David Blakely DC has been in practice for over 40 years. Dr. Blakely specializes in evaluating and treating sports and joint injuries. He graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa and is also a past faculty member. Dr. Blakely has dedicated his career to helping others overcome painful health issues utilizing a holistic and natural approach to patient care. He is well versed in the treatment and management of soft tissue problems arising from work injuries, auto accidents and slow painful onset health conditions such as pinched nerves affecting the neck, spine, back, arms and legs. Dr. Blakely is an avid sports enthusiast who has competed in triathlons and enjoys open ocean rough water swim. He has a great passion for and golfs on a regular basis. He is also a ranked Green Belt in American Kenpo Martial Arts.

The Dr. was great. The facility is horrible. The address and bldg. are very misleading. Parked in the handicap stall IN FRONT of the address only to find that the entrance is really on the other side. the name and address need to be removed from where they are to where the entrance really is!!

I'm having a terrible time with PIH making appointments for specialists and following through. And I call them, tell them I'm in a lot of pain and they don't make the appointment. It's not the doctor's fault. It's PIH making the appointment's fault. I don't know what's going to happen here, but it's not good.
