The staff was very polite and professional.

The office staff and radiologist were very rude. They weren't understanding of my concerns and just wanted to dismiss me. The doctor validated my concerns and accommodated my request but the staff purposely made me wait a long time hoping I left before my request was completed. The staff and radiologist need training on communicating with patients and being more compassionate.

The offices are clean, as are the bathrooms. The reception staff and nurses are very efficient and respectful.

This office is getting worse every time. The doctors barely listen to you. The last time, the doctor didn't even touch me! I told her about my sinusitis, and she didn't check my nasal passages or anything like that. I mentioned a lump under my chest, and she said it "looked" like something muscular and asked me what I wanted to do about it! I went to the doctor to get answers, not to be asked how I want to resolve it. If they are doctors, that's what they are for. I will definitely look for another place to receive care. I think they are just scamming the insurance companies and us with the copay.
