Had to go to this provider because my normal provider (name removed) was booked out 2 weeks and my infection couldn't wait. Not happy about that, but worked out ok with this provider. (Longer drive to location)

NP Diane Perdue was late to appointment and was apologetic for her tardiness and being friendly up until I said I wanted a referral to see a specialist since this was a ongoing health issue I've had for years, her attitude and demeanor quickly shifted almost as if she got offended. The rest of the appointment she just talked over me and just had such condescending and rude demeanor. After addressing that one health concern, I wanted to mention another health problem I have been dealing with and she quickly shut me down and said no she's only going over one today and since I'm having a follow up appointment in a week with a different NP I can address it then? So you're telling me no matter how I'm feeling I have to wait till my next appointment to address my health concerns? Is it 1 health concern per appointment? I'm assuming she was in a rush since she came late to my appointment she wanted to rush me out so she can catch up with appointments after me. I mentioned it to her anyway what my 2nd health concern was, and it was something I also have been dealing with for years and asked about a referral and she brushed me off in a irritated tone and just told me I can just meet with another Dr that they have in the building... I was completely in shock at her response. She did end up giving me my referral for my first health concern which I appreciated, but she just kept saying in a discouraging manner how she's doing the same thing they would and it's going to take me a long time to meet with a specialist since they are so booked. After I left this appointment and I was talking to a staff nurse on her team I asked her if it was 1 health concern per appointment and she said it's usually 3 health concerns per appointment... So after hearing this, my appointment with this NP really rubbed me the wrong way. This NP had no proper bedside manner, not to mention she wasn't clear with what she was saying. When I asked her about the medication she's prescribing, if it's something I take only when feeling symptoms or a continuous thing, she replied in a very irritated and condescending tone in a way as if I'm foolish for even asking. The reason I was asking is because she didn't mention it so I was very taken back by her reply. I'm a very tolerant person but I feel like her attitude towards me was rude and to be honest unprofessional. Before she left the room she told me to stick around so I can do a UA, so I waited for her to tell the staff nurse to come in and give me a cup. Instead I hear her talking at the nurses station about her next patient, and going into the next room to meet her next patient. It wasn't until after when she came out from seeing her next patient that she let the nurse know to give me a cup so I can start my UA. So not only was she late to my appointment but she made me wait a extra 20 minutes to just start my UA, when she could have let the nurse know the first time she talked to her. After waiting for almost an hour to get in to see the doctor, I had to go look for her. And then the receptionist told me that I did not have an appointment when I did, they checked me in downstairs, told me to go up and I sat there for quite. I finally went in. And when I saw the doctor she was very rude. She was loud. She wouldn't listen and she just wanted to make a point. She didn't care what kind of a survey I would leave. It wasn't her fault, that I wasn't on the schedule. So, whatever glitch they had there it wasn't my fault either, but she didn't have to be rude, and she didn't have to be insensitive as to the way I felt. I'll never go to her. I would not recommend her. I think she was totally rude and she acted, like she didn't even care. She left the room and before she left the room she says, well, I'm leaving now.

My appointment was at 10 wasn't seen until 10:50 . Provider said she would call me with my x-ray results on 7-13 -2022 and I never got a call I'm still waiting for all I know my I jury could be getting worse . Delay of care is what I'm getting,definitely not happy about it

Dr. Perdue needs to explain things better. IT seemed like she was running a marathon. I asked her why my nails were somewhat dark on my index fingers and she said, "oh, that's for the next appointment." Then she told me it was probably due to the detergent I was using to wash dishes. I was not satisfied with that. Thank you.

She was very rude and dismissive. Didn't answer some of the questions that I had asked. She was automatically defensive as soon as you walked in the door, I don't know what her problem was with me. This was my very first visit with her and she did not leave a very good impression to say the least. She I even waited to talk to her after my x-ray that she sent me over to and she spoke to me very briefly but she walked out of the room and said without even saying okay I have to leave or anything like that, she just walked out of the room. I thought she was going to get something and she just never came back. I was actually really surprised by the lack of empathy and just just very poor bedside manner. I don't know if she was having

I have the utmost respect for this office and staff they are phenomenal. They worked hard to get me in after a receive ER visit and went out of their way for my care. Once in, all details were covered and great care was given to details I didn't even consider. Thank you.

The lady that called me accused me of having an expired health insurance and when I offered to give her my ID number to verify that my insurance is effective and valid shunned me off and told me to call another number before I can schedule an appointment or pick up my prescription. I have a mild Covid infection plus I am diabetic and I have underlying medical Conditions ( high blood pressure , IBS , heartburn ) and the lady wasn't and isn't compassionate enough to help Out. I will try to change location unless (name removed) is there ... he is the only awesome provider ( courteous , professional and knowledgeable) in that facility. All the others don't care about their customers. My wife had similar experiences

My name is (PHI removed), the patient is get threes (PHI removed), she's the one is actually sick, she has dementia and she gets angry, so she complained on her way out and in the car, so I'm just letting you know, since I was in the office in her visit. I'm going to take her everything. I've graded. It says, it's correct, she would just hang, hang you up., we're probably just have them bunch of different digits o I'm just letting, you know, it was (PHI removed), not the patient. Hello, Dr. Diane Perdue is the best. I've never tested any doctor, as long as I've been around. She's great. She's well manner. She tells me what it... what it... what I had. Or what to do about this. I never had that before, but she's actually just a wonderful doctor and I like her a lot. I don't want to see the doctor with her, but she's always taking care of me and tell me what I have to do when I don't have to do. And you know, I just... she's wonderful. Take care.

The doctor was pleasant, and understanding, but I was not happy that I had to reach out to my insurance company and provide codes to confirm if my labs would be covered. At other doctor offices they call and confirm with the insurance company and check what labs will be covered or not. They didn't even offer to do a pre approval for x-rays. The insurance company didn't give me a straight answer and I was left back where I started. Not returning to this office.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was extremely nervous being that my last experience having a Pap smear was awful. The nurse Teresa reassured me that Dr. Perdue was nice. Dr. Perdue was an angel, she was very professional, she listened to my concerns and she talked to me during the entire procedure. I was really happy that I was treated with compassion and respect. I will definitely return to see Dr. Perdue. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being extremely knowledgeable and professional and super nice, she's a 10!!!

The PA that saw me was somewhat rough and a little sarcastic she only treated me for 1 issue when I had another issue to address. The pump that grew on my leg.

Diane Perdue made me feel like she was minimizing my concerns and could not understand why I was there. I wasted my time and co-payment. I will never schedule another appointment with her again. I left her office feeling worse than when I came in.

The provider was loud.. I was hearing all through other test she was ordering for other she was asking about update outside the room for other pts.. she said she couldn't do anything for me but can send for a referral and that I should be happy I live in California... so I can legally make the decisions to not have children. Very cold, not empathetic, NOT funny, rude, short I will not visit again.

I was very happy with who I got to see, but the doctor that I usually see or the other doctors that I see Dr. Brown or Dr. Metree could not see me till March or April, that's absurd. And I'm very thankful that I got the PA that I did because she was very understanding and explain things and and I would go back to her but upset that they told me, March or April if I wanted to see a doctor that is uncalled for. I have been thinking about changing providers and going to a different route, due to not ever being able to get in with a doctor that you're assigned to.

I am seriously considering changing providers.. I am completely disgusted with PIH!! I called to schedule an appointment with my primary Dr. and was told appointments were not available until April 2022...I then conceded to to see NP Perdue. She subsequently referred me to PIH Dermatology. Upon contacting them, I was told they were scheduling appointments in March 2022.. I find this service completely unacceptable... Unfortunately it is too close to change my insurance carrier before 12-07-21, however that will definitely be under consideration for 2023... I cannot convey how completely unsatisfied I am with PIH.. [PHI removed]

This nurse provider was very proactive. She was able to get my daughter on a follow up appointment with a gynecologist. So I can go on a colleges would see what the problem was. Diane Perdue is probably one of the best care providers I've seen in a long time. She made me feel completely comfortable and its not just a job for her she really does care. She went over everything I needed. In the past I have filled out those dry erase cards and nothing on it was ever discussed but not this time she really took the time to take care of any and every concern Ive had. She even called me this morning to let me know a few things and give me a few resources that she didnt mention during my visit. I truly appreciate it all.

Diane Perdue's personality was aggressive and condescending. She doesn't have a welcoming or professional bed side manner. She's in the wrong field of work. She asked a lot of questions that did not pertain to my Dr's visit and were none of her business. I felt like she stereotyped me from our initial contact.

After stating my symptoms, first thing that she told me it's cramps. Then proceeded to tell me how menstruation works and about cramps. I then told her I know the difference between my cramps and the pain I'm feeling since I feel like I can't walk at times. I told her I had family members who went in for pain, one was cramps and the other was a cyst. I told her how those two are different and I would like to know for-sure which it was. She then stated "we are going to do and ultrasound to be sure but it COULD be cramps". During the pelvic exam I stated how I have been swollen. She then said well you do have a tummy so it could be that, then I said well my stomach is obviously above my pelvis so how would I not be able to tell my pelvis apart. Purdue then said okay we'll yeah it does look a little swollen. We are going to do an ultrasound to be safe then proceeded to tell me about cramps and how they can get worse over time and it could mostly be that. As a woman, I thought she would understand not to undermine other woman's symptoms or she would take me seriously even though I'm only 22. Also after the ultrasound it was found that it's either a cyst or a follicle, so no it wasn't just cramps. I hope she takes other patients more seriously after that.

Since the day I met Diane Perdue she has been an outstanding caregiver. I listen to her. I respect with what she tells me, and I would not give her up for anyone or anything, and I have already told my family about her, and she is also become a provider for them as well.

Dr. Kahn and her office are amazing people. However, she was fully booked for over a week. So, we saw the PA, Dr. Perdue. She did nothing but talk nonstop. She was confused about simple procedures regarding lead request from Quest, and there were three of us in the family there and neither one... none of us want to return to her.
