Diane Perdue NP-C

Ms. Perdue is helping me very nicely. I think she's very attentive. I think she's taking a lot of precautions needed to rule out any possible issues that it could be with my current situation, which I really am grateful and I appreciate. I also meant to put a 10 instead of a 9 on the rating for her care. I know in the past I had (name removed), which I do respect and I think she's very good at what she does and takes care of me. In the past, with (name removed), though, I feel like the reason I requested Ms. Perdue was because my gymnemate (word removed) wasn't treated like it was important or needed. It was treated as if it was cosmetic and that was kind of frustrating because my issue is not cosmetic. It hurts.

Diane Perdue is an excellent listener, provide thourgh medical info. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable.

I finally found my primary doctor. She congratulated me on my A1-c numbers and was very encouraging. I had a few questions for her and she made it easy for me to understand and explain her answers to me. She a some one in training with her and she also was very knowledgeable. She also took time to explain her answers to me as well. Probably one of the best doctors visits I've ever had.

I had an excellent experience with Ms. Perdue and I would highly recommend her. I think some of my early answers I thought were just yes and no, but they may have been on a four-point scale. And if that is correct, then some of those twos should be changed to fours because she was excellent and spent quite a bit of time with me. So thank you to her and that's all I have.

She treated me like I use to be treated. She communicated with me directly. She wasn't hiding behind the computer. We discussed my health by her sharing all my results of all the medical tests I've taken this year and what they all mean to me!

Nurse, (name removed) drew my blood and did an excellent job! Usually I go to (name removed) in the lab for blood draw because it's hard to find my veins and other nurses have trouble.

The first two questions, I responded inaccurately. The whole office, the team, the environment was great. I have no issues with anybody, and I do recommend that facility to all my friends. So rate 4s and 10s across the board.

I didnt appreciate how the doctor dismissed my concerns and told me I had a two concern/question limit because she didnt have time to go over all of my concerns

I have seen Diane before. She is very nice, respectful and I enjoy seeing her when Dr. (name removed) isn't available. She takes her time to listen to me and not rush me out.

The PIH office is clean and comfortable and pretty reasonably kept. The doctors, it's hard to get doctors that really care or they're not rushed, that take time to help patients or understand them. And they just process them as soon as possible without really always helping. That's all.

The service from Diana Perdue to me was very excellent.

Regarding my experience, I would like to see it improved by having bilingual staff who speak more Spanish, because most patients speak Spanish, and very few speak pure English. Thank you.

Diane Perdue and her MA are the best! With my previous provider I never wanted to keep my appointments I felt like I was going to the dentist to have teeth pulled!! Diane Perdue is the best! She's knowable very caring and makes you feel like your important

It is outrageous and ridiculous the amount of time to schedule an appointment with my PCP. I trust Diane, she is AMAZING, but still needed to see my PCP. The ONLY appointment available was scheduled for MARCH 2, 2026!!!!!!! I suffer from high blood pressure and all medication prescribed is affecting my heart. I needed to pay OUT MY POCKET to be seen by a physician. PIH used to be the best hospital, with an outstanding service, NOT ANYMORE!

I appreciated how she followed up on my newly diagnosed diabetes to get up to date on my health care needs and questions Also took the time to explain how to log and when to check blood sugar level also , on low fat diet I am so glade to be under her care ! She is truly an excellent Nurse Practitioner

I expressed to the doctor I was nervous and scared. She made me feel comfortable. And was nice enough to give me the "bad" news, but in a way where she put me in a plan on how to get better. ????

Ms Diane is an excellent PA! She listened and provided excellent feedback without sounding critical or condescending.

I was greeted by the MA and she took some incorrect data from me, frequently forgot information that I had told him or he had asked of me. And after reviewing my HNP, it seems that the information that I had provided was entered incorrectly. He would make comments such as, oh, we don't need that. That's okay. When there was a discrepancy of the weight intake, of five pounds, he said it was fine that we could just leave it with the lower. Um, I just felt like it was dismissive. He forgot to schedule my appointments. I had to remind him, um, of that. Um, so that was the biggest issue was that I felt that the inmate was not accurate with his intake and I had to reinforce and continuously remind him of the correct information.

My name is (PHI removed), and I went to talk to Dr. Perdue, and I love her. She is very professional, and she listens to what I have to say. She spends enough time with me, very friendly, everybody in the office, all the staff. They're all very nice, and I appreciate them. Thank you very much.

Overall, the experience was great. I love Diane. She was amazing. The only issue I had is when I tried to call about an appointment, the girl I spoke to was just very rude. She didn't seem very helpful in that manner. And that was the only kind of bad thing that got put in my mouth was just the whole customer service end when I was trying to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. The lady wasn't very helpful. It was more of like, well, it doesn't work that way and just kind of rude and not very helpful. And that's pretty much it. Other than that, Diane was great. I love Diane. She has always treated me very well, always took care of me, and she's great. Thank you.

I was very unhappy with this provider. She was so rude and I was so sick and I never go to the doctor. And when I go, it's because I'm sick. I felt like I was very dissatisfied, disrespectful. I would never recommend her. Thank you very much. But I love Dr. Lutre. Yes. He's a very good doctor. Unfortunately, I couldn't get in with him. So I ended up with her because I was so sick. This doctor, Dr. Diane Perdue, was the best nurse practitioner doctor that I've ever seen. She was amazing. She was great. I felt comfortable. I loved her dearly, and I will recommend her to anyone. I already talked to my family. She was great. She did. She did. She answered my questions. She wants me to have all these tests done that's necessary. I respect her, and I think she's a great, great doctor.

Nice first visit

My experience was great but I can never see an actual doctor. The wait is 6 months. That's not ok.

Front office person checking me in questioned me about my insurance when I had explained that when I made my appointment I validated that it was accepted and when I checked in online for my appointment my information was prefilled. She continued to question and I could not understand why.

Diane Perdue is professional and pleasant. She is very knowledgeable, caring and respectful. I trust her with my health care.

This provider helped more than two other visits to an MD and urgent care. Within 2 days a felt better after being sick or 5 weeks. She is very caring and listens to what the problem was. Highly competent and highly recommend her, plus you can schedule an appointment very quickly when necessary.

Entering the building it was clean, receptionist was dare to help you and provide you with any information you needed to fill out and guide you to your next step.. when I get to my Dr. everyone was great, polite and friendly. Love it

I needed more time and more questions to ask, but was told it wasn't a 45 minute only 20 min appointment, I was in a rush , I never experienced that

I was a little taken aback when the provider started off the appointment with the reason I was there and that my other concerns would be deemed as not preventative and could possibly incur costs. This was not my main provider. She eventually listened to my main concerns and made referrals on my behalf. When I originally made the appointment I clearly voiced my concerns of not meeting with my main provider. It was not mentioned at that time that I could not voice my concerns during the appointment. I was told that certain blood tests would not be performed. I agreed as I didn't want to wait until the summer to eventually see my provider. I felt that was too much time to let go by to see how I was doing with my blood work. I Love my provider she has always had my best interest at heart. I just wish I was able to see her on a more regular basis. Even if it's one time a year. I understand that she has a very busy schedule.

Nurse practitioner, Perdue, is very, very thoughtful in what she tells me. She explains everything very well. I've been very pleased with her. I have all the confidence in the world with her. Thank you.

I'm coming from Kaiser and I'd like to say that my experience with this doctor was great. I think it's one of the best doctors I've seen and I will definitely be seeing her again. And I want to thank her and her staff for listening to me and for welcoming me. Thank you.

Would like to have separate reception area for urgent care vs scheduled Dr/PA appointments so sick patients and well patients aren't sharing the same furnishings, surfaces and air. That said, PA Perdu was professional and addressed my concerns. Also, a male asst. (name removed) called reception to take care of my co-payment so I didn't spend any extra time in the reception area when leaving.

All the people are very polite and very helpful.

So far, it's been a good service. We hope it continues to be this way in the future, and thank you.

Diane was great with my son. She spent plenty of time talking to both of us about his health and was so personable. It was the only time I've heard my son comment about any of the health professionals he's seen over the years. He said she was the best doctor (NP) he's ever had and he's glad we moved from Kaiser to PIH!

My provider is excellent and the staff is excellent. I was very happy with them. They take care of my concerns, and she always is very concerned about my health and making sure that I am well.

I am new to PIH (coming from having had Kaiser my entire life) and I am so far greatly pleased with PIH and the healthcare professionals I saw on Monday.
