My opinion is that everything is fine, but the only thing I don't like is that if I request authorization for something, I think it takes a little while, whereas in other clinics they gave me immediate approval. My family and I have always relied on you for our healthcare, but today when I went to my follow-up appointment, I discovered that the lab was out of service. I really needed the lab that day to have my blood tested, and they couldn't do it because the lab was closed. I was left halfway through my checkup because I'm not going to go looking for a lab just because you don't provide your services. I'm seriously considering changing providers. This clinic hasn't had these services since April. I hope you resolve this issue soon because it would be sad to leave you, as I've depended on your services for 38 years. Yes, I think the staff, the nurse and the staff is great. They're excellent. And the doctor is very good. I would definitely suggest the doctors and the office to Craig Dunn family. I'm very pleased and satisfied.

They need to schedule appointments sooner. They schedule them too far in advance.

She did not recommend getting an x-ray when I was bringing up a fever. I had a heartbeat of over 115. She did not call the ambulance. And she did not recommend an x-ray when I had a cough. I had all the symptoms and I had pulmonary and I ended up in the hospital and I had to get in.

I was happy with my provider. She responded to every question I had and was concerned about my health. And that's what I really like.

The staff was very polite and professional.

The office staff and radiologist were very rude. They weren't understanding of my concerns and just wanted to dismiss me. The doctor validated my concerns and accommodated my request but the staff purposely made me wait a long time hoping I left before my request was completed. The staff and radiologist need training on communicating with patients and being more compassionate.
