The doctor seemed in a hurry. I had to reschedule a prior appt because l had just had surgery and he gave me the feeling that was not a good reason for rescheduling. He kept scanning his computer while we talked and l just felt he was not really that interested. I was in and out of his office in10 minutes.

Everything was great. The doctor was very attentive, and the nurses were very helpful. Regarding the time, I did have to wait a little longer than the appointment time, because I think if you schedule an appointment, you should be seen at the scheduled time. I am very blessed to have Dr Cao as my pain management physician. I truly appreciate all the support and effort he provides to better myself and ease my pain. Dr Cao goes out of his way explaining me, on every option and situation that affects quality of life, and I'm grateful for it. Excellent bed side manner

I fully trust the care that Dr. Cao provides me with and am grateful for his expertise.

The staff is always very professional and kind. And as far as David Cao is concerned, he's excellent. He's helped me have a productive life to deal with my pain. His recommendations and his thoughtfulness has helped me work through it, and I always follow what he tells me. He's awesome.

My experience with Dave Cao was somewhat frustrating when explaining the history of the pain that I had in my upper quadrant wrapped around my back. He seemed to be bucking heads when we talked about my experience in the ER and giving at least three cardiac workups. He was asking me about my history and when I explained to him the importance of all my doctors ruling out my heart, I tried to make that really clear and he seemed ?

Waiting for surgery scheduling to call me. That appointment that I had was a waste of time. They could have done that over the phone. Anyways, it was unnecessary, but someone please call me from surgery scheduling for my injection, please.

You can improve by having Dr. Coa not put his head down and act like you're bothering him when you have an appointment with him and are called in his office and you think he's going to talk with you and he's looking down and he's acting like literally you're bothering him. It's rude. He's rude.

I just have to say that every doctor I have through PIH, HealthNet, Molina, they have been the best doctors I've ever dealt with in my entire life, but especially Dr. Coa because he listens and he understands and it's just, it's so easy to talk to him.

This visit was a check the box visit. It was nothing more than that. He was spending the time filling in the blanks in his laptop. Basically asked me to stand and show where I was having pain. The rest of the time his eyes were on the laptop. Just a formality to receive another epidural. Other issues kept me from getting in when I really needed to. The time in between went to long. Nothing personal about the PA. To me it was more clerical, not medical.

Dr David Cao took good interest in my needs

Just because an additional ailment isn't in the doctors notes, doesn't mean the patient doesn't have problem also. He did not see neuropathy in the notes. I know I have it with my diabetes of 25 years

Yeah, David Cao, he's been my provider for, I think, gosh, almost two years. He's awesome. He's just really a great guy, really super knowledgeable. And, you know, I just feel comfortable. The PA spent a great deal of time typing on his computer but didn't share anything with me. He barely looked up at me. I would like to know what all the key strokes were. Barely heard 3-4 sentences from him. I understand the need to record the visit but how about sharing what you are typing. And some eye contact. Desi was so personable. Great smile, helpful. She made me smile.

David and the staff are great. It would be wonderful if you eliminated the parking fee or just validate patient's parking.

I would like there to be someone who could translate from Spanish to English and English to spanish, since many of us don't clearly understand what is said to us in English. So that would be a fundamental part for people when we are older and even those with pain and who don't understand the words that are said to them very well. So it would be good if there was always someone who speaks Spanish who could translate for us. That's the only thing because...

The PA had horrible bed side manner. I feel he did not listen to me was only writing in the laptop and didn't help. I was in excruciating pain and I felt he was no help and rude and just closed his laptop and walked away at the end.

Dr. David Chow is a great doctor

David Cao listens to me and answers my questions and does not try to get me out of the room quick like other Doctors do.

He's a very good doctor. He sits there, he listens, he explains everything to you, makes it so clear when you understand it. Not all the doctor terminology, he brings everything down to you. I really like my doctor there.

uh... he walked in he asked you what i was there for uh... apparently he didn't read the notes or whatever from the surgeon i wanted to see doctor (name removed) he told me in the surgery uh... the outpatient surgery that come to see him two to three weeks there was nothing available to him so they said would you see the p a uh... this man i mean he walked in he goes what are you here for he should have known what i was there for And I mean, I was in and out with seeing him less than five minutes. So he just said, if you have more pain, come back and see the doctor. So no, I wouldn't recommend this man to anybody. So Dr. (name removed)r is great, but this David, the PA, no, I wouldn't recommend him to anybody. Thank you.
