Staff was very rude. When I go back, especially the nurse in the bag named (name removed), very rude and unprofessional. Extremely very rude, just lucky I didn't disrespect her the way she did to me.

I took my daughter to be retested for the flu & covid. The original test was taken on 3/15, and came back negative; however my daughter was still experiencing symptoms. I explained this to the Dr. She came into the room and said that my daughter merely had an upper respiratory virus. I asked if the new test results were negative? Her response was "did they test her?" Ultimately, the test results were positive for the flu. Had I not asked, she would have allowed us walk out of the office without any knowledge of the results, because she assumed that the first results were negative, so PHI removed) just has a simple cold. Dr Ramirez seemed nice enough, however she did not take the time necessary to figure out what was going on with my child without prompting from me.

The PA, nurse and check in representatives were awesome, however the X-ray technician was was unprofessional and rude. Our nurse escorted us to the X-ray department where the X-ray technician yelled through a office with the door closed "did you send the order" the nurse replied yes. He continued to have a personal conversation (gossiping) with the office door still closed not acknowledging us. He finally ended his personal conversation came out the office didn't greet us just told my son "come on" He took the X-ray my son came out he gave not instructions I had to ask him if we were done. He replied "go seat in the waiting area. This technician did not seem to like his job and didn't make use feel welcome.

The providers bed side manor is lacking. She was cold and almost condescending in our interaction. I felt that she did not empathize with the discomfort and pain I was feeling and just wanted to prescribe something to send me on my. I would hope that she can learn to listen to the patient and take the course of action best suited for the patient considering the nature of the urgent care environment. I was there because I was in an urgent need a solution and she did not seem to understand that. In the end she prescribed what I needed and began to feel relief 20 minutes later. I just wish I didn't feel like I was demanding something from a medical provider that should be able to listen and find the best course action not just the easiest.

Delia Ramirez was short and rude. When I was trying to explain my symptoms to her she spoke over me. When asking her for a note to go back to work until this week, I let her know that I had not been there since Monday, she rudely replied "I cannot go back in time". The front desk person and X-Ray techniticians where very nice, attentive, and even sweet, but NOT Delia Ramirez. She must learn and have some people skills.

Hi, my experience with the lady you spoke of was absolutely perfect. I couldn't ask for a better treatment from the office staff North from the doctor and I would recommend it to anyone. I think that urgent care facility is excellent and thank you for calling and I appreciate it so much. I hope you will take my comments to heart because I think she was fine. Mrs. Delia does not understand that there is because the truth is she did not know and she is not doing it. I still feel very bad when I got there we had two very hard on my throat, my throat hurt a lot, I had told her that I had breathing problems she had all the symptoms that I told her to do the covid test, she didn't do it to me any. I'm still very bad. My chest and back hurt and it's been hard for me to get over it because I'm not afraid to go to the emergency room, that's why I was (unreadable), who shouldn't be in that place because he doesn't know what he's doing, we need people who (unreadable).

The MA or CNA that was training a new CNA was very unprofessional and her demeanor was awful. I felt verbally attacked even after I mentioned it to her, she continuesd to be loud. I asked her to leave and she continued in the room.

There was nothing that was able to be done for me per my issue. Including any measurable tests to identify the issue. Service/tests that was expected was not available at urgent care as was told.

She didn't give me the time and respect to express my concerns. She wanted to rush me out of the office as fast as she could, while interrupting me when I had a question or concern. Also, I don't think that "Google-ing" a medication in front of a patient gives the patient much trust in the provider's knowledge. If it's up to me, I won't be visiting this office or recommending it either.

The doctor handled everything in it's proper way. She was very attentive, very concern, and prescribed the ... the prescription very well. Before going into the Urgent Care, I was thinking that I was not going to be able to spend Christmas with my family because I had so much coughing, phlegm, headache, body ache, and I was feeling very, very ill. And after taking my medication that was prescribed by the Dr. Ramirez, she greatly improved

I took my son into urgent care to request a covid test because he stayed in a home with someone that tested positive for covid, but the doctor refused to test him because he did not meet the criteria for symptoms I guess. Couldn't he be asymptomatic? I would have liked to have a test to confirm so, after waiting for such a long time in the waiting room, especially with the holidays coming up. Not refusing to test patients is a better way to prevent the spread of covid.

I love the office. I always go to that urgent care (INAUDIBLE) because they treat me faster. But the things that I don't like it, when I just went for a sore throat. I need an antibiotic and I know I'm diabetic. And I am seeing a doctor regularly. But the... what I believe... this the first time that I met her. And she said that, I should let go, the of the tortillas and the tacos, and my last name is [name removed] by marriage. But for her assume that I'm Mexican or Hispanic. I could be south American and not have tortillas and tacos. I could be eating rice or Cuban. Just because we are all Hispanics doesn't mean we eat the same thing. That was a cultural thing that I bothered me, but everything was good.

I appreciate all the care and respect and kindness that I was shown on the office entrance, with the Nurses and with the doctor when l was seen by her. Yes, it was a long wait but they make you feel welcome and help you with the situation that you are in. You may be feeling super sick if they make you forget about it and help you feel much better. I truly appreciate it thank you for all your help.,

Hello, my name is [PHI removed] and I was there on the 11th. I had symptoms that could have been considered covid, but I was not tested for covid and my son who I took in a couple of days later had the same exact symptoms as I did. I was diagnosed with a possible. With a possible... Sinus infection. And given out of antibiotics and sent home. I have not gotten better with my antibiotics. My son was diagnosed with possible covid, and he came back positive with that. Now, if I would have been tested for Covid, we could've kept our distance or knowing if I have it or not. I just tested yesterday and I'll find out in a couple of days if I have it.

This provider made me feel dumb coming in, as someone who is unaware of what I came in for, she didn't make me feel comfortable. My reason for coming in should make me feel at ease, she was in & out the room in 2 minutes, didn't give me any other recommendations.

There was no one in the waiting area, and from what I saw, no other patients in the back, either. The check-in process was pleasant, however the nurse that saw us before care was impatient and cold. The provider gave minimal follow-up instructions and when I asked, gave a brief reply. The prescription written was sent to a closed pharmacy, so I asked that it be sent to an open location so that I could pick it up right away. The location was changed, however, when I arrived at the CVS, it had been closed for hours. I called Urgent Care, about 15 minutes before closing and no one answered. I called a 24 hour CVS and they tried to call Urgent Care as well to get the information needed to process at a different location, but Urgent Care did not answer for CVS, either.

Hi, the visit went overall very well, and I was comfortable with the doctor. But there was something that made me feel very uncomfortable that the doctor stated. And that was I felt discriminated when she said something about, oh, you probably have HMO, right? And not PPO. I felt like that statement was not called for and it was offensive to me. If they... if you could recommend to your people not to say that kind of statements because again, that was offensive. Judging me by probably by ethnicity that I did not have a PPO. Anyhow, I did have a PPO, but just letting your staff know. Thank you.

[name removed] was very thoughtful for me to take a 3 day leave of absence for my work. She suggested that same day leave of absence for my wellness and I decided not to take it because I wanted to work, but unfortunately, I'm in a situation right now that Wednesday and today, Thursday, I have been recuperating and getting a little bit tired and with some symptoms of my illness UTI. So, I want to thank for her to giving me that option that I didn't take. The next time I will take it if I see her again. Thank you.

I don't like the fact that doctors appt are only available until 4:20 the latest. That is very difficult for us that work in person. That is impossible to get to a doctors appt on time, without the doctor leaving, and missing work. There has to be more flexibility. It is great that you have urgent care, but not enough physicians to respond to the urgent care needs of patience, poor quality response. I arrived at 4:40pm did not make my appt, I was told urgent care would take 45 min, I did no leave urgent care until 6:30pm. Not all staff were pleasant or welcoming, not even a hello or good evening. The physician on duty was great! The X-ray technician, was not welcoming at all no hello, its unfortunate that an organization of this nature would not educate staff on relationship building that is key in any profession.

I took me about 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Ramirez and when I was finally seen she came off as very annoyed and very uncaring about my situation. I now understand that she was not a dentist therefore she could not really do much, but she made no attempt to tell me what steps to take and instead gave me a judgmental look when I expressed the extreme pain that I was going through. She made me feel stupid like I was wasting her time. Definitely the worst experience I had ever had at any urgent care even personally traumatic.

My child came in with chest pain, I had to tell the provider to order EKG, which is the Gold standard for a patient having chest pain, and she lied that the result was normal sinus rhythm when I asked for a copy she refused initially when I insisted she finally gave it to me, when I read the EKG it was abnormal by the way am a Registered nurse so I can read EKG, so for her not to be acting in the best interest of the patient was really hard for me, she should not be allowed to care for anyone, my son needed immediate treatment and she is treating it as if it was nothing, I need this matter looked into. thank you

I went to Urgent Care and I really don't like the PA. She didn't pay any attention to me. I'm still in pain. She didn't want to remove my cyst which I was in pain. But anyways, that's about it.

I waited almost 2 hours and she spent no time with me. I had questions and she made me feel as if I should have known. She was with me for less than 1 min after waiting 2 hours! Horrible!

I felt because I am not fluent in Spanish the tone of my visit changed. It's easier for me to describe my symptoms in English and to converse in English even though I am Mexican.

Surgeon care experience was very Swift from start to finish, the provider seem very efficient and knowledgeable in what she was doing and saying. The staff was very courteous. I was overall very pleased with the whole experience. It was a very quick visit which was my since my son was sick, and we didn't want to be there very long. Thank you for all of your services.

She was honestly the worst doctor that I've ever seen in my entire life. She had no concern for what I had to say. Tell me that everything that I was doing, was incorrect. And didn't even bother to actually address the fact that I had foot pain. That was not what she said that it was and it was already diagnose. I just need to help with the pain that I was feeling from it. After my experience with her. I left the parking lot in tears. She offered no additional assistance whatsoever other than keep icing it and it actually pushed me to go to hold the next day and I think I'll be going there from now on.

To whom it may concern, I came in to urgent care wanting a Covid test. I was exposed to someone that had tested positive the same day and I was experiencing symptoms. I met Delia Ramirez, PA and she was dismissive. She didn't even ask me what other symptoms I had and assumed it was a sinus infection automatically since I was having nasal congestion. I insisted on getting the Covid test because I have young children and and elderly mom at home. I wanted to be sure. If I didn't insist she would've just sent me home with abx. Please have some compassion for all your patients. Please listen to their concerns and don't assume. I don't usually complain or write these reviews but I was compelled to do this.
