i got my questions asked but the visit was so short i felt rushed and not a lot of assessment that made me feel like i could be understood.

When I first got there the young girl in the front was so sweet and respect and she checked me in. Doctor was amazing and sweet. (name removed) her assistant was carrying and nice. I went back to the front to schedule another appointment and this time it was an older lady and she was very rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was (name removed) she needs some training on how to treat the patients.

Dr. Mercurio was efficient and effective, I was in and out and got my procedure taken care of painlessly. Thank you, Dr. Mercurio!

I scheduled an appointment only to show up and be told there was no appointment. I scheduled another and was called that need to reschedule due to doctor not going to be in. Finally got appointment, doctor nice and staff friendly. However appointment was for 10am but didn't get called to room until 10:25. Lots of waiting for this appointment to happen.

I felt this doctor was very kind and listened to me very well. She is a real asset to PIH

Hi, this was my first experience in OBGYN in some time. I neglected to go to my yearly visits. So my appointment today, or I'm sorry, yesterday, was giving me a little bit of anxiety. And I can definitely say that the staff there was very welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. The assistant or the nurse that comes in to ask me questions, she was very friendly, made me feel very comfortable, made sure that I was good, asked if I needed anything, just walked along or talked along the steps of what we're going to do in the appointment and waited for my responses and asked if I was okay. And following shortly after that, the wait was not long. It was a very short wait. Doctor came in and she was very, very friendly, beautiful, glowing, pregnant.

Dr. Mercurio went above and beyond to make me feel like she cared and to help me plan out the process of when I might try and get pregnant. I have PCOS and her, I've never had someone like step-by-step count out the days of my cycle and to just make it seem like she cared just as much as I did. So I will be recommending her to every and all people who ask for a GYM. Thank you.

This visit was for my annual exam and a follow-up from last year. Dr. Mercurio seemed somewhat rushed, but still took the time to address my concerns. Overall, the service met my expectations.

I feel like Dr. Mercurio really listened to what I had to say and I feel like she is really going at my care and taking advantage of what techniques and all the different labs and scans and everything that we can do to figure out what's really going on with me and I really appreciate that. Dr Mercurio, was exceptional. Not only did she attend to my physical concerns but she also did a wellness check with me. She chatted with me about my personal life and she was so informative and concerned truly concerned.

I was extremely overdue for a well women checkup. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of calling to schedule. I have a history of abnormal results and when I saw Dr. Mercurio she was extremely kind and answered ALL my questions. She put me at ease. Thank you!

My first visit to the Women's Center was with another Dr. A few days later I was not feeling very well but all I got to talk with was her nurse. I wasn't satisfied with the response I received. I ended up collapsing 3 days later because of loss of blood. I was taken to ER., admitted to hospital. I then had my procedure. I got 2 calls after all this was completed. The calls were about setting up a date for the procedure that I had already. I thought PIH was a place where Doctors could find out about their patient's history.

Dr. Mercurio is an amazing doctor. She listens to me and I genuinely believe she care for my whole being. She takes her time and we work together on a game plan for my future goals.

I appreciated everyone's kindness and respect.

I think the doctor was super sweet and nice. However, I do wish that maybe she had asked more questions for clarification and be able to hear my concerns a little bit more and to just tailor the experience like uniquely for my situation. But she was really nice, she was really sweet, but also the visit was super short. So that's it.

The office was well run. We got called back to the room in a timely manner. Dr. Mercurio was amazing. She was super nice and kind and knowledgeable and explained everything for the procedure for my son.

I appreciate the respect and timeliness of this practice.

I love Dr. Mercurio. She is the greatest. However, I am having some bleeding after my last visit and I'm going to need to contact her and let her know what's going on with me after removing my Morena IUD. But I really like Dr. Mercurio. She's awesome. She's down to earth and she's great. Thank you. Bye-bye.

The provider was very pleasant, explained everything. tried her best to distract the procedure she needed to perform to ease you. Excellent experience. I will return to her.

Wish provider would have taken the time to look at my records before my visit. All my doctors have always been aware of my history not just the reason I was there.

Dr. Mercurio was comprehensive, thorough, sat with me through all my questions, was very patient throughout all of it. The staff was also amazing and I was able to get an appointment when I wanted, which is, I rated it wrong in the first question. I would say it's a four. I got the appointment when I needed it. My experience was excellent. I was treated with such respect and I was treated so kindly and all of my questions were answered and I was left with a result that I was pleased with. I would recommend the doctor to anyone. The office staff was excellent also.

My doctor was amazing

Getting an appointment in a timely manner took a long time. But that seems to be an issue with other specialities. I liked Dr. Mercurio. She took her time to show me how to use the medicine. She answered all my questions and explained things slowly.

My doctor, Sasha Kang got called to the hospital and this doctor was able to step in and do my well woman exam.

The doctor and her assistant were wonderful. The check-in clerk was friendly and very patient with my questions.

When you make an appointment, they give it to you up to a month after you call. I just called to see my doctor and they gave me an appointment for January 16th, which is more than a month. That's what I wanted to tell you.

it is not right that there is charge of $5 to visit a Dr's office , when you already have a high copay and insurance premium. other pih locations dont charge for parking. there should be a waiver for office visits or lower the cost. I can understand thee fee for hospital visitors parking. the dr seems to be a good doctor , my first visit but she seemed a little stress and a little overwhelmed, maybe pih is loading them with too many patients. she answered all my questions but I can see she might be overwhelmed. I will like to see her again, I just hope pih does not overwhelm her with alot of patients . I also noticed several of your staff with bad colds, caugh, if they are to be at work , maybe they should not be in the front with the incoming patients.

The provider was not attentive to what I expected. The provider only spent a few minutes with me and didn't ask how I was doing or if I had any questions or concerns. All she did was look at the lap top briefly and that was it. Would not want to see this provider again if possible

I think the Dr. (name removed) was really nice and informative. However, the staff at the front desk can be trained more and to be more polite, welcoming. Front desk is very important. It sets the tone for an office setting. And when your front desk women are not making eye contact or don't smile or are not live, it just doesn't do well. And then also, I would recommend that when a patient is calling in to make an appointment that insurances are verified the day of as opposed to verifying the insurance when the patient has their upcoming appointment because we patients

I felt like my provider didn't take my concerns about my pain seriously and brushed them off as normal even though the pain is too painful to be considered normal period pains

Dr Mercurio was very nice and gentle.

Most information and results were communicated with me, but a big portion of what I went for. My visit was not communicated with me, which was very important information until I reached out afterwards questioning it. But otherwise, staff was really nice, really kind, welcoming, and the whole experience was not bad at all.

The wait time for the doctor to come in to see me was very long. It was like 40 minutes probably.

I really appreciate how kind and helpful she was before she performed my D&C and at the follow up appointment. I've never had a D&C before and that was the third baby we've lost and she was of great comfort and helped us through the whole process.

Overall, very thorough in her explanations and made sure I fully understood the results that had not been discussed by a prior provider.

I didn't feel as if she cared much. Whenever I asked a question she would decline my request.

It was my first time scheduling/visiting the women's center. I was pleasantly surprised, because I didn't know the center existed. I've been a patient for years and didn't know I could schedule a pap smear through the center instead of waiting for months and months. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend friends. The Dr. was very caring and I was really comfortable and trusted her. Doctors like her keep me in the PIH group. Thank you.

The doctor was very thorough with me, explained everything so well. I will only go to her now. I've never gone to her, it's my first time, and it was a great experience.

Apt was at 1115, didn't actually see Dr until past 1230. That's too long of a wait.

Dr. Mercurio is an excellent physician and made me feel calmer. She explained the procedure is an easy matter. You can tell she is caring and genuine wanting to help.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit with Dr. Cariza Mercurio. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail. She patiently answered all of my questions and truly made me feel comfortable and heard.

One small concern is that there is only paid parking. It seems like if patients are already paying for medical care that parking should be included with that. Paying for parking could be one extra barrier for patients who are low income.
