Dr. Cesar Espiritu was fabulous. I really appreciated his time, compassion, and attentiveness. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one with genuine compassion and care. I never felt rushed, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel heard, respected, and confident in my care.

My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 and Dr. Espiritu began my consultation at approximately 13:15.

Dr. Espiritu is so compassionate and caring. I actually look forward to my appointments with him. (Name removed) is awesome too!

Dr. Espiritu is great. Spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions. The only bad thing about this visit was when I went in to the bathroom to give my urine sample the toilet seat was covered with dried up urine on it (yuck) so had to use 3 seat covers LOL

Once moving to exam room and initial check by nurse assistant the wait for the doctor is usually lengthy. Last several visits the wait was minimum 30 minutes before doctor enters exam room.

I consider my doctor heaven sent am sooo grateful and thankful for my blessing and the staff was so friendly and respectful ??

I would been happier with my primary Doc

Dr. Espiritu is an excellent doctor. He provides really good rapport when he's working with you one-on-one. The only thing that I think PIH needs to work on as a whole is making sure that they don't take on too many patients so they do have availability. I didn't have trouble scheduling this appointment because it was prescheduled six months ago, but when I've had issues with my health, I usually end up at urgent care. Because it's nearly impossible to get a schedule with your PCP. To get scheduled with your PCP, you always end up with somebody else.

Dr espiritu is an excellent doctor

This is the 2nd time i waited 50 min for dr espiritu to come into exam room.

I was in the room waiting for the doctor for a very long time. I think it was an hour. I was in a lot of pain and I didn't like it. I didn't like it because for me it was a very long time to be in a room. Nothing more. Thank you.

Dr. Espiritu was very helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and displayed empathy. I also enjoyed his sense of humor. I would definitely recommend him!

I enjoyed my experience with the doctor for the first time. But I'm not thrilled with the front office staff. Had a very difficult time getting what I needed and having the office ladies understand my urgency to my medical needs. I felt that they didn't care and that was the reason for me to change into this office. They're not happy people they don't smile and it seems very awkward and I thought I made a good decision by transferring to the Lambert location. After so many obstacles I finally got my blood work order. I finally got an appointment after my test results but that would be a couple days later. But I did enjoy my one-on-one appointment with Dr. ESPIRITU. It was very patient understanding and took the time to listen to me and also explained and introduced things to me I did not know or available.

It matched the quality of previous experiences.

Dr. Espiritu explained all my lab work fully. Answered any questions I had. A good experience.

And the thing I could say you have an opportunity to improve on would be maybe staffing to better get your appointments out sooner. I waited in the waiting room past my time of appointment and then I was put in another room after my blood pressure was checked and I waited in that room for about 45 minutes before he could see me. And I understand if he's got other clients that he has to deal with, I understand that. But it seemed 45 minutes to be a long time waiting in the other room for my doctor if I had an appointment. And that's all. I really look forward to

My doctor is caring and listens to my concerns

I waited 30 minutes after checking in before being called in. Then another 15 minutes before seeing the provider. I was there to get a referral.

Everyone that I encountered in the office was pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Espiritu really takes his time with you. He explains things. He's very personable. I know you guys all are overwhelmed with a lot of clients, but when you do get your appointment, he takes his time to review things with you, address any concerns, and actually explain what's going on. I truly appreciate him taking that time to answer all my questions.

Huge improvement in wait time in comparison to the last couple of appointments. Dr. Espiritu is always great.

Dr Espritu is a wonderful caring doctor , he is very busy and it is difficult to get appt with him when I call. It isn't the doctor that makes appt or call backs it's the office staff, I had called since March for appt did not even get a call back, I called again and finally got an appt .for April 7, a whole month went by with no call back.

The scheduling is nuts. You call and say you're sick and they say they can see you in 2 months. So end up going to urgent care. U expect to be able to see some doctor within at least 3 days. 2 months...something is wrong with that

He is very friendly and respectful. His latest medications have made my cholesterol and vitamin D levels improve significantly. He's very knowledgeable and I trust him with my life.

I had an excellent doctor visit on Wednesday. The staff was welcoming, and Dr. Espiritu was attentive, thorough, and compassionate. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful for their exceptional service.

Dr. Espiritu is my primary doctor and trust him with my health care for many years. This was my yearly wellness appointment. However, if I need to make an appointment throughout the year it is getting increasingly difficult to make appointments to see him or any doctor.

it's so hard to make an appointment. was told to make appointment 3 months in advance even with the portal and by that time nothing is available. it will be pushed to the next month or the following month or even further. calling the office, you have to wait for at least 30 minutes or longer before somebody answers. it's really frustrating

I was given a diagnosis for Type II diabetes based on most recent blood work. When I got home I remembered that the blood work was done while I was in the middle of a UTI and on antibiotics for it. I wonder if that would have affected my glucose level. I will bring this up to the doctor when I see him in May.

Dr. Espiritu is always patient and understanding, and is willing to listen.

DR Espiritu is a caring Dr

I think that the doctor has to listen a little more to the patient regarding the problems that one has. The doctor doesn't let one speak and instead has to make his own comments. Apart from that, I went on Tuesday, it's already Friday and up to now they haven't given me the correct medicine. The doctor still hasn't changed it because the insurance didn't cover it when I went to the doctor for an issue I had, and I'm associated with the clinic and yet they didn't give me anything. This is the comment I have.
