Dr was very thorough, kind and informative. He didn't rush me and went out of his way to explain & answer important information regarding my issue.

Provider was very interested in what I had to say about my condition and explained in a way I could understand why I was having this issue.

Dr. David Najet-Bina was very, very good. I was very impressed and happy that I was referred to him. And so was his staff, (name removed). What a beautiful nurse and explained things as she took you in and I really enjoyed that. And (name removed), who does the surgery scheduling, beautiful, beautiful people. I really enjoyed my visit and I was very pleased with them. Thank you. They all deserve a 10 plus.

And I liked it because they treated me well and were kind to me.

He took the time to listen and understand my concerns he was not dismissive like the previous doctors

Only negative was that I was not seen on time. However, the strong positive is that this Doctor is a main reason why I choose to stay in this health plan. Absolutely love his demeanor, attentiveness to my needs, and dedication to helping me get healthier. Excellent patient care. Thank you.

Well, you had a way to do 10. It would be easier if you just left it at 8 or 9 and forgot using 10. Not necessary.

My experience from the beginning for my follow-up, my post-op appointment with Dr. Bina at the office was great. From the front desk, I arrived even to the wrong location on the first floor, and they were very polite, directed me to the fifth floor. The front desk I was assisted by (name removed), which was very polite, very helpful, very patient, and she was very thorough, as well as the staff that helped me once I got into the room. The facility is very clean, very welcoming, and the doctor was great. It seems like everything, aside obviously from going great, but he was very patient. I didn't feel rushed, very thorough, answered all my questions, and explained to me as best as possible.

Dr. Bina was very easy to understand and he was very attentive and listened to any of my concerns. And he also really, when it came to learning what I had to get done for my surgery, he made it very easy to understand even what above and beyond to draw out what he was going to be doing and what was happening inside of my abdomen and what he was going to do.
