Chad's nurse assistant seemed rushed and did not do a good job in changing the wound dressing. I have been treated by Home Health for 2 weeks. They cleaned around the incision area when changing the dressing and did not do it in a rushed manner. I got excellent care from Home Health.

I like that Dr gave me 3 options for treating my hip after considerable thought I chose injection over surgery for now. They Dr. and the nurses were very nice and very efficient I would give them all a 10 rating. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Cooper and the nursing staff and also the check-in personnel.

Chad Cooper is an expert in his field. And the ultrasound machine is extremely necessary to diagnose bone spurs and other objects when doing SI injections!

From the staff at the first floor registration desk , to the nurses and x-ray tech in the Ortho department , I was treated with respect and kindness . Chad Cooper was very patient and attentive with me , he never seems rushed or distracted when I see him , although I know he has other patients waiting . I appreciated the professionalism given to me from start to finish. From the counter clerk to the person who guided me to the room, to the staff who took my X-rays, to my Dr. Chad treated me with respect, they were courteous and listened to my concerns. They answered my questions and set up my next appointment.

He didn't listen to me. I ended up at the emergency. He's incompetent. All he was concerned with was to tell me that the stitches looked good. My foot was swollen, had little holes, was oozing liquid that when you dabbed it with cotton ball looked like mustard. He ignored my telling him of this. My leg swelled up so big and was in such pain the day after I left there. I had to go to the emergency and spend the whole day at the emergency because he was incompetent to listen to what I was trying to tell him. He was only concerned with the date I needed to have the stitches taken out. I would recommend him to nobody.

He was running really far behind. The office workers did let me know but only 2 weeks out from surgery, I still need to prop my leg up and ice it. With Cooper running so late, my leg began to really hurt

They did not seem to look at the MRI my Dr told me I had a torn meniscus but Mr cooper did not say anything about that. He Looked at X-ray which only showed arthritis not torn meniscus.

I understand the best prognosis would be to have the surgery done prior to have my body naturally trying to heal itself, it will be over a month from urgent care visit until I can see the Doctor-Surgeon who do their assessment for surgery, I will continue to to check for a cancellation hopefully get in sooner. The doctors and staff are very kind and they're very prompt at what I need to have done whether it be x-rays which he was very nice or just waiting for the doctor and he was very fast at getting to me. Good doctors are very hard to come by these days and I believe I was put in the right path when it came to my surgery and the doctors that were involved and the nurses that took care of me.

He is very timely and he made sure I understood the procedure and what to expect afterward. He was very clear on what I could and could not do during my healing time.

I wish I could have felt better asking some questions about the ultra sound procedure and how long it will take to feel results of injection. Just seemed everything went so fast and at 81, I'm not great with asking things. things needed to slow down a bit.

It was a very nice office and Chad Cooper was very good. He was very thorough in explaining things. I liked him. The only problem was your computers were down and the Internet problem and the wait was well over an hour, which I didn't appreciate. And the girls were kind in explaining it to me, which was nice, but I just hesitate ever having to go back. I know it was probably just a one-time problem, so I know it's not their fault. And they were helpful. Thank you.

So I'd like to first start this off with, which is I do customer service, so I think I have a very high threshold for patients. Chad was awesome. I don't have any complaints about him. When I got in, their internet was down, so I understand they can't control the internet, but I don't think the whole office should be down just because the internet's down. I waited over an hour to be seen by him. When I was pulled back by his nurse, she literally did not have anything to say to me other than call me by my name. The person who took the x-ray was super rude, didn't have anything to say to me other than stay still. It was a completely horrible experience at that office, and I'm definitely not going back to see Chad there. I'd rather go to Putnam.

In the past I've had difficulty getting in to see a doctor on such short notice. I was shocked at how quickly I was able to see someone (essentially within 24 hours). This is definitely among my most positive experience with PIH in all the years I've been visiting PIH (and formerly Bright Medical) physicians.

When I went for my x-ray the technician said taking picture of LEFT knee. I said NO!!! It's my RIGHT knee!!! His paperwork was wrong!! It was brought to the staff's attention. The staff checked and yes it's the right knee. Chad Cooper came to examine my knee and said it looks good, no infection, etc. He said he'll put in the request for physical therapy at PIH Rehab. The next step was removing the staples and put the strips of tape. Rehab called me in a day or two to schedule appt. The paperwork showed "LEFT KNEE"!!!! I said no it's my right knee. They said to call Ortho office and have it corrected, cannot schedule until it's right. How can info be passed on that isn't correct??? Truly disappointing!! (PHI removed)

Dr. COPPER WAS KIND BUT THE INJECTION WAS PAINFUL IT WAS not that painful the last time but it did help with the pain in my hip and they (staff) were great. Thank you (PHI removed)

I was asked to arrive 15 min early which I was happy to do I waited for over an hour before i was called back and placed in a room. Although I had to wait for a long time with other patients who were not happy and verbally swearing. Once in a room I was seen in a timely manner. I am very happy with the care by Chad Cooper PA

Chad makes me feel so comfortable and answers all my silly questions

I was a little worried Dr Cooper would dismiss my concerns but it was the complete opposite. He was attentive, explained my situation very well to me and just seemed overall very down to earth.

My only complaint is why do we sign in on line and then have to stand in a long line to let the front desk know you have arrived. Most of the patients in line are patients that have not signed in therefor they have to be asked a series of questions. Its a waste of my time for me because what is the purpose of signing in. There use to be a separate line for patients that have registered.

When I was pretty difficult getting to the appointment due to your elevators being broken down and I had a broken foot. So going up the flight of stairs was definitely not a good thing.

Dr. Cooper and his staff were amazing and we loved the x-ray tech. Very efficient and was able to care for my mother in a sweet manner. Made sure that she was able to do every position that he needed for the x-rays. Can't remember his name, but he's a little guy, little Asian guy. Loved him. Loved Dr. Cooper. Very quick, very efficient. Said everything he needed to say to me and my mom. And made my mom feel comfortable and super excited about her surgery, her post-op. And the staff and the nurses are always sweet and kind.
