office and request that prescription be sent to pharmacy because when I went to pick it up at pharmacy 2 hrs later it syillhad not been sent by doctor office. The office staff appeared to lack any "urgency". And one staff person checking in patients in front was short and rude hen speaking to older persons. Normally I have 10 and only positive feedback but this encounter was not positive. I think operational discipline is lacking.

It was my first time. I want to thank everyone there from the minute I got there. Two nurses were at lunch. They saw me. They got a wheelchair for me to take me up the elevator. A car gave me an appointment immediately after I said that I was at urgent care and I needed a cast. Everyone was just respectful and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you.

I would question the need for a face-to-face visit when the only reason is to review the results of the lab work which could be done and then if there are any issues could be either discussed in a phone call or having a office visit scheduled.

It was a pleasure visiting the Podiatry Dept., and Byron Alberty and staff! I was treated with courtesy and professionalism as well as kindness, as if they all knew the pain I have been experiencing! I felt as if someone actually cared, rather then just hurrying me through the process. I was truly impressed and comfortable during my appt. When to seek help from foot pain and got a good explanation of what my foot hurts. However, I don't think he understood the severity of my pain.

My toenails were trimmed by the doctor. I expected them to file (or polish them) as I have had done in my previous provider's office. I was at the appointment less than 30 minutes. I did not like having to pay $5 for parking

Well, Dr. Alberty is nice, but he's not thorough. He's just not, he doesn't seem interested enough. He didn't tell me my feet were doing good or not to worry. He was just giving me the information on my callus and I think he could have scraped it off, but he didn't. He said it needed surgery, and I just said, can you just scrape it off and make it thinner? And he didn't do it. I don't know if I'd ever want to see him again. He's just not that interested in why you were there. He could have said, your feet are doing good. They look good. Just explain what I went in there for, and he didn't.

Most of your providers always seem to be in a hurry. While the doctor was friendly, he spent most of his time on the computer. Not once did he touch the affected area, which I found strange. The pain issues are still not resolved and the reason for my visit are still unresolved and ongoing.

my foot doctor is top quality professional

I was a little disappointed that doctor referred me to nurse for future nail care and that there would be a charge where as my prior health provider provided nail care/trimming regularly and at no cost to me.

Great experience, I was satisfied with my visit

Byron Alberty saw me on time. He was pretty professional. The only problem that I went for a toe, like a toe infection and since I'm diabetic, I thought (INAUDIBLE) going to trim my toenails because (INAUDIBLE) and he did not do that. So I was a little bit discouraged with that because as a diabetic, I have to have very nice care for my feet and he didn't cut my toenails or anything like that. I thought he was going to do that. But other than that, everything was okay.

Overall, it was a good experience. The office staff were polite, professional and friendly. The office spaces were clean and well maintained (very important to me). The time with the doctor seemed very quick, I would had preferred a bit more conversation and explanation on my foot situation but the information the doctor provide was satisfactory.

I'm confused about the diagnosis from Dr. Alberty. He told me after an x-ray that I had a bone spur that was causing my problems, but he recommended physical therapy. And on the physical therapy request, he said I had plantar fasciitis. So I can't get physical therapy until we figure that out. And when I called the office of Dr. Alberty to get clarification, I have not heard back since Thursday afternoon. Thank you.

Timely Professional & Friendly Knowledgable Care

I was called in for my yearly check up and the provider asked how I was and I said fine. He then said ok I will see you next year without checking on my feet. To me it was a waste of my time, gas, and parking fees.

Everything is fantastic. The only thing I don't like is that they charge us for parking, and for those of us who are poor, they don't have (unreadable) here if we go to the hospital two or three times a week.

My mother and I were very happy with the service that we received there at the office. The girl who cut my mom's nails did an amazing job. She really took the time to cut her nails. She was very meticulous, went over them a few times and made sure, filed them and at the end did put neosporin on them. She really did a good job. Thank you.
