The provider seemed to brush off the results of my tests. She was in a hurry and really did not take time to listen or get to know my concerns

I had excellent customer service. I was very, very comfortable about how much people really, really like their profession, excellent communicational skills. Just them showing how they were very, very caring, but they showed so much, I'm going to use the word humanity because I was taken as, I was being dealt as a person. I wasn't dealt as a group, and I really appreciate it, and I was very thankful.

She made me feel like I was sent to the school principal office to get chewed out. I went to get a preop screening but got a tongue lashing instead. I don't want to be seen by her again.

The medical assistance are rude. This isn't the first time. They don't great you nicely and they seem moody all the time. The provider just did what she needed to do and that was it.

I was very disappointed, with Ms. Perdue. She was in such hurry, not sure why I was even there. She went over blood results so fast, not able to ask all my questions. She said had a form for to sign, no one came in with any, only copy of blood results. She left telling me wait there & not leave. I asked her to come back, had a small list of questions. Asked asst. to let her know I had questions. After waiting for someone to come in, feeling frustrated. I needed a vaccine too. Checked with CVS & they can give the vaccine. I truly MISS Dr. (name removed)! He always took the time to listen & always answered all my questions.

I came in a little late because of the traffic. She was in a hurry because her next patient was already in. And I felt she was a little dismissive of my symptoms because she was in a hurry. And she thanked God that she's no longer having periods to deal with. It was a joke, but I was like a little taken aback because I was wondering why. That's about it. I think I wanted to know more, but there was no time for her to tell me more, I think. And she said urine test is available, but when I asked the nurse who came to check me out, after the visit, she said, no, there's no urine test. She didn't ask for it. So I really was confused whether there was a urine test for me to give or not. Okay. That's it.

She's rude and she needs to learn how to talk to people because she has no empathy for people. She's just a rude person and she's just too much. Somebody needs to learn manners with her because she's rude.

I used to dread going in to see Dr (name removed) in Whittier, since switching I've seen Diane Perdue and she has been a God send! I enjoy my visits she's professional and treats you with respect and kindness. I have yet to a meet Dr Brown just wish her appointments didn't go out so far!

During my appointment with Perdue, I felt like I was not listened to when I had concerns regarding dementia in my family and me personally having a lot of problems with my memory. I felt like she shrugged it off and she giggled about it. That was very disheartening. I'm also going through menopause and she was not very comforting during this time with providing me other information that I need. She rather pushed me off onto my gynecologist, which I will do because I will never, ever have another appointment with Purdue ever. Only reason why I took that appointment is because Dr. (name removed) was not available. He is my doctor and he's wonderful. If you have any other concerns, please call me back. Thank you.

I felt my first visit with PIH Hospital was pleasantly good and the staff treated me with respect and kindness and both Ms. Perdue and the other assistant were attentive, professional, and listened very attentively. Ms. Perdue is helping me very nicely. I think she's very attentive. I think she's taking a lot of precautions needed to rule out any possible issues that it could be with my current situation, which I really am grateful and I appreciate. I also meant to put a 10 instead of a 9 on the rating for her care. I know in the past I had (name removed), which I do respect and I think she's very good at what she does and takes care of me. In the past, with (name removed), though, I feel like the reason I requested Ms. Perdue was because my gymnemate (word removed) wasn't treated like it was important or needed. It was treated as if it was cosmetic and that was kind of frustrating because my issue is not cosmetic. It hurts.

I finally found my primary doctor. She congratulated me on my A1-c numbers and was very encouraging. I had a few questions for her and she made it easy for me to understand and explain her answers to me. She a some one in training with her and she also was very knowledgeable. She also took time to explain her answers to me as well. Probably one of the best doctors visits I've ever had.

I had an excellent experience with Ms. Perdue and I would highly recommend her. I think some of my early answers I thought were just yes and no, but they may have been on a four-point scale. And if that is correct, then some of those twos should be changed to fours because she was excellent and spent quite a bit of time with me. So thank you to her and that's all I have.

Thorough explanation, listened well, answered questions, asked if any other concerns ?

The first two questions, I responded inaccurately. The whole office, the team, the environment was great. I have no issues with anybody, and I do recommend that facility to all my friends. So rate 4s and 10s across the board.

I didnt appreciate how the doctor dismissed my concerns and told me I had a two concern/question limit because she didnt have time to go over all of my concerns
