I was seen right away for covid test, not sure how many patients infront of me only 5 patients including my self at urgent care lobby, but felt after test waited close to an hour to be seen. Otherwise staff and dr were great. Dr saw me recommended medication really helped with my symptoms. I have been to this office a few times this the longest I have had to wait.

Since covid restrictions have lessened. My son and I arrived without a mask. I didn't see a table outside with masks, so I proceeding to enter. The medical technician at the front desk loudly said we needed masks. I said, yes and proceeded to walk to the front to get a mask from the desk. She repeated herself as I approached the desk, and I said that I understood and was getting a mask for my son and myself. As I returned to the front to sign in, the guard was now in the front as well and repeated that I needed a mask, even though I was already wearing one. So I said yes, I got it. They were both rude. I understand that they need to enforce or remind patients but they did it in a rude manner. The medical technician afterwards was saying aloud to two elderly ladies that they needed to place their mask over their nose. One of the elderly ladies said she was rude and instead walked out of the lobby. Later, they had ER technicians arrive, some were wearing masks and other were not and no one said anything. Yet, I understand the circumstances/urgency since it was an emergency. The guard was rude as she attempted to clear the area from incoming patients. Although at the time there was enough room in the lobby for the patient that had arrived. There should be a table outside with sanitizer and masks so patients aren't treated in a rude manner and friendly reminders to the elderly about wearing their masks over their nose.

We spent 2 1/2 there, more than an 1 hour waiting for X-ray results, we leave with out the results, Doctor call me later with the results. A nurse there comment that " you will be waiting longer on a ER room" when I tried to ask about how long more we will have to wait.

All the nurses that I had were excellent, and they attended to my needs very well, so I'll give them the best and I will, I will like to go back to the hospital between if I need it. Thank you.

I love going to the Montebello Urgent Care. They are extremely professional, I've never had to wait for more than 15 minutes. The staff are all very nice, explain what they are doing, next steps, etc. and I truly appreciate that! The facility is extremely clean and again, the staff are very friendly and courteous! Thank you!

When I arrived at 7:20pm, it look dark inside. Sio I asked the female at the front desk if urgent care was open. Wow, she rolled her eyes. Brought that to her attention too, reason for me asking was cuz it was empty and dark, no need roll eyes. So very unprofessional. Why is she even there. With those facial expressions, she must want to hurry home.

I've gone to this Urgent Care center a couple of time and have always had great customer service. The wait times are short, the staff is friendly and the providers are great.

I did appreciate the service at this Clinic. I was a bit impatient myself because I was in a hurry to leave and if I like everything was thinking forever, but afterwards, when I trip o'clock and really didn't really smoothly and I did appreciate the way I was treated and spoken to. I also really appreciate the website that told me the weight times already covid test and that was much, much helpful. So I appreciate it. I think and the system and yeah, thank you for that.

When I was checking in, I was very disappointed because the person that checked me in to the Urgent Care, asked what I was there for really loud. And I had to, like ... like, share with the whole waiting room what my concerns were, and why I was visiting the doctor's appointment that day ... or h ... I'm sorry, visiting the doctors that day. So and I didn't want to like, share with the whole waiting room, but I had to be ... just because the nature of the ... the area, which I think is a violation of my private health. In addition, I ... I told them due to Covid, I wanted to wait in my car because I wasn't visiting the urgent care for a Covid related reason, it was something else. Regardless of how packed the waiting room was, all staff and the dr were courteous, efficient, moved everything along as best as possible and never skipped a beat.

This is the second time I have used this urgent care office. I will not use it again. It took 40 minutes of wait time, in the examining room for the MD to see me. In my patient portal, I am reading that he offered me a COVID test and I never heard him offer it. I went in because I thought I had a sinus infection which he found an ear infection and never directly addressed the sinus problem.

The receptionist asked the patient with respiratory symptoms, who suspected covid, into the waiting room, even though they asked if they should stay in the car. She's specific...specifically asked them to go into the waiting room, and when I objected it...I said I'm going to wait outside, and then I got skipped over by people who came in after me. And I waited 40-50 minutes before I asked them again. I told them I was waiting outside, why didn't they call me? They said I wasn't in waiting room, so they...they skipped over. So, I thought it was very unprofessional and very rude, and very unsafe. I hope you guys can change that, so people...can call people into the waiting room, especially someone who has

I really appreciate the doctor and nurse [name removed]. I had a reaction to a shot and they made sure I was ok before letting me go and make sure I was not driving. Thankful urgent care was open on the holiday and thankful for the staff who decided to be away from there own family to be able to help me.

Considering the staff had to deal with the system being down via computer, they did extremely well and they seemed understaffed, but handled it very well and were extremely friendly.

Yes, mostly. I was very satisfied. The only thing is that I got there at 8:00 and they told me to come back at 10. and, Since I had a minor stroke I don't think that was a proper way to handle things. If you are, there's an urgent care, you should be there 24 7. Thank you.

Yes, I would definitely like to leave feedback. The physician failed to document the appropriate diagnosis as well as the reason we were being seen for the visit. He failed to write the prescription and or send the prescription to the pharmacy. Therefore my son has no prescription for his dermatitis. When I called the office, there was no option today to follow up with anybody. I had to go through the pharmacy lane and finally get a hold of somebody and when I was told the documentation was not for my son's diagnosis or his prescription, I was referred to the supervisor. The supervisor looked and confirmed that information and basically told me my only two options were to go back to the office at Urgent Care in Hacienda Heights, have my son seen again for the same issue and then be billed for it

I really enjoyed visiting the PIH office there to Urgent Care. The doctor was great. He's listened very, very patient with me. Very understanding, explained to me very clearly of all of the medications and reasons as to what I was feeling. The staff members were great. Pleasant very very pleasant enjoyed the visit. 100% definitely would go back 100 times again. I'm not going to have to go back on the times again, but that would be my goal to face to get it fixed and check over whatnot. The locations very close to my home, very clean. The staff was very, very nice. I love it. I love it. I walked out of there very, very happy. 100 times over again satisfied with the doctor and staff, and the location and the building the cleanliness

Yes, my he just like to say that I had a little bit of a hard time getting the the appointment...due to the the nurse...hotline that you do, so you know whether to go in or not. First was kind of...of trying to get an appointment with the doctor...the regular doctor there and couldn't and I felt he was having a little bit of a hard time deciding whether I should go to the Urgent Care or not. At the end, with my symptoms, it finally made her say yes, I should go, and I was trying to tell her that...I was...I was trying

The nurse that was assisting, the doctor and printing on my documents. Really seems like she didn't know what she was doing. She wanted a press for Covid or you will give me the wrong paperwork. So just to be extra careful with that, please. Thank you.
