I really like that Dr. Martin listened very well to what I was saying and was very thorough in looking at my history and did not discount anything that I brought to her attention and was willing to talk to me about different strategies or things that I could potentially do and how I can get additional support for my health.

The Nurse a (name removed), was no pleasant & made me feel like it was my fault that PIH staff got the appt. wrong. She stated, "Well didn't you read your appt. when you confirmed it?" I told her "No, I didn't see it but it shouldn't matter, I'm here & it was a mistake on your guys' part. She rudely said how this would change everything and that now I had to wait & to bear with them. This was not the start to my appt. that I liked. She shouldn't work with people cause she is definitely not a people person.

I love Dr. Martin. She is friendly and kind - the kind of doctor I need and appreciate.

My visit with Dr Martin was an excellent one. All of the information that was needed was asked for, as well as questions by both she and (name removed). I am looking forward to collaborating on my healthcare with Dr. Martin.

(Name removed) is in the front office is kind of condescending, she called me on Friday asking that I need to redo my potassium blood work again so then, the following Monday I go to Quest and have the blood work redone and they don't have the courtesy to call me back about the results until I call and request a call back so I get a call back the next day and she asked me what I needed like really what do think is my potassium levels fine etc

First time working with Dr Claudia Martin and I am beyond elated my appointment was scheduled with her. I felt taken care of, heard, and it was great having a new set of eyes reviewing my health. I am grateful for her valuable time and insight. She's knowledgeable and focused on addressing my concerns.

My appointment was for 9 o'clock in the morning. I waited over 45 minutes in the office waiting for her to come in. Her assistant was very rude and did not have any humor at all. I didn't wanna say anything because it was my first time going there she must not be happy with her job.

Dr. Claudia Martin is phenomenal. She listened, she spent time with me, she educated me on my diagnosis and what needs to be done. She reassured me. She's an excellent, excellent doctor and I'm making her my permanent doctor as a result of my experience. The only thing that was better is ease of appointment. I did get the appointment that I want this time, but I know traditionally I have a hard time getting appointments. So that was when I need them at short notice or a week or two, is usually about a month in advance that we have to book. However, the office is absolutely wonderful. The front office is great. They're nice. They're attentive. They're helpful. And Claudia Martin, that doctor is fabulous. Fabulous, fabulous. Really caring, kind. I love her and I want her to become my permanent doctor.

She was attentive and thorough. Although she was just covering for my primary Doctor, she spent more time with me than my actual primary doctor listening to my needs and concern, asking me questions, looking through my chart, looking at my abnormal lab work, explaining to me of what I need to do.

From the front desk to seeing the doctor, the process was timely, polite and seamless.

She took her time to look over previous notes and made me feel comfortable with her thoughts.

The doctor provides excellent service, very clear explanations, and very attentive care. I would give her a 10/10 rating, and thank you for the doctor's service.

She listened to me very thoroughly, showed that she cared for my pain that I was complaining about not like the week before I saw Dr. (name removed) and he totally ignored me. He just gave me ibuprofen 600 mg and ordered a back x-ray and he said that should get you better. We don't need any further treatment for you so very unsatisfied with Dr. (name removed) but very happy with Dr. Claudia Martin.

Hi, this is (PHI removed). Some of the suggestions that I have are putting the directions of what floor to go to in the email after the initial appointment check-in. I was a little lost when I got to the building, but eventually found my way, which was cool. And then the other suggestion that I had was to put the address for quest diagnostics on the top right of the paper. Because I was kind of lost and I had to ask somebody for the directions of where the nearest quest diagnostics building was. So I was really grateful that they helped with that. Thanks for listening. Claudia Martin was an amazing doctor. I was nervous as it was my first time establishing care with this doctor and with CIH. And she was very attentive to my needs and made sure all my concerns were addressed. And I felt very cared for and I felt that she was kind and empathetic, whereas other doctors pushed me off. She really did care about why I was there and my goals and any health concerns that I had.

Dr. Claudia Martin and her staff are absolutely amazing. I felt so well taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. The MA that look did my intake was very professional and caring. Dr. Martin is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She listen to all of my concerns with such care and addressed everything I needed. I feel truly blessed to have such a great doctor and staff involved in my care.

I didn't rate her higher because this was my first visit meeting her but she seems great and look forward to seeing her for future visits.
