Hi, I'd like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. So my feedback is that the appointment time was scheduled really long, really a long wait, many few weeks of appointment waiting. So that, yeah, I'm just, you know, just want to express my feedback that I would appreciate or make improvements that you guys can make improvements to schedule appointments that are sooner rather than later. That's kind of my feedback. So, because I had to wait several weeks just to get an appointment. And I felt like if it was something urgent, you couldn't wait, you know, that, you know, few weeks. So that's kind of where I'm coming from. All right. Thank you.

Should not ask patients to come 15 minutes early if staff does not take patients on time. I was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time and came early.

My finger slipped on the last one. I would definitely recommend David Abeva to my friends and family. He's patient, he listens, he actually engages with his patients. I never feel like he is dismissive of me. And in all honesty, I am so much more comfortable seeing him than any other provider I've had in recent memory. And I feel like I can actually trust him to handle my health.

I feel that there's a lack of support when it comes to prior authorizations that the back office staff needs to do. I think that they can definitely put in more effort and information when the insurance needs it in a timely manner versus waiting weeks to get something taken care of.

I have to say that David Avia listens to you when you speak and he talks back to you. So it's nice to have someone actually really listen to you and not rush to get out of the office.

I just want to say that the first question, I don't know if I put a negative answer and it should be a positive about scheduling my appointment. I was able to schedule it with no problem. And it was my first time, so the person worked with me to set it up when I called. But overall, with Dr. (name removed), I had a great experience. He listened to my questions and gave me the answers information I needed.

Very nice provider and back office staff was good too. My only concern is that the restroom has multiple "no poop zone ?" signs up. It was off putting and unprofessional for a medical setting. I asked the front desk about it and was told they don't want to smell it and "sometimes old people miss the toilet." Certainly a medical office has EVS in the event of incontinence issues? Makes me feel sorry for the elderly people who maybe can't hold it; doesn't seem like they're getting much compassion. Also, the elevator doesn't work.

The reminder text and emails should include the location you will be seen at and the Dr name. I was being seeing by someone other than my PCP and did not know the name so I guessed who it was when looking up the suite number.

I was concerned about new symptoms upon my arrival for a simple blood draw and the phlebotomist was kind enough to schedule me for a PA consult 1 hour later. Fantastic care for my concerns and looking forward to having my results explained next week for my follow up with PCP.

This facility regardless of whom you see through out the whole process, has always showing their care and concern. That your health problem matters. Thank You. Another excellent quality is how fast the Pharmacy got the prescription. After the doctor's visit. We went to Walgreens to pick it up, they were already handling it so we didn't have to wait to long. My mom was not able to timely see the specialist. According to the plan or rule, she should see a specialist cardiologist within 15 days. But when we called to make an appointment, there was no appointment available until the earliest in January. So that's not timely access to care. So concern about that. Thank you.

I want to note special appreciation to 1) the receptionist sitting at the left for rescheduling my appointments sooner than expected. I missed the first appointment by my oversight of time. 2) (name removed) greet me and took me to the routine tests and input all details, listening and questions in a professional and efficient manner during my visit prior to seeing Dr. David Abiva. 3) It was my 2nd visit with Dr. David Aviva. He listened my questions with patience, courtesy, relaxed poise that I felt very comfortable throughout the visit and provided me with satisfactory professional advices and treatment. Overall they made my visit comfortable.

David A. was very professional. He asked me how he could help me. He listened. Also, the nurse's aide who took my information was very sweet and professional. David had a student with him. They asked me if it'd be okay if she came in, and I said yes, and thank you for asking me first, and she was fine as well. I appreciated David's thoroughness. for his plan of action and follow-up, and he really listened to what Dr. (name removed) and I had discussed back in May in regards to my vomiting and indigestion so that he could order the appropriate test. I was very, very satisfied with him. I've seen him in the past, and he's always thorough and professional.

I think, in my opinion, the provider needs to document new symptoms of what the patient is telling him and not just looking back to what the patient has already expressed to providers before. I think that would be really helpful. And I just feel like I didn't come to any conclusion, which was a waste of his time and a waste of my time. Thank you.

Staff at front desk should smile a little, be happier, be patient. Nurses were really, really nice, very helpful. They listened to me. And the doctor was in and out way too quick. No, it took forever to come in. And he took forever to come back in because he didn't let me finish. So maybe spend more time with the patient.

Yes, hello, I felt that David Abiva wasn't very receptive to my inquiry there at the visit and just seemed very distant, not very welcoming. And I think he needs to just practice more his people skills and be more, be able to provide more options for a patient, a client if you will. just seemed like he just wasn't very friendly. That's it.

I feel that everytime i make a in office doctor appointment it girs one of 2 ways the doctor sees me and says oh we cant treat what you have here youre goingvto have to make another appointment somewhere else and i just paid money for a 10 minute appointment where they did nothing. Or i am left in a room for hours and the reason is the dr is backed up with patients today when its my turn again its 10 minutes to say yes youre sick get rest and drink fluids so another co pay wasted no real solitions are ever done. Its been years since i had a dr has cared so i go to urgent care instead.

Dr. Abiva is a amazing. I never went to see a doctor before because I felt I never felt comfortable with anyone. Now I see him regularly and have my son see him because of the way he listens and cares. If he were to ever leave PIH or move locations I would follow him. Great Doctor.

David Abiva was as good as it gets. He's direct, polite, and actually listens. More important, when he spoke with me, he was respectful and in no way condescending. The reason many people avoid talking to their healthcare providers until things are out of control is because they've been treated poorly and dismissed. Abiva is willing to explain what patients can do to better their health without making them feel belittled-- and that is what makes a healthcare provider great.

I injured my knee and went to Urgent Care. It took several weeks before I could get an appointment to see anyone for a follow-up. Once I was seen my injury was handled well... Authorizing an MRI and a referral to an orthopedist. The time it took to see someone in the office I feel was excessive.

Actually, he was very short with me and was in too much of a hurry. I think he spent a total of five minutes with me and quite frankly I just gave up. Something else was more important than my healthcare at that time.

Yes, it was my first time at the office of Dr. (name removed), and I saw David Abiva, and he was excellent, seemed very knowledgeable, efficient, and treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. I was very happy with his care, and I would recommend him to any of my friends. And I am a former nurse at PIH for an RN for 35 years. I was very happy and pleased with my care. And the office staff, all of them from the medical assistants to the front desk, were very courteous, helpful, and nice. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

He brought in a woman, who was dressed in casual attire, that he stated to be a student of his before even asking for my consent for her to be present in the room. Spent a total of about a minute with me and did not check any of my information, I had a better interaction with the nurse/medical assistant before he arrived. I am due for a other medical check ups and was hoping for assistance in scheduling such appointments with the correct medical professionals but he seemed too much in a rush for me to even bring it up and a random unprofessional looking supposed student was in the room so I was not all that comfortable speaking of other matters. I was not afforded the time to bring anything else up as he quickly checked my heartbeat from back and chest and walked out of the room with his supposed student in tow.
