Dr. Alberty was very polite during my procedure. He asked if i felt any pain throughout, concerned for my comfort.

I wanna thank you, Dr. Alberty staff for helping me all the time. And for Dr. Alberty always counting me straight up. How things are. I really appreciate that.

That all the staff is very friendly and I am very grateful for the service.

As it was an appointment from the VA, I felt it such a waste of time. The Doctor asked health questions and stated that the VA won't cover him, so I will just cut his nails. He literally was in the office for 10 minutes. Guess that's what a man gets who fought for our country. 10 minutes, nail cut and a quick exit. Thanks for a waste of time.

Physician said He was giving me the lowest dosage the medication prescribed but turned out it was not.

I love going to Dr. Byron, he always so attentive and listen to your concerns and advise for what is best.

I was disappointed, I'm a diabetic n was there to get my toenails done. My other insurance provider have this service. But was told, I don't qualify for this service in this insurance. The service was done, but was told the next time. I would have to pay. Disappointed...

I was impress by Dr. Alberty as he deligently listened to my problem and examine me thoroughly. No one has been able to help me with my pain and explain why I was in pain. But Dr. Alberty knew the cause of the pain and also recommended me to a shoe store and sent me to another expert doctor to exam me further.

Xray tech was really nice. She Went above and beyond and is definitely well versed in people skills and her career. Dr Alberty is a very caring doctor. Really knowledgeable and personable. Always goes above and beyond in patient comfort. The first PA was very coarse. She needs some customer service training. The second PA who gave me my physical therapy referral and shoe recommendations was soo nice. Helpful and explained and provided suggestions which I really appreciate. Above and beyond service.

Dr. Alberty is very friendly, but also caring and very professional. He was very thorough and carefully explained how to care for my nail.

I would appreciate clear communication regarding my treatment, medication, and procedure that would be required. The Doctors explanation was somewhat vague.

I was refered to Dr. Alberty for a toenail removal. I booked an appt, waited 3 or 4 weeks, show up to appt. only to tell me the prcodure will be done on another day. Now I have to book another appt. and wait more time. I feel the procdure should have been done at this visit.

Yes, I have an old foot injury and had gone to another foot doctor years ago. And he told me I had a hairline fracture. So I've had problems. So I went to go see this new doctor to see about surgery or where we were going to do now. And they took x-rays and says I don't have a hairline fracture. It was... I'm full of arthritis. So the fact that he caught it and the other one told me something different, made me very happy that he was on the ball. That's it.

Dr. Alberty is the best Podiatrist in town!

And it could be possible that they paid more attention to what the patient is really going to and not asking one who is going, because they were referred by a specialist, so there must be contact between one doctor and another to know what the patient is going to, thank you.

Although they were very busy, we were able to make a same day appointment and there was very minimal waiting time once we arrived to the office. Office staff was very nice and helpful.

Yes, Dr. Alberty is very professional, very kind, always gives us extra information for our health care needs, and how to better our lives as far as our feet go and exercise...and exercise and massaging, and just everything in general. He gives a so much information. We so appreciate that. He's an excellent doctor. On a 1 to 10 I'd definitely give him a 10, and I highly recommend them to others that have PIH insurance. Md retook xrays and found I did have a ankle fracture that was missed by urgent care back in December.

Dr Alberty is very personable which makes the experience that much better.

Felt rushed. Didn't explain my condition. Had questions for dr but didn't realize he was leaving quickly. Asked nurse but she didn't seem interested. Asked her to ask dr but not sure about response. I couldn't talk to the dr. after he rushed out the door.

I saw the doctor,excellent office visit but I'm not ready to have my foot butchered again.

My when my foot was really bad it took him three weeks to make an appointment up in the front desk my doctor told me that if that ever happens again to get in touch with him immediately, and there was no, you no cancellations or whatever.

I absolutely love that office!!! I noticed that when you have a kind a caring Doctor that it reflects on the staff there. Everyone there was so nice and caring. That's the way a Doctors and staff should treat all of there patients. I cannot say enough of good things about them but Thank You so much for helping me.

I like that both the doctor and the assistants and those who make the appointments speak very well in Spanish and they understand each other very well because she speaks in Spanish and (unreadable).

Post surgery, there were a couple of issues that required immediate attention. (name removed) responded immediately and resolved those issues in the absence of (name removed) ( maternity leave). Excellent communication skills.

The online registration is very helpful save time. I was seen in a timely manner. All the staff were great, explains the procedure, X-ray tech was knowledgeable. Dr. Alberty checked the X-ray result checked my foot, and told me the good news that my fracture is healed and I can be normal again, wear regular shoes and can drive. I love PIH.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Alberty. I had a callus on the ball of my foot and could barely walk. He provided the necessary care that I needed and now that callus is not even noticeable. I really appreciated his fine service. Thank You~~

I was upset because, I was not explained how long that my pain from my left injury would last. It's been six months already. Just put ice on it and sent me on my way. I was also advised to buy orthopedic shoes. I felt like a waste of time. Also angered that I had to pay for parking on top of that!

Dr. Alberty has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever encountered. I had a fractured bone in my foot that I was unaware of and he was not only professionally and medically excellent, but he also approached my concern with empathy and kindness. I could not recommend him more highly.

I believe he was very courteous and I said he did speak but when it came to taking care of my issue, he did a half job he didn't take the time to do it. right and so I still have some fragments left. So I just think that he should have been a little better job and he could have the toenails so I just think is working for his work habits are poor.

This was my time's going and the doctor came in and said my Nurse usually does this so we felt like he didn't really, wanna do the toenail. He said we will follow up with her in the next three months and then finish them didn't say a word to us and walked out.

I came in with an ingrown toenail- RT. big toe. Dr. Alberty examined the toe, felt for pulse in my ankle, then the top of my foot. He said,"You have poor circulation in your foot and I can't do the ingrown procedure. You run the risk of infection." He ordered a test, antibiotics, and left the room- no explanation. More troubling, he didn't check my left foot. This was an incomplete exam, according to a Md. friend. I don't know the name of the test, as he exited the room without a word. I sat there for several minutes for his return. The nurse came in and said you may go. My first bad experience at PHI.

I went in because my 9 year old daughter had an ingrown toe nail on her right toe. Right away with barely even looking at it. The doctor suggested she went under surgery for both right and left foot. Put under anesthesia.When I asked for any other options he was upset and was certain using local anesthesia wouldn't work because she's a child. I suggested we should at least try and that putting her under was my last option. He was upset and waked out. Had his nurse come in and schedule me to come back. He did not make me or my daughter feel comfortable and like he was looking out for her best interest. I was able to take my daughter else were and they took care of her ingrown nail. Without local anesthesia or being put under. I don't recommend him and will not being going back.

I have visited Dr. Alberty's office several times over the years, and he has been able to help me with all my foot issues.

I have seen many specialists at PIH and my experience has always been a positive one. I cannot say that for my primary care physicians. I have never been able to get timely appointments and always see PNP.

I was a little bit puzzled about because I had gone in to see about getting some proper shoes for my feet and he said, my provider didn't didn't provide him That he had something or somewhere available for me and then he went out the door and never came back and kind of like I was left sort of hanging. Like I didn't know. And then his assistant came in his nurse, I guess. And told me that the visit was over and it was, I don't know. It was just very strange.Alright. Anyway, that's all I have to say. Maybe my experiences based off instead. I'd never been there before. So maybe that's what it was.

1. Like many doctors in your system, Dr Alberty spent most of our alotted time on his computer. 2. Medical records he accessed did NOT show my current heart medication on file even though I confirmed that it is on the record at Dr Chabouni's office.

Great experience except for exiting the parking lot. I don't mind paying $3.00, but it gives you a few minutes to get out, and after waiting in a long line to go through the gate, I end up owing more money. Bummer end to a good experience. It leaves you irritated and not wanting to go back, even though I love the doctor!

I have a stress fracture on my foot. Office at Dr. Alberty called me the next morning advising me of approval and authorization for a "boot". Office gave me the address and phone number. When I arrived at Allegence office on east washington blvd the office knew absolutely nothing and received no information about me or authorization for my visit. The secretary and myself had to make several phone calls to get authorization for my visit. I was at the Allegence office for 1and half hours.
