I liked Crystal. She was very informative about my health and she and Dr. (name removed) were very pleased about my weight loss and I'm really serious about my health. I'd like to get better and get off the pills. Thank you.

Crystal Teng is a favorite provider of mine at PIH. She is caring, kind, actively listens and is genuine. I always feel like my concerns are met with answers.

My experience was difficult because the provider could not fathom or understand the turmoil that was happening with me. My situation sounds really fantastic and hard to believe. So I don't expect a provider to grasp the situation right away. It requires a certain amount of knowledge, experience. Some more testing could have been done, such as measurements as far as toxic exposure, either urine or labs to see, because my sense was that I had been

Very happy with Dr. Chen. She was an actu to seeing Dr. (PHi removed). The reason for my two last answers is if I recommend to family or friends to see any doctor from PIH lately, I would never get in because I almost have to wait six months to see a doctor now. So if we recommend to more family and friends, we would have to probably wait a year. I know I'm exaggerating, but that's how it's been. You can't have to wait three to six months to see a doctor. The PA was very nice, friendly and she had a very positive vibe that I appreciate. I would highly recommend her. I think a picture of her should be posted in the PIH office.

Hello, dissatisfied with my office visit. Systems were down. I was supposed to be notified of blood work. I went to the lab and I'm not able to do lab work because the doctor scheduled labs until May 8th and I feel it's a waste of my co-pay. Thank you.

Overall, my experience was positive, and I appreciate the care provided by the medical team. I did want to share a few observations regarding the front desk experience. When I arrived, I was asked for my name from a distance before I had reached the desk, which made communication a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, while I was in the process of checking in and had my hands full with my ID and insurance card, I was being handed an iPad to complete forms, by another staff member while my hands were full, which felt a bit rushed. I also noticed some side conversations among staff that were fairly loud during check-in. A bit more attentiveness and coordination at the front desk would help create a more welcoming and professional first impression.

The inability for the Providers to have a Telehealth visit for an out of state patient//PIH employee is unfortunate. Seems a Telehealth visit is made for that exact customer. It now makes it quite inconvenient for my care at times for any needed follow-up if you are a senior who travels frequently and wishes to be cared for by your PIH provider. That exact scenario makes me rethink my insurance coverage choice for retirement next year. - 26+ year PIH employee who travels frequently and will live out of state part-time upon retiring

Dr. Teng related very well with my 48 yr. old severly handicapped son. He smiled at her and was very comfortable with her. He's very sensitive to atmosphere vibes, and senses her calmness and sincerity.

Crystal was very helpful, attentive and kind during my office visit. She listened and ordered medications to help my problem. If there was no resolution, she suggested that I follow back with her in another week, or two. She has always been very attentive to my needs, and has treated my problems quickly and responsibly.

I did not know that my primary dr did not handle female concerns. I have been going to him for many years. When I was able to get an immediate appt with the PA and told the schedule person I was concerned about hot flashes I wish the person could have told me to see my gyn Initially I thought I should see her but then felt I should see my primary first. I cannot get appt for several weeks.

On the second question about the schedule, I didn't listen long enough and I put a two, but it's a four. Everything was great. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the PA, Crystal. She was very attentive to what I had to say and responsive. The part that I didn't like is that it was very difficult to obtain an appointment to see primary doctor. And also, I don't like the fact that whenever you try to schedule an appointment, they refer you to the urgent care versus you being able to access care through one of your providers. That's all. There needs to be a term to call a PA. We don't say "Doctor"; what can we call her? Very competent and good relational communication

Love the staff just difficult to get an appointment. Tried to use APP and said no appointments available. Did not offer other providers. I called the office and it was three weeks out before I could get appointment. Not sure why APP did not have more availability.

My PA crystal was just perfect ! So pleasant and understanding. She discussed in full my test outcome and was such a joy having her as my PA. Very kind, personable and thoroughly great !! .
