As an Internal Medicine physician Charles Kung MD enjoys providing his patients with efficient, effective medical care. Dr. Kung was born in Seoul, Korea and he moved to the United States with his family at the age of 13.  In addition to English, he is fluent in Chinese and Korean. After earning his bachelor of science from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Kung completed his medical degree at University of Southern California, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Kung chose medicine because of his desire to help people. He derives great satisfaction from seeing his patients overcome illness and injury. Dr Kung is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Society.  In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, golfing and hiking.

Overall, the service was good when it came to getting in and seeing the doctor. That was quick. I just didn't appreciate the doctor in his, how he reacted to me when I told him that I'd used drugs in the past. I think, I feel like he, he kind of judged me and automatically wrote me off about other concerns because I was a drug addict and I didn't appreciate it.

Elevator was broken so l was seen in a first peds ofc. The doctor saw me in a timely manner and was courteous but felt like he was a little distant and not completely into the visit.

I'm not happy with the doctors response to my concerns about my acid reflux issues, he is prescribing me omeprazole & then tells me don't take it every day because it will cause osteoporosis , if I don't take it every day I get severe heartburn then he told me to take Tums on the days between until the omeprazole starts to work again with no other options. I have another appointment with him and I'm going to bring this up again with him hopefully there will be a better remedy for my issues. Maybe like sending me to a Gastronom doctor

I have never seen a medical facility like this one. It looks like maximum security collection place. Like you have to sit in a secluded waiting room until someone picks you up. This is ridiculous. This is not a prison. This is a medical office. You have to see people and interact with people. I don't know who designed it, but the design is ridiculous.

Yes Dr. Kung was concert about my Glucose result being 113. I forgot to tell him I am taking daily Manuka Honey ( MGO 850 ) . That could explain the reason my glucose being elevated. Thank you for asking!

Very professional all the staff except that the technical system is not very good since I needed a CD of my x-rays and they could not print them for me.
