Well, it was my first day experiencing the Carlos Martinez's office over at 1245 Wilshire Boulevard and at Good Samaritan Hospital, and I found them very interesting. They were very helpful. Dr. Martinez is an excellent doctor and spends a very good amount of time explaining everything very carefully in a way that my mother understands and she really enjoys going to see him for her regularly scheduled visits. The one area of improvement is not for the doctor, but it's for the operations of the office. If an appointment is at a certain time, let's say 3 o'clock, we don't want to have to be waiting for a lot of time before we get to see the doctor. So I think the longest we waited has been 45 minutes by the time they call us in. So that would be the room for improvement on the operations side. But Dr. Martinez is excellent. Thank you.
