My doctor, the surgeon was great very nice friendly listened to her how to say very concerning really glad I was able to see him. I'm thankful that I'm able to have further follow up with him.

I had some screw up on the pre-authorization and had the first surgery date canceled. Dr. Bina worked me in as on a, he had a cancellation, so he worked me in and so no harm, no foul. On the day of the surgery, he had an emergency and was a couple of hours, three hours, four hours late getting started on me. That's no big problem. I had nothing else to do anyway. And he still did a wonderful job. So anyway, all the staff in the surgery suite were wonderful. So I'll talk to you later. Bye.

I was very impressed with Dr Bina. He took the time to explain about the gallbladder and its function and that he felt I did not need to have my gall bladder removed. He also went over the lab tests I had done a couple of weeks ago and said they all looked good not to worry about. I was very comfortable with Dr Bina. I would go to him in the future if need be.

I met this Dr. for the 1st time yesterday. He explained things very well. I'm going to follow through with this Dr. to treat me for this problem.

Because of the great care of Dr. Nejat Bina, upon my retirement, I made sure my insurance wouldn't change and assured I kept an insurance that allowed me to continue here. I trust him and didn't want to have anyone else work on me when the time comes. Best doctor ever!

I was very, very impressed with my doctor, Dr. Bino, and very, very impressed with the nurses on the third floor, especially (two names removed). They were just wonderful. If I could, it couldn't be better. It was really a great day at a hospital that I've ever spent, and I'm 86 years old, with many surgeries under my belt. Thank you.

Dr. Bina is one of my favorite PIH physicians. I respect his medical, professional opinions. He answered all of my questions and I didn't feel "rushed". Dr. Bina is the best!

What a beautiful nurse and explained things as she took you in and I really enjoyed that. And (name removed), who does the surgery scheduling, beautiful, beautiful people. I really enjoyed my visit and I was very pleased with them. Thank you. They all deserve a 10 plus.

And I liked it because they treated me well and were kind to me.

Only negative was that I was not seen on time. However, the strong positive is that this Doctor is a main reason why I choose to stay in this health plan. Absolutely love his demeanor, attentiveness to my needs, and dedication to helping me get healthier. Excellent patient care. Thank you.

Well, you had a way to do 10. It would be easier if you just left it at 8 or 9 and forgot using 10. Not necessary.

Dr. Nejat-Bina has been one the best Doctors I've encountered at PIH. So refreshing to meet with a doctor that not only listens to you but is so knowledgeable. I left feeling taken care of. His Nurse, (name removed) was just as caring, helpful and professional. Thank you, truly.
