Friendly and nice people

Hi, thank you so much for your service. Dr. Daniel Kaplan was a funny doctor. He was very charismatic with our son, made him feel comfortable and he felt cared for and myself, his mom, and my son, Serjo's dad, he felt very comfortable. Dr. Daniel Kaplan answered all of the questions that we had for him regarding my son's broken bones. We appreciate the time and energy he put into explaining the recovery and circumstance that we were currently at. And thank you so much. The staff was also very helpful. I called in for a doctor's note to be sent to my email and the doctor medical assistants were in the front helping me throughout that process so that my son could go to school and I was very appreciative of that. I appreciate all of your help. Thank you very much.

Provider was 30 minutes late to the appointment. Staff did not communicate very well about this fact. Provider seemed dismissive and hurried during the appointment. Didn't introduce himself even though it was the very first time we met him. Just seemed not to really want to explore or inquire about my child's needs. Thank you.

There was a mix up with my child's appointment time, but the office/doctor was able to squeeze him in and see him. Despite this, the doctor did not rush. He listened to my son's and my question carefully, and answered all the questions we've had. Great experience overall, and I really appreciate it.

I feel that I am in good hands with Dr. Kaplan and his staff at PIH.

Dr Kaplan, was very gentle when giving me an injection, did everything to lessen the pain.

Everyone was so nice. It felt like everyone was happy to be there and happy to help. I was so pleased that I wasn't rushed, or spoken over, or cutoff, or talked down to, or spoken above to.

Dr. Kaplan was very effcient and caring and I was happy with his explanation of what my foot problem was and he took care of it. I would definitely see him again. The staff was very helpful as well.

I have crohns disease and had to go to the bathroom 3 times while there. the public bathrooms where in bad shape first toilet didn't work second bathroom sink leaked all over. I asked and they said it is very difficult to get it fixed takes a lot of time this is a bad thing especially for people like me who have to use them, like I said 3 times.

Dr. Kaplan Is kind and understand your needs. Thank you Dr Kaplan for all your help.

Aside from the wait time, the service was impeccable and top tier. I'm neurodivergent so communication is a struggle for me but the provider understood what I was trying to explain and his advice solved my problem. Should I need another appointment I will make sure it's with this exact person.

This doctor was absolutely amazing. He took the time to speak to my son and listen to what he had to say and also address my concerns, me being the mom. He ordered the MRI stat because he saw the concern in my child's eye. He went above and beyond. Bedside Manor, top notch. Highly recommend.

The office is very efficient. Being able to get X-ray on site is so convenient.

Dr Kaplan visited me even before my xray was done and told me he'll come back soon after the xray and sure he did. My procedure was smooth and painless. He is great as I had the same service before 4 years ago
