Wish provider would have taken the time to look at my records before my visit. All my doctors have always been aware of my history not just the reason I was there.

Dr. Mercurio was comprehensive, thorough, sat with me through all my questions, was very patient throughout all of it. The staff was also amazing and I was able to get an appointment when I wanted, which is, I rated it wrong in the first question. I would say it's a four. I got the appointment when I needed it. Okay, thank you.

My experience was excellent. I was treated with such respect and I was treated so kindly and all of my questions were answered and I was left with a result that I was pleased with. I would recommend the doctor to anyone. The office staff was excellent also.

My doctor was amazing

Getting an appointment in a timely manner took a long time. But that seems to be an issue with other specialities. I liked Dr. Mercurio. She took her time to show me how to use the medicine. She answered all my questions and explained things slowly.

My doctor, Sasha Kang got called to the hospital and this doctor was able to step in and do my well woman exam.

The doctor and her assistant were wonderful. The check-in clerk was friendly and very patient with my questions.

When you make an appointment, they give it to you up to a month after you call. I just called to see my doctor and they gave me an appointment for January 16th, which is more than a month. That's what I wanted to tell you.

it is not right that there is charge of $5 to visit a Dr's office , when you already have a high copay and insurance premium. other pih locations dont charge for parking. there should be a waiver for office visits or lower the cost. I can understand thee fee for hospital visitors parking. the dr seems to be a good doctor , my first visit but she seemed a little stress and a little overwhelmed, maybe pih is loading them with too many patients. she answered all my questions but I can see she might be overwhelmed. I will like to see her again, I just hope pih does not overwhelm her with alot of patients . I also noticed several of your staff with bad colds, caugh, if they are to be at work , maybe they should not be in the front with the incoming patients.

The provider was not attentive to what I expected. The provider only spent a few minutes with me and didn't ask how I was doing or if I had any questions or concerns. All she did was look at the lap top briefly and that was it. Would not want to see this provider again if possible

I think the Dr. (name removed) was really nice and informative. However, the staff at the front desk can be trained more and to be more polite, welcoming. Front desk is very important. It sets the tone for an office setting. And when your front desk women are not making eye contact or don't smile or are not live, it just doesn't do well. And then also, I would recommend that when a patient is calling in to make an appointment that insurances are verified the day of as opposed to verifying the insurance when the patient has their upcoming appointment because we patients

They are efficient and they made me feel very comfortable.

I felt like my provider didn't take my concerns about my pain seriously and brushed them off as normal even though the pain is too painful to be considered normal period pains

Dr Mercurio was very nice and gentle.

Most information and results were communicated with me, but a big portion of what I went for. My visit was not communicated with me, which was very important information until I reached out afterwards questioning it. But otherwise, staff was really nice, really kind, welcoming, and the whole experience was not bad at all.

The wait time for the doctor to come in to see me was very long. It was like 40 minutes probably.

I really appreciate how kind and helpful she was before she performed my D&C and at the follow up appointment. I've never had a D&C before and that was the third baby we've lost and she was of great comfort and helped us through the whole process.

Overall, very thorough in her explanations and made sure I fully understood the results that had not been discussed by a prior provider.

I didn't feel as if she cared much. Whenever I asked a question she would decline my request.

It was my first time scheduling/visiting the women's center. I was pleasantly surprised, because I didn't know the center existed. I've been a patient for years and didn't know I could schedule a pap smear through the center instead of waiting for months and months. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend friends. The Dr. was very caring and I was really comfortable and trusted her. Doctors like her keep me in the PIH group. Thank you.

The doctor was very thorough with me, explained everything so well. I will only go to her now. I've never gone to her, it's my first time, and it was a great experience.

Apt was at 1115, didn't actually see Dr until past 1230. That's too long of a wait.

Dr. Mercurio is an excellent physician and made me feel calmer. She explained the procedure is an easy matter. You can tell she is caring and genuine wanting to help.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit with Dr. Cariza Mercurio. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail. She patiently answered all of my questions and truly made me feel comfortable and heard.

One small concern is that there is only paid parking. It seems like if patients are already paying for medical care that parking should be included with that. Paying for parking could be one extra barrier for patients who are low income.

I was called back to the room within a few minutes of my appointment time, but was not seen until 50minutes past that time! I was sitting undressed in the robe, on the patient table for over 40minutes waiting. I thought I had been forgotten about. No one popped in to say how many patients before me, or to let me know they hadn't forgotten. I LOVE Dr. Mercurio, but it didn't feel professional or courteous to have me wait that long, especially without being acknowledged.

I felt the appointment was rushed and she did not encourage questions.

The office has set up a different doctor for me. I requested that he join me on, and then I don't understand why they end up giving me this doctor. So she's not my doctor. So I was a little bit disappointed. Thank you.

I wish I was explained more of what my problem was, but she was, I don't know if busy, but she didn't spend a lot of time with me, but I would recommend her because I really don't know her from the first visit. I'd like to go back again, and then I can determine my questions more accurately. Thank you.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Mercurio. She really does truly care about her patients and she's been a joy to always be in contact with and helping me with my fertility journey. So, totally love her.

I feel like all my concerns were dismissed and it seems like everything I was concerned about was normals to the provider. She wasn't even in there for more than 5 minutes. My visit felt rushed I will be opting out of seeing this specific provider again. Nothing personal I know every provider has its individual way of practicing medicine but I don't think I've had this experience with any of the other providers I've seen.

I would really like to thank Dr. Mercurio. She listened and answered all my questions. She was very respectful and caring. She made this experience a little better, knowing our provider was actually listening to our concerns.

I pressed two when it came to the office staff, and I meant to press four because they're absolutely amazing. I had to reschedule an appointment at one point kind of suddenly because of the doctor's need, and they were very, very thoughtful, very kind about it, super apologetic. And yeah, the whole experience has been really wonderful. So I meant to put four. Please ignore that too. And y'all are great over there. Thank you so much.

Was my first interaction with Dr. Mercurio. I was not disappointed. Was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr (name removed) is my primary Dr. But if he is not available, I will definitely see Dr. Mercurio again.

I thought the doctor was great and I trusted her. She knew a lot. She saw me fast. The only problem was trying to get the appointment. It took me like five weeks to get the appointment and I had to suffer through five weeks of having what was wrong with me. So if there's any way you can improve on trying to be able to get appointments, that would be great. Thank you.

Dr. Mercurio listens very intensely and makes the right judgment calls and he treats you with a lot of respect. I very much trust Dr. Mercurio and hope to be seeing her every time I have a need for an gynecologist.

Well, you guys need more improvement is on the wait time on answering calls and for setting appointments, it's very hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. You have to wait several weeks to be able to get an appointment with pretty much any of the doctors. But what is great is the doctor's care. She has nothing but time for you and offers you all the information you need. And she is pleasant and happy to answer any questions you have. Truly very satisfied with her care and everything that she does is amazing. And I appreciate it. Thank you.

She is the best OB/GYN I've ever had. She always explains everything in detail and I feel heard.

The appointment went great, Dr. Mercurio was fantastic. It was our first appointment with her, and she made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. The only feedback I have was for the person assisting her that day. The assistant was very nice, but at one point she left the door to the room completely open when I was on the exam table with my legs in the stirrups and completely undressed from the waist down with the sheet pulled up. The curtain was not drawn, I could see clearly into the hallway. I was very uncomfortable and my husband noticed that it happened too. Dr. Mercurio was adjusting the exam table so she didn't see or I'm sure she would have covered me, drawn the curtain or closed the door. The door was left open for maybe a minute or two at most, but I felt very exposed. I trust the staff and know they're professionals, but patients could have been walking by in the hallway. I was unsure to say anything at the appointment, but I was bothered by it afterwards and confirmed it was an issue when my husband brought it up on his own without me saying anything the next day. It happened fairly quickly and I'm positive it wasn't on purpose, but I did want to mention it. Otherwise everything was great.

Making appointments for future continuous care is nearly impossible. Drs are booked way too far out in advance. I shouldn't have to wait over 2 months for a follow up.

As awful and nerve wracking as these visits are, the staff and doctor made me feel very comfortable and made my visit a lot easier

Made sure I got info to enable me to make the decision to proceed knowing the procedure would or could be painful. It was but I made it through.
