I did not trust this PA at all. He didn't have any answers for me. He was not aware of, he was not informed of my case. He wasn't able to find the MRI that I had done like a few weeks ago. He was not helpful at all. And I did not trust this person at all. I will not, I will not be seeing him in the future. I was very, very disappointed with the service that he provided. Thank you. I described some worsening pain so David Cao arranged for unscheduled X Rays during my visit. This vas very convenient and vill accelerate my diagnosis.

I did not have a positive experience. The PA was not prepared before I walked into the office and spent most of the time staring at his screen. Almost no real interaction with me to understand my current pain and possible ways to address them today. Bed side manner skills need to improve

David was very prompt. His nurses were also very prompt, very educated and kind to me and my mom as we sat in the doctor's office waiting for the visit. His nurse was so polite, took all our information down, also gave us feedback for what she thought would be better for me. Also, when the doctor came in, he gave me some really good advice, really well planned, discreet about everything, very detailed down to the bone. I mean, me and my mom left that office with sheer confidence that when or if we ever go back to him again, it'll be a smooth, comfortable, like riding on a cloud experience. Thank you. With Dr. David Coa, I've been seeing him for several years, actually, actually more than five. He is an excellent physician. I don't know what I would be or do without him. Actually, he's taking care of my problem, listens to me, cares about me, and is always there as a doctor. I appreciate it. I'm going to miss him if I move to Georgia, but he's a great doctor. My husband and I both go to Dr. David Cowell and we like him, we're satisfied with his care, but we both wanted to tell you that his, I don't know what you call her, his assistant, her name is Gezi, she is just above and beyond any assistant we've come in contact with in all the time we've spent at Presbyterian. So I just would like somebody to know that she just really tries extra hard to help her patients. And me especially, I need a ride because of my wheelchair and she works to get me a ride from Presbyterian travel. I don't know what they call it, travel, what they call it, but they come and pick me up and take me to my apartment both ways and that is just extremely helpful. So.

This was my first time being seen by Dr Cao. He and (name removed) were pleasant, courteous and professional. (Name removed) escorted me to the exam room, went over my medical history and took vitals. She had a very welcoming personality that instantly put me at ease. Dr. Cao reviewed my health records, discussed medical issues, and explained available options. I was very pleased with this visit.

After having an MRI for back pain, I came into the office and he was not aware of the MRI or what was going on with my back told me to go to the portal to find out he was uninformed. I felt unheard he was offering me medicines or therapy where if he'd read the file, the doctor already gave me medicines for when my back was acting up, kind of a waste of time.

Dr Cao was very helpful and listened to what my problem was and helped me with it. He was effecient and caring, as well as the staff . They were all nice and helpful as well.

During my recent visit, I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this doctor. From the beginning of the appointment, his demeanor felt dismissive, sarcastic, and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my concerns with care and respect, I felt as though he minimized what I was experiencing and made me feel as if my questions and symptoms were not important. I came to the appointment seeking medical guidance regarding symptoms and pain I have been experiencing. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard. When I attempted to explain my concerns, the doctor responded in a way that felt condescending and sarcastic, which made the interaction uncomfortable. As a patient, it is already difficult to discuss personal health issues, and the tone used during this appointment made me feel disrespected and discouraged from asking further questions. What was most concerning was that I left the appointment without receiving any meaningful medical advice or guidance. My symptoms and concerns were largely dismissed rather than properly discussed or evaluated. I expected a professional conversation about possible causes, next steps, or recommendations, but instead felt that my concerns were brushed aside. Healthcare providers should create an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their symptoms and asking questions. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. Patients deserve to feel respected, heard, and taken seriously when seeking medical care. Because of how this interaction was handled, I would like this review to also serve as a formal complaint regarding the doctor's conduct during my visit. I believe professionalism, respectful communication, and attentiveness to patient concerns are essential parts of medical care, and my experience did not meet those expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients do not have a similar experience. Every patient deserves to feel that their concerns matter and that their healthcare provider is genuinely listening and willing to help.

The only reason I'm staying here is that I receive good care. It's just that the appointments are scheduled very far in advance, and I have chronic illnesses. I'm older now. I would like the appointments to be scheduled a little sooner than the three months or more it currently takes. That's my opinion.

Dr. Cao is an excellent doctor and so did people that work with him over there. So I'm very, very happy with how they're so nice and polite and very respectful. Thank you.

The doctor seemed in a hurry. I had to reschedule a prior appt because l had just had surgery and he gave me the feeling that was not a good reason for rescheduling. He kept scanning his computer while we talked and l just felt he was not really that interested. I was in and out of his office in10 minutes.

I like this office staff and provider they are very nice I think sometimes when I'm there I feel that I say the same things every visit. That it's all chalked up to age and size.

Everything was great. The doctor was very attentive, and the nurses were very helpful. Regarding the time, I did have to wait a little longer than the appointment time, because I think if you schedule an appointment, you should be seen at the scheduled time. Excellent bed side manner

I fully trust the care that Dr. Cao provides me with and am grateful for his expertise.

The staff is always very professional and kind. And as far as David Cao is concerned, he's excellent. He's helped me have a productive life to deal with my pain. His recommendations and his thoughtfulness has helped me work through it, and I always follow what he tells me. He's awesome.

My experience with Dave Cao was somewhat frustrating when explaining the history of the pain that I had in my upper quadrant wrapped around my back. He seemed to be bucking heads when we talked about my experience in the ER and giving at least three cardiac workups. He was asking me about my history and when I explained to him the importance of all my doctors ruling out my heart, I tried to make that really clear and he seemed ?

Waiting for surgery scheduling to call me. That appointment that I had was a waste of time. They could have done that over the phone. Anyways, it was unnecessary, but someone please call me from surgery scheduling for my injection, please.

You can improve by having Dr. Coa not put his head down and act like you're bothering him when you have an appointment with him and are called in his office and you think he's going to talk with you and he's looking down and he's acting like literally you're bothering him. It's rude. He's rude.

I just have to say that every doctor I have through PIH, HealthNet, Molina, they have been the best doctors I've ever dealt with in my entire life, but especially Dr. Coa because he listens and he understands and it's just, it's so easy to talk to him.

This visit was a check the box visit. It was nothing more than that. He was spending the time filling in the blanks in his laptop. Basically asked me to stand and show where I was having pain. The rest of the time his eyes were on the laptop. Just a formality to receive another epidural. Other issues kept me from getting in when I really needed to. The time in between went to long. Nothing personal about the PA. To me it was more clerical, not medical.

Just because an additional ailment isn't in the doctors notes, doesn't mean the patient doesn't have problem also. He did not see neuropathy in the notes. I know I have it with my diabetes of 25 years

Yeah, David Cao, he's been my provider for, I think, gosh, almost two years. He's awesome. He's just really a great guy, really super knowledgeable. And, you know, I just feel comfortable. Dr Cao was great, along with the nurse!

The PA spent a great deal of time typing on his computer but didn't share anything with me. He barely looked up at me. I would like to know what all the key strokes were. Barely heard 3-4 sentences from him. I understand the need to record the visit but how about sharing what you are typing. And some eye contact. Desi was so personable. Great smile, helpful. She made me smile.

David and the staff are great. It would be wonderful if you eliminated the parking fee or just validate patient's parking.

I would like there to be someone who could translate from Spanish to English and English to spanish, since many of us don't clearly understand what is said to us in English. So that would be a fundamental part for people when we are older and even those with pain and who don't understand the words that are said to them very well. So it would be good if there was always someone who speaks Spanish who could translate for us. That's the only thing because...

Great service from all the employees and Doctor!

The PA had horrible bed side manner. I feel he did not listen to me was only writing in the laptop and didn't help. I was in excruciating pain and I felt he was no help and rude and just closed his laptop and walked away at the end.
