OR staff were beyond excellent. They providing a caring environment while doing their jobs. The experience almost made me feel like as if I were at home prior to and after the procedure. The staff in the out patient facility was amazing and pleasant.

Dr Mallam is so very kind, professional and caring. She explained all my options for treatment in a simple language and gave me the choice to choose what is good for me. She spent enough time and showed a lot of respect for what I have to say.

The consultation was only for routine questions that could have been asked over the phone instead of making me go to the office.

Doctor was not cooperative in creating a plan for my situation. Did not seem to care to follow up with concerns and only cared to schedule another appointment a month later with no real goal in mind. Doctor seemed dismissive and not helpful in creating a health plan for things that were pending. There was no trust built.

My experience was really, really good. I really felt good about the Dr. She's very, very good. The help there is awesome, they're excellent, and I couldn't be more happy with ... not a so good experience that I had to go through to get it done, but they made it really, really good, and I felt really in good hands. Thank you.

At PIH Downey for my colonoscopy, a Nurse names (name removed) took care of me. He was the kindest person. He knew his work, explained my procedure and made me feel comfortable about having this done for the first time. Most of all he did the IV needle and I ALWAYS have two or more pokes before someone gets it in right. He heard me and got it on one try...THANK YOU! I appreciate him!

My experience with Dr. Mallam was very professional. She an extreme... extremely well listener. She's extremely detailed in explaining, so that you would know, which I expect what the expectations are. And I love the way she is. Personality wise business wise, everything about her as just was very pleasant. As well as the staff from the initial meeting. And yes, I would definitely recommend her. She's a lovely doctor. And once again, she is very quick to listen, and quick to provide information and details. She doesn't make you feel rushed and I love that about her. So, Dr. Mallam, thank you very much.

Dr. Was extremely polite and professional however I waited Exactly 1hr to be seen. Staff did not come to advice of any delay until we asked how long to be seen

Question number one In the first question they asked me, I was wrong to mark one, but it must be 3 because the doctor always treated me well, therefore, I would highly recommend the doctor, because she is very professional and is a very capable person. and she is very respectful and gives her time to patients, so I highly recommend her, thank you.

My experience with PIH Downey was excellent from the time I went in and the security guard took my temperature, to the people checking me in. Also the nurses and the team that was assisting my Doctor, and the Doctor made me feel really comfortable about the procedure that I had done and I remember what the anesthesiologist said right before I went under he said don't worry [name removed] will be here to take good care of you. Very caring about my health.

I would like to start by giving kudos to the security officers at the entrance of the hospital who were very polite and informative in helping me find where to go. I also appreciated the office staff who helped me complete my paperwork prior to the procedure, hey presented as friendly and kind. The nursing staff who helped with the pre-procedure prep process were outstanding at decreasing my anxiety and we're very attentive. Also, the nursing staff in the procedure room we're supportive and professional. Lastly, the nursing staff in the post-op recovery area were wonderful. I felt they spent the time to help me get my bearing and went above and beyond I their level of support. I really appreciated the anesthesiologist and the proctologist spent time explaining the procedure and checked in with me after the procedure. This was very helpful. My only feedback was that the procedure was scheduled for 9 am, but it did not start until about 10:30 am. This delay increased my anxiety and there was no explanation as to why this delay happened. I really like the doctor. This the first time that I've seen the doctor and she did things real quickly, and I was waiting for 6 months for an appointment and thank God that I got the appointment right away. I thank her for that, and I was pleased.

I was very pleased with Dr. Mallam. She gave me the type of service I really appreciated, being able to speak with her before and after the procedure was very nice. I have recommended her already to others.

Yes, I was treated like I was supposed to. Hopefully, everything works out and yeah, that doctor really paid attention to my to my sickness, and hopefully it gets taken care of. Hey, so I didn't have any problems and, you know, on any of that, and I'm happy with it. Thank you very much.

I went to see this doctor for a reason that cleared up by the time I got there, so I felt like I shouldn't have wasted the doctors time. This doctor was nice but I didn't need any treatment.

She took time to go over my colon surgery report and assured me she would keep me updated on my remission by doing labs and colonoscopy. Very good visit.

Over all it was a great experience. Building could use some remodeling. Or at minimum replace leaky sink faucet and non working lights. Thank you

This doctor is Amazing!!! Not only was she prepared and it was obvious she had reviewed my history. It is extensive since I have been I'll the past year. Whittier GI told me there was nothing they could do which I knew did not sound right. Dr. Mallam listen to my concerns and frustrations. She gave me hope that I will get back in track. I am blessed that I compassionate doctor that is so intelligent, professional and kind. Awesome listener. I loved the new plan we have set in motion.
