Although I see Dr. Copeland annually, he is very thorough in capturing health concerns/issues and provide feedback that greatly reduces my anxieties. I'm grateful for his care.

Everything is excellent this is why I keep returning to PIH

The entire staff at the Bloomfield facility is always great. Dr. Copeland is great. Getting in to see him takes months. He is worth the wait but it is stressful when you don't know what is going on with your body.

Dr. Copeland and his staff are wonderful. The only issue I have is the registration desk before I can get to them, they are a buffer that acts to keep me away from my visit. On this visit someone else checked in as me because my info was not verified and I was made to wait until I asked about being seen. This process is beyond inefficient. PIH should get kiosks to check in patients which requires either dob or phone number. This would also allow patients who did pre check to avoid waiting for someone at registration to reiterate that I have pre registered and could see my doctor without delay.

On question two, it should have been extremely likely. In other words, it should have been four instead of one. That was for question two. Otherwise, everything is good.

Dr. Copeland has an exceptionally listening skills and attentive to my problems. The problem is if you need to see him before your scheduled appointment it's nearly impossible to get and appointment right away. He suggested a solution though; to created a portal app so I can communicate with him and he can give me advice through that channel.

He was very understanding and patient.

Dr. Copeland is an excellent medical professional; he knows everything about my health, which means he sees me as a whole human being.

I wish they had shorter appointments because they're too long, and you have to wait far too long. Otherwise, everything was great. That's the only thing I'd like them to consider: making the appointments shorter. We shouldn't have to wait four or five months for an appointment because what are we supposed to do during all that time? Thank you.

I waited over a hour to see this Doctor

The Doctor was very kind and thoughtful and explained everything in detail which was very helpful. Even though it is a distance from home it is well worth the drive to see a doctor who will listen to you. Thank you, very satisfied.

Just waiting for an appointment slot for me, (PHI removed) It took months to get my wife (name removed) an appointment.

Dr. Copeland's an outstanding, very thorough doctor, but waiting six months in between appointments because there are not enough neurologists is completely unacceptable. I don't think this is the doctor's fault. I think this is PIH's fault, and you guys need to step up your game because patients shouldn't be waiting six months for appointments.

I am very impressed with the amount of time the doctor took with me. He was very thorough in his exam, including asking all the right questions. He suggested a test that I had never had just to see how things are working in the brain and recommended a cardiologist for a follow up on previous cardiac exams. I feel totally confident, that should the need arise, the Dr. Copeland will take excellent care of me.

I really liked Dr. Copeland. He was thorough. He found stuff on my brain scans that Dr. (name removed) never found, which was a surprise to me. Now I'm going to stay with Dr. Copeland and hopefully he'll get me better.

I told the doctor this when I was in the office, but I just really appreciated how much time he spent with me, how much he listened to me. I didn't feel rushed at all like I have felt in other doctors' visits at other offices and with different providers, but I was very happy with the care that he provided.

He was very thorough on my visit and spent time evaluating me. He made me feel at ease. Dr Copeland asked a lot of questions and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. We need more doctors like him.

Love this PIH Location. Parking is free, and staff and Dr. Copeland are very easy to talk with. Dr. Copeland was very thorough, knowledgeable about Mother's condition. He explained things very well so we could understand.

Had a 4pm appt waited until 5:15 to be called in then another 15 min for Dr. Once Dr Copeland came, he was very efficient and patient.

I would like to have a little deeper discussion about my health with the doctor. He's very nice and everything, but sometimes I feel like we're not getting a good enough discussion about things.

My original appointment was on 12/4/24. Because of the ransom attack on PIH it was cancelled. When telephone access was restored I called for a new appointment. The earliest I could get was 6/18/24. This is over a 1/2 year delay!

Dr Copeland is a great Neurologist

Provider and staff were very good. Getting an appointment takes about 6 months. Totally unacceptable. Obtaining appointments with PIH is absurd especially with specialist. Some will pass you on to a PA or RN or telemedicine. Medical care is going downhill very fast. Need to hire more doctors.

Dr. Copeland has been my doctor since 2013. He has always shown me respect, courtesy, interest in everything that I've had to say. He has been helpful in prescribing medication that helped my anxiety and my sleep deprivation.

I was kept waiting for almost 1/2 hours.

I have never spent do much time with a provider. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with facility, reception and provider

Hi, we really like Dr. Copeland and the time that he spent with us. The thing that was difficult was getting an appointment in the office. So that would be the hardest thing, but the actual staff and doctor were excellent. Thanks.

Well, it took eight months to get an appointment and after this visit I was given an appointment for November. It's April. Again, it's going to take months and months and months to be seen. Obviously it's not important by condition and obviously it's not taken serious because there's no way it should take six to eight months to be seen and then six to eight months to be re-seen. This is unacceptable.

Everything was excellent for me.

I know the doctor because he's my husband's neurologist and I had an episode and I loved that he was there because since my husband is with her, it's the best opportunity. 100% sure I would recommend him. Thank you.

It all seemed very good to me, the attention they gave me was very good, thank you.

The visit was near completion when there was a power issue. The lights & computer went out but only the lights immediately returned. This happened a couple more times and he was not able to set-up further tests at that time. I expect to hear from the office on any further tests or visits. When I was referred there was no emergency, but the office visit was not for 6 months.

As I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly called in for vitals. The medical assistant informed me that the neurologist was running late that day. While my vitals were being taken, I mentioned to the medical assistant that I felt a little strange with my heart rate and blood pressure. Upon taking my vitals, she noted that my blood pressure was high and decided to use another blood pressure machine to retake the measurements. At this point, my vitals were even higher than the first attempt. The medical assistant then called in a female physician. At that moment, I felt my face drooping and experienced difficulty speaking correctly. Consequently, they decided to call 911. I was taken by ambulance and, as a result, I do not remember seeing Neurologist Copeland on that day.
