Okay, I had very good service with my surgeon, Dr. (name removed). I would recommend him for anyone. He's a great doctor. I feel really good about my recovering and everybody's been really great. Just everyone has gave us good service and good assistance and good information. So I'm very thankful for him and also the following Dr. Chad Cooper when we went there. He explained everything well and I felt very good when I left that he had explained everything good and showed me and my son the image after the surgery. So we're very happy. I'm very happy and very thankful. So I just want to recommend him highly.

It was not completely when he said on my hip that I could lay on it and cross my feet. My legs went on. Other video it says that I'm not supposed to, so it was very not clear that he knew what he meant on that.

He knows me and he's established a relationship and a rapport with me and he truly cares. A doctor that truly cares about the other person, his patient. That is wonderful. Love the guy. PAC Chad Cooper always treats me with respect , a friendly manner and is always ready to listen to any concerns or questions I may have . He encourages me to continue being active and pro-active with my arthritic knee issues . His nurse is friendly and professional, I enjoy my visits .

i was treated very politely, professionally...anwered y questions, etc.

My appt was for 3pm, I arrived at 255pm and was not roomed until 350pm. I asked the front office if there was an issue about 335pm but she just said I was next on the schedule. Offered no explanation or apology for the notable delay. Once I was in the back everything went smoothly and timely but waiting almost an hour past my appt time was concerning. The provider was wonderful as well as the XR tech once I made it to see them.

Doctor was very relatable to the patient and explain assessment clearly and made it easier to understand what the concerns and issue and how to work with it and treat it. Made our daughter definitely feel comfortable in the office.

I had an appt on May 1 for Dr (name removed) at the Harbor office at 1:30pm. When I arrived they said it was cancelled and not rescheduled. I was never notified of anything. Had to drive to Putnam office and wait an hour and a half to see the PA.

This office made me feel secure in the choice I made to have knee replacement surgery. I felt they were there for me. EVERYONE treated me kindly, professionally and quickly.

Mr. Cooper demonstrated exceptional professionalism during our discussion concerning my treatment. He not only addressed my questions thoroughly but also offered help on optimizing my exercise regimen.

The only issue I have with this office on Putnam Street back behind PIH hospital is, I should not have to pay to park when I go see my doctor that is absolutely unacceptable. That's why if I don't have to go to that facility I will not go to that facility because it's absolutely total BS that you have to pay to see your doctor. I have another doctor in a building, but I had to wait a long time to get an appointment from them because I want to see him in the Downey facility because I just don't want to pay to Park it's just unacceptable.

Dr. Cooper was very informative. He explained everything that was going on with my fracture and I felt very comfortable talking to him. He let me ask questions and it was a very great experience and I did refer my dad to him because he was just referred by his doctor to go to an orthopedic. So I did refer him because I was very happy with his service.

Chad's nurse assistant seemed rushed and did not do a good job in changing the wound dressing. I have been treated by Home Health for 2 weeks. They cleaned around the incision area when changing the dressing and did not do it in a rushed manner. I got excellent care from Home Health.

Dr Cooper is very professional. He n dr Swanson did my left knee. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was the verge of passing out after my bandages were removed and meeting with PA Copper. (Name removed) and the staff were great about catching me before I fell and took great care of me. I would especially like to commend Juan for changing my bandage dressing and taking me in a wheelchair down to my vehicle.

I like that Dr gave me 3 options for treating my hip after considerable thought I chose injection over surgery for now. They Dr. and the nurses were very nice and very efficient I would give them all a 10 rating. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Cooper and the nursing staff and also the check-in personnel.

Chad Cooper is an expert in his field. And the ultrasound machine is extremely necessary to diagnose bone spurs and other objects when doing SI injections!

From the staff at the first floor registration desk , to the nurses and x-ray tech in the Ortho department , I was treated with respect and kindness . Chad Cooper was very patient and attentive with me , he never seems rushed or distracted when I see him , although I know he has other patients waiting . Mr Cooper makes my treatment painless and I always get relief from my arthritis after he injects my knees . He's the best !

I appreciated the professionalism given to me from start to finish. From the counter clerk to the person who guided me to the room, to the staff who took my X-rays, to my Dr. Chad treated me with respect, they were courteous and listened to my concerns. They answered my questions and set up my next appointment.

He didn't listen to me. I ended up at the emergency. He's incompetent. All he was concerned with was to tell me that the stitches looked good. My foot was swollen, had little holes, was oozing liquid that when you dabbed it with cotton ball looked like mustard. He ignored my telling him of this. My leg swelled up so big and was in such pain the day after I left there. I had to go to the emergency and spend the whole day at the emergency because he was incompetent to listen to what I was trying to tell him. He was only concerned with the date I needed to have the stitches taken out. I would recommend him to nobody.

He was running really far behind. The office workers did let me know but only 2 weeks out from surgery, I still need to prop my leg up and ice it. With Cooper running so late, my leg began to really hurt

They did not seem to look at the MRI my Dr told me I had a torn meniscus but Mr cooper did not say anything about that. He Looked at X-ray which only showed arthritis not torn meniscus.

The staff was great, my concern is related to the injury. I understand the best prognosis would be to have the surgery done prior to have my body naturally trying to heal itself, it will be over a month from urgent care visit until I can see the Doctor-Surgeon who do their assessment for surgery, I will continue to to check for a cancellation hopefully get in sooner. (I'm just worried) Thank you the visit and staff are professional, compassionate and helpful!
