My name is (PHI removed) not (name removed). Not their error. It was the error of the ER at PIH. The night I was admitted.

Dr. Anderson is one of the best that I have encountered in all my years of dealing with PIH. He possess old school bed side manners. He made me feel as though he truly had MY best interest at hand. Several surgeons came to see me during my last two visits to the hospital. I listened as each one diagnosed and suggested what I should do. Not all were saying the same thing. It was soooo obvious that a few of the doctors just wanted to cut... NOW. Dr. Anderson cared about my current state, talked about cons of cutting now and pros of cutting later. PLUS, the option of not having surgery at all. He recommended that I have it but said the ultimate decision is still up to me. NONE of the others mentioned that. I understand that some doctors can get robotic when discussing an illness or surgery they perform a lot but they need to stop doing that and remember this situation is not routine to rhe patient involved. Dr. Anderson cared about me as an individual even though my situation and procedure was something he has dealt with hundreds of times before. Priceless

I was very happy with the outcome of my emergency surgery in the ER Hospital and my transition of my five day stay to the main hospital (non COVID section). Thank you very much for your service.

From my point of view, he is an excellent doctor, the treatment of the nurses in the office of everything since I arrived at the hospital was and now I thank him very much because I feel very well and if it had not been for the attention everywhere, I would not be in this moment here then for me everything is excellent, thank you.

Dr. Anderson made me feel very comfortable, with the procedure that I had done for the gallbladder removal. I feel very at ease. And even with the follow up. He's been very sensitive me and he's just overall friendly. And I just felt very satisfied with... with his attentiveness to me. And his care and compassion. So I'm really grateful for him. Thank you.
