The office staff was rather curt to me. I hadn't done anything at all. I just walked up to see when it was my turn and to check in. But other than that, everybody was pretty good. I really liked the doctor a lot.

Dr. Cathleen Li was awesome. She listened to what I had to say, gave her feedback, and also was very quick on helping me to get my MRI scheduled. And also the front staff and everyone was very kind, very helpful, and very on it to make sure that things were running as smoothly as possible. And they were also very cheerful right in the morning.

Dr Li and staff are great!

She was in a hurry, although this was a scheduled 8am appointment; did not suggest new migraine medication that might help; did not even check lymph node area.

It was very nice to sit in the waiting room and not have it crowded, I appreciated the kind staff and the cleanliness of the office and being called in so quickly.

Dr. Li listens, listens and offers solutions, explains and discusses everything in a detailed, comprehensive way. I'm very pleased that she is my primary care physician now, as I have finally received the help I've needed to address my ongoing medical conditions.

This was the first time meeting Dr. Li. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She was engaging and respectfully addressed all of my questions/concerns. I would give her five stars. This is the type of physician PIH needs more of. Thank you!

My nurse was wonderful. She was the nurse at my previous doctor. She was so friendly and thoughtful Just lovely.

We definitely miss Dr. (name removed) and it will take time to develop a personal relationship with Dr. Li as we had with Dr. (name removed), so we shall see.

I tried to schedule my appointment online twice. There was no appointment available. I requested a call back to schedule and never got a call. I called in to schedule this appointment and it was over a three month wait for it.

She explained any questions I had. I was very pleased with her. She makes you feel comfortable.

The visit was excellent, starting with the front office staff to the medical assistant to Dr. Li It was a very good experience. She is a fabulous doctor.

Very quick visit for a new senior patient visit. Past visits with previous doctor included EKG for my irregular heartbeat and prostate exam.

I went in with swelling to my leg and red spots that showed up recently. Did not really address it with a solution or seem to want to find out what is causing it. Sent home with no answers. Seems that most doctors I've seen in the past don't really want to find out what's actually causing an issue. This is very frustrating to me.

I didn't like the translator on FaceTime, it's better in person.

Dr Li always listens. She covers all my concerns and gives explanations that are easily understood.

Everything is well and fine.

The staff is great and wonderful. The doctor was wonderful. The parking was adequate. The building is clean and safe and secure. But one of the very best things is they don't try to rip you off like over at the Putman Building or the main hospital and charge you to park. The parking is free and I always try to go to a doctor where the parking is free. I hate going to the hospital and I hate going to the Putman Center because the Putman Building because I feel like I'm being ripped off. So it's great to go to a doctor where they don't have their hand in your pocket trying to steal your money. So it's very nice going to the doctor there. It's the parking is great. It's safe. All the excuses that the main hospital uses to charge outrageous parking. Oh, it's to give us more parking. Oh, it's to make it safer. And none of those things ever happen. So I really like going to this facility.

She is an amazing doctor and explained everything carefully, what was needed to be done or what she was doing. Amazing doctor.

Hello, you need to hire more doctors for this practice. It took me three months to try to get an appointment with Dr. Li. This is unacceptable. I had to go to urgent care in between my appointment. This needs to change. So you need to have more doctors. Doctors need to be able to be available to their patients when needed in a timely manner.

Very pleasant office environment. (PHI removed) was very kind and listened to me intensely, offered a flu shot, which I took. Dr Li covered lots of reports and tests, we discussed numbers and the progress with new medications. Good visit.

When I met with Dr. Li, I felt as if it was very rushed. She examined my ears, which was done seconds. I mean, asked that I opened my mouth. She was at a distance and I don't know if she even looked. It just felt like the appointment was very rushed. She did answer my questions. I had some concerns about the mold, but she right away said that it was because of my age and I asked, then I asked her to please look at them to confirm that. Again, it was a very, very rushed exam. I think Dr. Li and a very good Doctor. I love her easy going Personality. My only complaint is that twice after talking to her I felt like she has knowledge of the average person of my age. For instance, what the average blood pressure is of the person my age. However, after being taking blood pressure medication for decades, I know that my body is more comfortable with a little lower blood pressure ( 117 over 68) in that area. I don't think she really hears me when I say that. She just seems to stick to how I should feel. As, I said, it's happened twice. I just wish she could set up a plan for me that is more individualized. Besides that, I hope she will continue to be as kind and respectful as she usually is. Thank you

I came half hr early and they took me right away. I don't have to wait for my schedule time. That's was great. The dr and the nurse giving me excellent care.

All professionals and everything is very clean

I arrived early as requested (15 min) and after checking in I was being weighed and had my blood pressure checked and before my 9:00 am appt Dr Li was in the room with me asking me questions! I appreciate that Dr Li does NOT make her patients wait and is very caring and patient! I feel very happy having Dr Li as my doctor!

The lab work Dr. Li referred to at my appointment yesterday was from last January. She did not give me a referral for labs for my next appointment with her scheduled on January 12, 2026. Shouldn't I have current lab results for that visit?

This was my first time seeing Dr. Li. She actually listened to me and addressed everything I was concerned about, rather than just dismissing them as had been my past experiences. I left with the referrals I needed and as soon as I got home, called a friend to let her know how impressed I was with Dr. Li and that I finally had hope that my concerns were heard and I was going to get the help I needed.

It was on time and staff were friendly.

Once I got into the office, it was really well. I was really happy with the service. But getting to Dr. Li was very difficult. It took, I think, a few months to get in. Okay, that's pretty much it. I was just not able to see Dr. (name removed) or Li when I needed to. Thank you. Have a good day.

I didn't feel they rushed and spent plenty of time with me. It was also nice that the office wasn't crowded so they must allow time on their schedule to give us, as patients time.

Hi there. My biggest concern was that it took so long for me to actually see my provider. And when I called to make an appointment way back in May, the soonest I could get was the end of August. So that's pretty concerning. And that caused us to want to try to find a different provider all around. So thankfully, when they did call, because they had a situation where they had scheduled me for a long appointment, They were able to get me in sooner than the very end of August, but I was still multiple months away from when I needed to be seen originally. So anyhow, that was my biggest feedback for you. But once I got in, it was great. Timing was well. Doctor seemed great. So just getting into an actual appointment was the biggest frustration. I'm very happy with Dr. Catherine Lei my doctor. She's very thorough. Very understanding Friendly and spend more than enough time with me showed concerned. I would definitely recommend her.

I thought Dr Li did a good job listening to me and examining me, but it seemed like she was moving fast. When I asked about the itching she just told me the cream should help cool it down. It seemed like she was in a hurry

Trying to get an appointment with your GP is impossible! What the hell is going on at PIH? I don't want to go to urgent care, I haven't had good experiences with PIH urgent care. I pay A LOT of money for my insurance and if I need to see a real Dr I want to be able to get an appointment. Ready to find a whole new network. Maybe Providence will be more timely? Been with PIH for over 20 years and it's going downhill, not the way it should be going. Need a surgery and I have the best orthopedic dr whom I trust with PIH. After that I think I will be looking at other options is we are still having problems trying to get in to our GP. It shouldn't take 3 months to get an appointment for anything. Ridiculous Maybe hire more qualified Dr's? I'm hoping for change and we've been saying that for a couple years now. Come on PIH, you can do better

I was the first appointment, 8:00am. I heard a person check in after me with appointment at 8:20. I was not in the examination room until 8:15am. My appointment was 07/08/25. My previous appointment was mid November 2024. I had blood work done immediately after seeing Dr Li, in mid November. Those results were reviewed with me during this latest appointment 07/08/2025. Dr. Li, then ordered blood work to be performed immediately after my appointment on 07/08/2025. This blood work will be reviewed with me during my next scheduled visit 12/15/2025. Why isn't blood work scheduled two weeks in advance of your next scheduled appointment so that it reflects your current condition, not conditions 6 months old. Additionally, will two visits in one year be covered by Medicare? I am 74 years old.

Yes, I have been a patient of Dr. Li's for several years. And in all those years, she's been very, very good listener and very attentive. For whatever reason, she was having a bad day or whatever, but she was not her usual self. She was curt and short and rushed. I felt rushed. And so I just wanted to stress that I was a little bit disappointed with the way I was treated on my appointment. Thank you.

Management is forcing providers to see the maximum amount of patients in one day, with quality of consultation suffering.

Dr Li is the best doctor I have ever had. She's young and knowledgeable and extremely easy to speak too. I would never think of looking for another doctor because she was very hard to find and she has my utmost respect and trust.

Dr. Li could tell I was in a lot of pain when she examined me. Her caring questions quickly put me at ease. I really liked how thoroughly she guided me through the exam process. I will definitely seek her for my future doctor visits.

I really like going to this medical facility. The doctor's nice and the staff is nice. And one of the very best things is they don't charge for parking. I avoid going to the other Putman, PIH building, all of that because they charge parking. If I can go to a different facility, I go to a different facility. I'd rather even drive a little further because I don't like being ripped off and being charged to park. So I will go to this facility all the time if I can. The doctors are great. It's clean, it's modern. Everybody's nice that works there and it's free to park. That is the best, best thing because us people that have to go to the doctor multiple times a week, a month, I'm going broke paying parking. It's not cheap. I went to the doctor three times last week in one week, three times in one week. Two of them I had to go.

I was seeing in a timely manner. The doctor listened to me very carefully. What I was concerned about, it was a yearly physical, and I didn't have a complete blood work on my cholesterol, and I had to bring that up to the doctor. And she was very kind, and she wrote up an order for me to have it done. It's just other doctors, I already had all my blood work done. And if I didn't bring it up, they would never have seen it. So that was my one concern about it. Thank you.

Had scheduled a wellness appt for May 14th. Person that scheduled my appointment put down as follow-up. Doctor Li told me follow-up was a 40 min appt? Have had 2 wellness appts in the past and they were not 40 mins. Doctor Li said she didn't have time for wellness appt and I needed to reschedule.

I don't like how they'll charge you if you have questions/concerns about your current state of health even though I was in the office for my yearly physical. You should be able to talk to your doctor and question them about things going on with your body.
