There were a few I didn't understand why I am feeling the way I am post covid-pneumonia. He clearly explained some of the reasons. I left the hospital feeling confident that eventually my health could return to normal, even if it might take a while longer.

Hi, I accidentally on the first 2 questions, I jumped the gun and I thought 1 was going to be - pressing 1 would be Yes, and 2 would be No. I mistakenly pressed 1 and learned that the answer would be No. So, please ignore the first 2 responses. The doctor was pleasant, professional, courteous, and I would definitely go back and see him again and recommend him again. So, the first 2 questions I responded to pressing 1 - No was in error. Thank you.

The medication questionnaire should be able to be completed via the internet PRIOR to showing up at the physicians office. On another topic, since I have the chance, PIH needs to bring the OUT PATIENT SURGERY into the 21st century and be able to fill out the necessary paperwork online prior to showing up. This would save a whole lot of people, patients and staff, time and make the enterprise more efficient.
