Crystal Teng is simply a fantastic PA. She is kind, considerate, caring and very thorough. When Dr. (name removed) is not available she is an excellent provider.

I did not know that my primary dr did not handle female concerns. I have been going to him for many years. When I was able to get an immediate appt with the PA and told the schedule person I was concerned about hot flashes I wish the person could have told me to see my gyn Initially I thought I should see her but then felt I should see my primary first. I cannot get appt for several weeks.

On the second question about the schedule, I didn't listen long enough and I put a two, but it's a four. Everything was great. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the PA, Crystal. She was very attentive to what I had to say and responsive. The part that I didn't like is that it was very difficult to obtain an appointment to see primary doctor. And also, I don't like the fact that whenever you try to schedule an appointment, they refer you to the urgent care versus you being able to access care through one of your providers. That's all. There needs to be a term to call a PA. We don't say "Doctor"; what can we call her? Very competent and good relational communication

Love the staff just difficult to get an appointment. Tried to use APP and said no appointments available. Did not offer other providers. I called the office and it was three weeks out before I could get appointment. Not sure why APP did not have more availability.

My PA crystal was just perfect ! So pleasant and understanding. She discussed in full my test outcome and was such a joy having her as my PA. Very kind, personable and thoroughly great !! .

Yesterday was the first time I encountered Crystal Teng, and she was outstanding, extremely efficient, a wonderful listener, extremely compassionate, and just a delight to be with. I respected her medical knowledge. I was able to share a lot with her what was going on physically and emotionally. And she sat there and she listened and she asked questions, very profound questions. She was great. I can't compliment her enough on both a professional level and an efficient level. She was, again, outstanding and superb in her quality of care and also the compassion that she conveyed and displayed to me. Again, she was fantastic. Thank you.

Very efficient but thorough

From my initial phone call to make an appointment and to seeing Crystal, the PA I believe that saw me, everything was perfect. It could not have gone better. Your absolute organization, everybody in it are excellent and I would recommend your services, the people, the care and everything to everybody I know.
