Inside the building/offices everything was great. Found the installation of the parking gates a little bit of inconvenience as had to wait a while to drive out.

I was seen as soon as I checked in. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Lin is informative and professionals

The staff was really friendly, and courteous, but the Dr made me feel like I was dumb, and tried to speak to me in Drs terms, not in plain English, which I needed, but he just shook his head, never giving me definite answers.
