I want to thank the staff. In answering your survey right now, I made a mistake by pressing one a few times, but the second, third time, which I meant excellent service. Okay, and I'm very glad that I was able to leave the office with my future appointment and also to perform my blood work. Everything worked out perfectly. And I'm glad that I'm able to get into the office to see the doctor before the end of the year. But this is only my second visit. I did have a problem in January when I was told at the end of last year to call back for a future appointment because they don't give any appointments during the changes at the end of the date of December 17th. So to call back in January of 26, which I did...

doctor was thorough, respectful, and spoke/explained everything clearly. She seemed rushed and didn't make a lot of eye contact. She was still thorough so it was fine.

The Dr. was running behind and was polite...but I did not feel that they were really ACTIVELY listening to my concerns as they seemed in a rush to see their next patient. I could have counted at least 100 "uh huh's" from the doctor as I spoke. Didn't feel listened to...felt like I went through the motions.

I didn't feel that I had the same rapport with Dr. Li as I have had before. My condition and concerns has changed and I'm still wondering what exactly has changed with our communication exchanges concerning my health and conditions. I would hate to move on because I have always felt so comfortable seeing her and talking to her.

Well, everything was great. I give you a 10 on the scale. The only thing that I was seriously disappointed with was in the emergency situation that I had to deal with head injury and stuff like that. It took six months to get in and see my new doctor. I had fired my old doctor because of his medical malpractice in checking my health and my head injuries and stuff like that after already having a permanent lifelong concussion and he didn't adequately check my head injuries or nothing. No x-ray, CTs, MRIs or nothing. And so I fired him and then it took me six months or a little bit longer to get an appointment with you guys.

I enjoyed meeting Dr Li I was concern when dr Holmes retired however Dr Li relieved my mind with her good listening skills and reassuring words

When I got there, I stood in line. There was only a few girls there. They had no people in there. They kept me waiting and waiting and waiting. And then when they called me up, the girl told me that I was late because of her, of them keeping me there. It was my fault. I got inside. Finally, they let me in. I got in there and the gal who took me in treated me like I was a dog.

I really enjoy Dr. Li. She's so professional and listening and caring and very thorough. I don't have a problem with Dr. Li or her office staff, but just PIH in general, it's hard to get an appointment staff or to see a specialist staff. So I just think that maybe they can do better on that.

The visit went well with my doctor. However, I do not like that it took four months just to get an appointment. I understand that they are busy. However, I do feel that waiting four months to see a provider is really outrageous.

Dr Li has always listen to me and relay back to me what's important about my medical problems she's always urge me to take all of my medicines and to keep my appointments and I like her professionalism I had already told my immediate family about her and we now have my immediate family going to her as well

I know that time is limited for each of your patients. I want to feel that I matter and not just another number that has to be checked off. Being a teacher myself, I make sure I look my students eye to eye, face to face in a personal but professional way. Just going through the motions doesn't cut it.

Dr Li listens and takes her time addressing my concerns. I always walk out of there feeling my healthcare is in trusting and capable hands. Thank you

The office staff was rather curt to me. I hadn't done anything at all. I just walked up to see when it was my turn and to check in. But other than that, everybody was pretty good. I really liked the doctor a lot.

Dr. Cathleen Li was awesome. She listened to what I had to say, gave her feedback, and also was very quick on helping me to get my MRI scheduled. And also the front staff and everyone was very kind, very helpful, and very on it to make sure that things were running as smoothly as possible. And they were also very cheerful right in the morning.

Dr Li and staff are great!

She was in a hurry, although this was a scheduled 8am appointment; did not suggest new migraine medication that might help; did not even check lymph node area.

It was very nice to sit in the waiting room and not have it crowded, I appreciated the kind staff and the cleanliness of the office and being called in so quickly.

Dr. Li listens, listens and offers solutions, explains and discusses everything in a detailed, comprehensive way. I'm very pleased that she is my primary care physician now, as I have finally received the help I've needed to address my ongoing medical conditions.

The lab downstairs was awful. After seeing Dr Li, the staff had a sign that said due to office needs we are closed 9:45-10:15 and when they opened there was three three patients waiting for blood work and I was second in line. It took almost an hour for me to get blood drawn. The front desk and phlebotomist lady (name removed) I believe was her name were rude because I was asking why it took so long to get my blood drawn. I can't believe as soon as they took me in after almost an hour of waiting they said they had to process stuff after the front finished processing each patient.

This was the first time meeting Dr. Li. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She was engaging and respectfully addressed all of my questions/concerns. I would give her five stars. This is the type of physician PIH needs more of. Thank you!

My nurse was wonderful. She was the nurse at my previous doctor. She was so friendly and thoughtful Just lovely.

We definitely miss Dr. (name removed) and it will take time to develop a personal relationship with Dr. Li as we had with Dr. (name removed), so we shall see.

I tried to schedule my appointment online twice. There was no appointment available. I requested a call back to schedule and never got a call. I called in to schedule this appointment and it was over a three month wait for it.

She explained any questions I had. I was very pleased with her. She makes you feel comfortable.

The visit was excellent, starting with the front office staff to the medical assistant to Dr. Li It was a very good experience. She is a fabulous doctor.

I went in with swelling to my leg and red spots that showed up recently. Did not really address it with a solution or seem to want to find out what is causing it. Sent home with no answers. Seems that most doctors I've seen in the past don't really want to find out what's actually causing an issue. This is very frustrating to me.

I didn't like the translator on FaceTime, it's better in person.

Everything is well and fine.

The staff is great and wonderful. The doctor was wonderful. The parking was adequate. The building is clean and safe and secure. But one of the very best things is they don't try to rip you off like over at the Putman Building or the main hospital and charge you to park. The parking is free and I always try to go to a doctor where the parking is free. I hate going to the hospital and I hate going to the Putman Center because the Putman Building because I feel like I'm being ripped off. So it's great to go to a doctor where they don't have their hand in your pocket trying to steal your money. So it's very nice going to the doctor there. It's the parking is great. It's safe. All the excuses that the main hospital uses to charge outrageous parking. Oh, it's to give us more parking. Oh, it's to make it safer. And none of those things ever happen. So I really like going to this facility.

She is an amazing doctor and explained everything carefully, what was needed to be done or what she was doing. Amazing doctor.

Hello, you need to hire more doctors for this practice. It took me three months to try to get an appointment with Dr. Li. This is unacceptable. I had to go to urgent care in between my appointment. This needs to change. So you need to have more doctors. Doctors need to be able to be available to their patients when needed in a timely manner.

Very pleasant office environment. (PHI removed) was very kind and listened to me intensely, offered a flu shot, which I took. Dr Li covered lots of reports and tests, we discussed numbers and the progress with new medications. Good visit.

When I met with Dr. Li, I felt as if it was very rushed. She examined my ears, which was done seconds. I mean, asked that I opened my mouth. She was at a distance and I don't know if she even looked. It just felt like the appointment was very rushed. She did answer my questions. I think Dr. Li and a very good Doctor. I love her easy going Personality. My only complaint is that twice after talking to her I felt like she has knowledge of the average person of my age. For instance, what the average blood pressure is of the person my age. However, after being taking blood pressure medication for decades, I know that my body is more comfortable with a little lower blood pressure ( 117 over 68) in that area. I don't think she really hears me when I say that. She just seems to stick to how I should feel. As, I said, it's happened twice. I just wish she could set up a plan for me that is more individualized. Besides that, I hope she will continue to be as kind and respectful as she usually is. Thank you

All professionals and everything is very clean

I arrived early as requested (15 min) and after checking in I was being weighed and had my blood pressure checked and before my 9:00 am appt Dr Li was in the room with me asking me questions! I appreciate that Dr Li does NOT make her patients wait and is very caring and patient! I feel very happy having Dr Li as my doctor!

The lab work Dr. Li referred to at my appointment yesterday was from last January. She did not give me a referral for labs for my next appointment with her scheduled on January 12, 2026. Shouldn't I have current lab results for that visit?

The office ie very modern and facilities are very clean

This was my first time seeing Dr. Li. She actually listened to me and addressed everything I was concerned about, rather than just dismissing them as had been my past experiences. I left with the referrals I needed and as soon as I got home, called a friend to let her know how impressed I was with Dr. Li and that I finally had hope that my concerns were heard and I was going to get the help I needed.

It was on time and staff were friendly.

Once I got into the office, it was really well. I was really happy with the service. But getting to Dr. Li was very difficult. It took, I think, a few months to get in. Okay, that's pretty much it. I was just not able to see Dr. (name removed) or Li when I needed to. Thank you. Have a good day.

Hi there. My biggest concern was that it took so long for me to actually see my provider. And when I called to make an appointment way back in May, the soonest I could get was the end of August. So that's pretty concerning. And that caused us to want to try to find a different provider all around. So thankfully, when they did call, because they had a situation where they had scheduled me for a long appointment, They were able to get me in sooner than the very end of August, but I was still multiple months away from when I needed to be seen originally. So anyhow, that was my biggest feedback for you. But once I got in, it was great. Timing was well. Doctor seemed great. So just getting into an actual appointment was the biggest frustration.
